I went here for dinner for Fathers Day. It was a really poor experience- my dinner took nearly two hours to come out. When it did actually come out; it was way overdone. They did remake it and give me a discount, which was appreciated. Then the bill was wrong - I was charged twice. I didn't catch it - started to pay on the table tablet, and then realized it as my payment went through. The manager said she couldn't fix it, only the owner could. They said she would be in first thing Monday morning and would address the overcharge and call me. No call all day, I called to follow up and was told she should be in tomorrow. How ridiculous- no one but the owner can take care of customers and she doesn't answer the phone or come in? I'm less than impressed. read more

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Tiffany! She provided amazing service from start to finish. It was getting pretty busy after we were seated, but she was a rockstar that made sure we were taken care of. The food came out great and she made sure that not only did we get what we needed, we saw that she tried to provide the same amazing service to every one of the people at her tables. Also a thank you to her for tagging our to go boxes with what each box had inside and the date. It made me smile because I have a friend that does the same with their to go meals. read more

I really hate to give a review when I haven't fully tried a meal at a restaurant but my experience was short and brief so take it for what it's worth. Got there at 5:30, the restaurant was not full at all. The atmosphere was nice and everything was clean. However, I ordered a blooming onion at 5:35 pm. It came out at 6:00 and was slightly overcooked. Additionally ordered old fashioned drink and they had to remake it twice. It just wasn't done right and they should've just stated they don't know how to make them in lieu of two bad attempts. That was enough for me to realize this place needs some more cooks and or help because they just weren't on top of things. Paid the bill and went to another restaurant. Bottom line,I could see the manager was trying her best and the wait staff was good. I just hope that they're able to turn the ship around. read more

Food was good, but heavy heavy on the pepper & the spinach dip was cold in the middle where the cheese was all congealed into a huge blob. Other than that, the service was great; the ambience was ok. read more

We had a large group and our server was excellent. A little cold inside for a November night but everyone was happy with the food and service. I got a Wedge which comes with blue cheese, tomatoes, red onions and bacon but not enough blue cheese dressing. I can't wait to try the Blue cheese pecan salad. read more

Amazing waitress who was knowledgeable, friendly, and doing her best to stay on top of all the booths she had. Sirloin steak with bloomin onion fried chicken were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I didn't even need A1 because the sirloin was a juicy medium. Mashed potatoes were a touch on the salty side but still delicious. House salad with ranch was fresh and tasty but the ranch under the cheese threw me a little bit because it looked like they forgot the dressing. I also ordered the Koala Punch so I could get an adorable koala rubber duck. The duck adorable, the punch kinda watery but still enough booze to give me a buzz, and the alcohol was hidden in the fruity punch which might be dangerous for a lightweight like myself. read more

Kohli was a wonderful server, she helped try and make up for past bad experiences! She went above and beyond, making sure that everything is right! She was so kind and sweet! The food we had here was god no complaints! Not her fault by any means- food we had for take home was hard as a rock! Don't know till home, went back! They made it right! Kohli, seen I had came back asks what was wrong and apologized for something that was out of her control. She deserves the best! I will do our best to request her as our server! read more

Last May, my husband and I were looking for a new house in the Jacksonville area and came into Outback. We were seated in Jaelyn's section, and had a great meal and memorable conversation. In the months since then, we've thought about her, and we moved to a nearby town in February. Tonight we found ourselves at Outback again and I looked up my review from last May so I could find her name. We were able to sit in her section again and she recognized and remembered us from just the one visit a whole year ago. Jaelyn is a treasure. A fantastic server, she makes her job look like it's an extension of her personality. She checked on us repeatedly, and I witnessed her being just as social and attentive with other guests in her full section at 730 on Friday night. Our food was delicious, and we will be back to visit soon! read more

I came out with my boyfriend for a nice date. I got the half rack of ribs, baked potato, and Mac and cheese. He got the smokehouse burger with fries. It. Was. Soooo. Delicious! The ribs were actually fall off the bone and my favorite part of the meal. His burger was very good. I got 2 margaritas and I think that they were good as well, I could definitely taste the alcohol in them our waitress was very nice and funny; it was busy at the restaurant so we waited on some things but that was very understandable and not a problem at all. Overall, I can't believe I waited so long to eat here!! Very excited to go again read more

Great restaurant with an even better selection of steaks. The steak I came in for was unfortunately no longer available, but our waiter recommended us the next best cut. Steak was delicious, and I highly recommend their friend mushroom appetizer. Of course like other competitors, they give you free bread once you order your water to hold you over. The restaurant was warm and very clean! Enjoyable first experience. read more

The food was good, we had a party of about 15 people (including two little ones)... Our server, Amber was very sweet and professional. The drinks were well made and she took care of us every step of the way. I'm surprised she was able to handle all of the craziness And the Koalas were very fuzzy and cute. 5 stars for the Koalas alone read more

Food was hot, good portion, and delivered within time stated at order. Driver was friendly. Ordering was easy within the app.

The young lady serving us on me and my boyfriend's anniversary did a fantastic job! Tended to us when we needed more drinks and the food came out hot and delicious. If you go here you have got to try the Mac and cheese. The restaurant was decorated like most outback's but the service is outstanding. Will definitely go again read more

FREE bad shrimp! Tried this place again after several years. We arrived and they were pretty slow but the hostess asked for my name to put me on a wait list because some employees had not shown up. We were promptly seated by the manager who asked for our drink order. We attempted to order beers but their draft system was broken so we ordered water and she asked if we'd like bread, to which we said yes. About 10 minutes later another person brought our waters and about 10 minutes after that the late employee took our orders. Our food was fairly good (we never did get the bread or ever see the manager again). Toward the end of our meal, another server arrived at our table asking if we liked shrimp. Apparently they had a couple of orders of extra coconut shrimp, to which we happily accepted and they were really good. Luckily, we were headed straight home after our visit because we both barely made it to the restrooms. They only thing we both ate was the free shrimp and it took both of us down for the next several hours. We have been to Outback steak houses many times from coast to coast and have always been pleased at every other location except this one. read more

Okay so, we came in with a HUGE group tonight and we had a reservation. They made sure to keep out tables together so we wouldn't be separated. Our drinks were regularly tended to by our wonderful waitress who was very helpful and accommodating (her name was Alicia.) Our food was served quickly and our steaks were done as we had requested. Alicia ensured we had everything we needed! The manager also came out to greet us when we were being sat. The steakhouse mac n cheese was absolutely delicious! I even got a box to go for it. Great experience and amazing staff! read more

I have not been to this location for quite a while due to the last time I was here. Today, my daughter and I decided to give it a whirl. Here are the results........upon walking in we were greeted nicely and fast. They had also just opened up. They have since remodeled since I was last there and it looked pretty good inside and was clean inside and outside also. We were sat and quickly greeted by our server, Michael, which was great by the way. Now, onto the food. I don't know what they did, or who they got back there cooking, but they did a wonderful job. To begin, we had the Bloomin Shrimp. It got to the table so hot that we had to let it cool down, lol. It was so good, that we ate it and burned our mouths doing so. It was cooked to a great golden brown, flavored perfect, and that sauce with it is delicious. We both had the Steak and Tasmanian shrimp for entree. We also enjoyed the Mac and cheese and fries. The steaks were nice and tender and cooked as we wanted. The shrimp was again, cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese was cooked nicely to where it wasn't overly creamy and the noodles had a nice bite. They also serve it in a little cast iron skillet which was nice. As for the fries, what can I say?, fries are fries. Lol. They were cooked well and crispy. I say, great job Outback. You seemed to have gotten it together, so I'll be back as long as you can keep it up. read more

Last year coming here was a disappointment for me and my family. After a few months of waiting, I have to say that I am so impressed with the significant changes to the food. The food last time was dry, bland and lacking any respect. But now, the food was bursting with flavor and texture. The Sirloin and the new blooming chicken combo was to absolutely die for and makes up for the prices here. The mashed potatoes and fries did not disappoint whatsoever, and our Mac and Cheese bites were a good work up to our entrees. Honestly I'm lost for words with how good our dishes are. The environment still looks as good as ever, the only thing that needs work is the bathroom. Although the service has improved, it still needs some work and I know it will improve. read more

I normally take pictures however tonight sadly I didn't. I got the $16.99 meal deal (6 oz Sirloin w/ garlic topping & butter ... up charge $1.99, House salad w/ ranch, Salted loaded baked potato and a Slice of Cheesecake with Chocolate Syrup). My steak came out just like I ordered. My server was Sandra and she was extremely nice. I interacted with the 2 hostess and the female manager. I unfortunately forgot to get their names. Food and drinks all came out in a slow manor (which I personally like). I do NOT like to be 'rushed'. My food was DELICIOUS!!! I will definitely go back sooner rather than later. read more

Sign out front stated open for lunch. Worker outback smoking. Doors still locked at 11:55. Very disappointing!

I ordered my sister dinner for her birthday, I live in California. The awesome girls (sorry I didn't get names) over the phone took my order and reassured me that they will contact the delivery service for me and take care of delivery. My sister called and told me that the restaurant called and said the delivery service didn't show and they sent one of their employees to deliver my sister's food! Talk about service you would not get that out here! My sister got the porterhouse stake, baked potato fully loaded, broccoli and a cheesecake. She said everything was delicious and was really happy it made her birthday! I cannot say more about this establishment, the owner should be proud of their staff! Awesome!!!! read more

We had six of us there for a birthday party and my burger was just OK. My son's ribs were good. My wife's salad was terrible. The dressing was so watered down. You couldn't even taste it. The French onion soup was good the other two people in our party Had a chicken sandwich which were decent and or daughter had a baked potato for lunch, The Bill came to over $100 for a so-so meal. Our waitress was not very good and after waiting 5 minutes to get ketchup and outback sauce i went into the kitchen myself and asked for these things, by then our meals had cooled down. My son tipped the waitress extra because it's almost Christmas I said not to but he did anyway, We won't be going back there. read more

So there was some kind of miscommunication with the bill and the fabulous Cynthia, "aka"manager in training was able to accommodate on my receipt which I appreciate. I don't believe customers are always right and I wanted to say Ms Cynthia is right in her attitude and pleasant to accommodate the bill. My mom, aunty and myself will definitely come back. Kudos to Ms Cynthia!!! I can tell she's a sweetheart not because of what she did but I can tell by her spirit. read more

The food was good but when I took it home I opened the takeout box too fine there was maggots crawling out.

Last night went there for Valentine's Day had reservations still a wait no problem I understand that. The waitress she was nice and did a good job it wasn't her fault at all. But the kitchen was thinking about all the Togo orders I believe because our main dish never came out for me and my wife but my kid dish did and we had to cancel and get our money back in total we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for food we couldn't eat. read more

I dine from fine dining to hike in the wall. Especially since I'm new in the area things are a bit different than home. I swear my wife's filet mignon was boiled. WHAT THE FUCK! The server was very sweet but it won't make up for the steak at a STEAKHOUSE tasting like a grey boiled hunk of flesh you would get at a prison cafeteria. Go to Texas Roadhouse instead where the food actually tastes good. read more

Came in for dinner, this was our first time. They had enough employees, so the service was pretty quick. Our waiter did a good job. We tried the blooming onion, which was a little too salty for us.
