We are customers who come here about 6 times a month. We also both work in hospitality. And when I tell you that Bria the server is extraordinary, I mean that with everything. She from day one has been professional, hospitable, friendly, nurturing and a million other things. Just love her and her ability to be such amazing server. Brandy and Mali also should get a shout out as they are also superior in the hospitality way!!! Give them a raise!! read more

Service unacceptably slow from the kitchen. If you're going to boost your prices to the stratosphere, you've got to amaze your customers. 20+ minutes for a steak is NOT OK. We arrived at 4 pm and it is now 5 and we still don't have our entrees. read more

Great service. Solid food. We ordered a blooming onion--a delicious mistake--to share, and we each ordered a steak. The meat was cooked to order, and the sides were small but sufficient. The outside of the restaurant could use a bit more love, but the inside was clean. read more

Door dashed a pick up order and my sides were missing and so was a salad , door dash receipt not corresponding with door dash app and Manager practically laughing at me! Outback Steakhouse - Steakhouses Near Me - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

We were searching for a late night spot and this restaurant was one of the closest options near our hotel. For drinks, we had a few beers and the blue lavender lemonade. I really liked the lavender lemonade, it was deliciously refreshing and I would get this again. For our main dishes, we ordered the bloomin burger with mashed potatoes and a side salad. The salad had a nice balance of sweet and salty, and I really enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes had an odd taste and consistency, and the burger was pretty average, nothing special. For dessert, we had cheesecake, which again was ok. The restaurant was a little bit untidy when we came, but the service was fast and friendly. Its a good spot for a casual setting or a late night bite. read more

today was the worst ever service that I received a outback steakhouse in Bensalem PA we were there for over four hours. OK it was you took it took over two hours to us down and when we sat we had to wait almost more than two and we never got the entries, so today was a messed up day to eat outback steakhouse in Bensalem PA. read more

Always good food. This is my neighborhood store and I love grabbing dinner from here after a long shift at the hospital.

Outback's was the favorite for both my granddaughter and I. We were so glad to see a restaurant open in our area (Horsham). The servers are always great but the quality has diminished greatly. I ordered a hamburger medium cooked. Not only was the hamburger rare lots of red meat The roll was hard as a rock. My granddaughter's food was over cooked. We tried to go at least once a week, our bonding time. Looks like we need to find a new favorite spot. It's been declining for a while. read more

Delicious! Steak was prepared as ordered. Loaded mash potatoes were good. I also liked the salad.

This Outback experience wasn't the best at all. We ordered the Bloomin' Onion, sirloin, and a caesar salad. The Bloomin' Onion was overdone and falling apart, but was honestly still good. It wasn't the best fried onion out of the chain steakhouses. Our entrees, however, were completely inedible. My boyfriend's steak was ordered medium rare, but I've never seen more of a bone-dry slab of cooked meat. My caesar salad had so much dressing on it that I had to send it back. Our server never really came around to check on us, and I'd sooner tip the food-runners for making sure our drinks were filled. She did fortunately take the caesar off the bill, which I am grateful read more

Over the past thirty years this Outback has always been an easy local dining out option because this restaurant has always been consistently clean, the staff friendly and competent , the wait times reasonable, and the food/drinks satisfying. This visit however, for my daughters 11th birthday dinner was a shocking eye opener as to how a restaurant should not be operated. There was nothing positive about this trip to the Plymouth Meeting Outback with the biggest issue being the general cleanliness of the facility but those weren't the only concerting issues. Upon my families arrival the hostess said there was a twenty minute wait but oddly enough numerous tables were not occupied and ready for guests and others had not been bussed. The floor around the hostess stand was littered w/ trash and it seemed like the hosting team wasn't focused on accommodating guests that were waiting to be seated. After the family found a bench where to they could wait I ordered drinks at the bar. The "lite dirty ketal martini" came out tasting like warm olive juice and cheap vodka. The first oil can had been dropped and the top was dented and the top was dirty. The service bar was full of dirty glassware and the bar caddies did not look well taken care of at all. When we were finally seated our party of 5 was seated at a four top and a chair brought over. The funny thing about being crammed into a four top is that against the wall there were several vacant tables that could have comfortably accommodated us. Even our server asked if we could use a larger table but my daughter objected due to being on crutches and had no interest in moving. We ordered apps and entrees and the first app that came out was the French onion soup that was entirely too salty with not enough broth and resembled an onion slurry instead of an appetizing soup. Two of the filet mignons were not medium as ordered but rare and cold on the inside. The wife didn't send hers back so I ate it but it really was a sad cut of meat that was really undercooked. My daughter complained and did send hers back and the steak came back medium but being such a bad cut of meat she was disappointed because it was so tough and a lot of gristle. I ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer sub cocktail sauce instead of aioli yet when the dish arrived there was no cocktail sauce. (The last time I was there the server brought me extra cocktail) . When I asked where the cocktail sauce was the server said he forgot and since Outback doesn't stock cocktail sauce the kitchen would have to make it. That was all well and good but by the time the cocktail sauce showed up the shrimp were cold and pretty much inedible. The manager did come to the table and apologize for not having cocktail sauce and for the undercooked steak but she should have brought a note pad in order to really understand what the real problems are. In my honest opinion corporate must have overlooked this location over the last year because it's a dump. The outside facade is rotting away, the restaurant is dirty (especially the restroom), the food was not great, the restaurant was severely understaffed, and the worst part was that it seemed like the entire culture inside the restaurant was that of mediocrity. It was as if no one gave a crap. Looking back I should have noticed the warning signs before being seated and never should have committed to dining at Outback Saturday night. This was a bad dining experience and for now on will not be complacent when it comes to reacting to the warning signs and getting myself and my family out of a bad situation. read more

Service was good. Tables were not wiped and bathrooms were a little sketch. Good vibes - get that Bloomin' Onion! Very salty!

That was probably the worst meal and experience I've had in a long time. Maybe I'm just cranky from the 9 hour ride I had. I bet you're wondering how it all started... We sat at the bar, got there at 10 to 7pm. Eventually the bar tender got to us. Told him we just drove a good ways, yada yada. We ordered a tap beer and a mixed drink along with our food, and he asked us if we wanted bread (yes please). This all happened straight away. Mind you, there was no wait at the restaurant at this time. We thought sitting at the bar would get us quicker service, we were dead wrong. It took about 5 minutes to get a beer on tap and a water. Thank god the beer was cold, else there would be NO stars on this review. The keg looked like it was kicking because there was a lot of foam on this Stella. The manager poured the Stella, I thought that the bartender would be making the mixed drink. He did, after clearing some glasses and making change for a server and having some idle chit chat. Finally, the mixed drink was done. I'd call it 10 minutes. John Taffer would have probably set fire to the bar at this point. Let's recall our order, a blooming onion, beef and reef; 6oz steak, shrimp, scallops, a side of broccoli, baked potato, and a side salad came with my meal. The other meal was a steak with a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. Both medium rare. It took 15 minutes for the blooming onion and about 30 for a house salad with dressing on the side?? There were food runners... it's a cold salad! But hey, that's okay right because we had bread, right?... WRONG! The bread came so late, I turned it away. It came AFTER the appetizer. When we finally got our meals, an hour later. A DAMN HOUR! My meal was wrong. It was missing broccoli! My steak was bland and the shrimp were small, scallops as well. Horrible service, we're sitting at the bar!!! You think he ever checked on us, NOPE. and there was nobody in this restaurant. Stay away is the best advice I have. I had intended on ordering two more meals to go, instead I ordered them from DoorDash from somewhere else because this place was so bad. Because I've waited tables before my guilt would not let me go without tipping. I need to get over that. TIPS, To Insure Prompt Service. My fault for not delivering critical feedback via a no tip situation. Outback! Huh. Bu-bye! read more

I've been to this location A LOT. It's Outback. Decent price. Decent meal. Unfortunately I went a few days ago and the service was horrible. I noticed a couple new faces on staff. As you see I go often because I love the house dressing. We were greeted by the hostess. Nice enough but when we asked for a booth, which clearly there were quite a few available, Madison got salty. I pointed out an empty booth and she said "we don't seat that section". I was about to ask her if there were any up front but she didn't hear me because she rolled her eyes and bolted back to the front. Other diners definitely took notice. One family said they had ask for a different table and she rushed away from them as well. Another employee by the name of Nasifa came over and profusely apologized. She sat us in an empty booth up front right away. Our waiter was chill but sometimes a little too relaxed. Kitchen was slow AF. We got our appetizer in a decent amount of time but the entrees took forever. Something that was really strange was the bloomin onion was tiny! Usually they're humongous. Anyway, back to the meals. We took a few bites and asked for to go containers. I'll go back but I hope none of these peeps are working. PS. Guess who was sweeping the floor around tables while we were eating. Yup! My girl Madison. read more

It's been sooo long. Things have changed!! I dined here with my Son & Niece Friday night. The parking is ok. They need better lighting in the back. It's very dark! The wait is the usual for a Friday night. Carlos was our server. He was very nice and good with our orders. We ordered the blooming petals and the sodium level was enough to cause one's pressure to rise! I don't remember the blooming onion being so salty! We put that to the side. The kookaburra wings were salty also. Gone was the savory flavor that use to linger on my palette. So disappointing. My son had the steak salad and he said it was good. My Niece had the slow roasted prime. She wanted it to be medium well however when it came out, it was rare!! Carlos went on to explain the cut of meat and how it's cook. Niiice, however this should have been explained while ordering. Everyone isn't a connoisseur. I had mashed potatoes and they were good!! Lol boring right. For dessert, my Son got the dessert that sounds like a Stripper Name! Chocolate thunder from down under: a pecan brownie with chocolate sauce, shavings and whip cream oh and a side of vanilla icecream. Lol My Niece had the parfait that was ok. All in all I'm not sure if I'd go back. Hope you can enjoy. read more

3 stars is solid for a chain like this with realistic expectations on food quality. On execution, would've been nice if beef wasn't overcooked and everything wasn't unnecessarily over salted. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and our server (Brandi) was attentive. The bleu cheese dressing seemed watered down and had very little flavor. I spent $75 tonight on bullshit. The salad was not fresh. The tomatoes were sour and my grilled cheese and french fries were so hard. I could throw it at the wall and it bounce back. I had a special request for my wings to be crispy and wet, and they were not wet. They were so dry and they were like pulling skin off an elderly body. (no offense) not crispy not to mention my Sundae was like milk when I received my order overall experience would be zero stars. May 30, my son graduated from HS. We went to other restaurants and they were packed long wait times, so we decided to go to OUTBACK.When we got there we noticed that a lot people were not In the restaurant I figured it was because they would be closing in 1:45 mins. We were taking to our seat... the waiter came and we put in our orders. I ordered the boomerang margarita, and I was clearly juice, we asked if you could add alcohol to the drink, she stated that we were not able to do that. Anyway our food came. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries my daughter ordered shrimp chicken Alfredo my son got the chicken fingers and the steak with fries and a Caesar salad. Man when I tell you the food was Disgusting. my burger was so salty that I couldn't even finish it. They had put too much salt on the fries which made it hard to eat my daughters she got sick immediately over the shrimp because the shrimp was not cooked fully. It was chewy, and it had a smell during her eating the food. She was bent over the table, feeling sick. The weather came over and noticed that she wasn't feeling well and brought her some Gingerale. My cousin steak was OK but the Caesar salad was old. My sons chicken fingers were OK but the broccoli was overcooked. The food was nasty. I'll tell you I'll never go back to the outback again worst experience.. read more

I wanted to go out for a steak dinner with some friends, but I didn't feel like dressing up or driving downtown. So I decided to go to Outback Steakhouse. It was a Saturday night and I know these types of places that don't take reservations get packed. I thought I would avoid the line by coming in early at "5:45", but that was not the case. A line had already formed and it was nearly out the door. I was given a buzzer and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes before being seated. I was seated in the back and near the kitchen. Not appealing. Food-wise I was not expecting anything special as I usually eat at high quality places like Capital Grille, DaVios, Del Frisco's and Barclay Prime. I started off with the ahi tuna. It was fresh and well-seasoned. It had great texture. The dip served with it was a nice, creamy vinaigrette. It was also served with a fresh salad. For my entree I had a 10 oz. filet mignon. It was coated with a nice sauce. It was very flavorful and was definitely above average. For dessert, I had the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under. It was pretty much an ice cream sundae with a brownie. Altogether, it was subpar. The brownie was filled with walnuts and was mushy. The ice cream tasted like it was store bought. However, the whipped cream was very good and was homemade. The service was also good. Molly, the server, was nice. However, there were many problems. First, the wait took forever. Secondly, the floors were filled with pieces of trash and were slippery. One of my friends nearly fell. The floors here are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Finally, the bathrooms were atrocious. The trash can was overflowing and there was no hand soap. I may return, but only for a quick casual lunch. read more

I wish I could give this place zero star! This is the worst Outback Steakhouse I have ever tried. The quality of the food is not the same as the other Outback restaurants. The garlic bread for our grilled shrimp was totally burnt, the filet mignon and the ribeye were not as tender as the ones I had at other locations. The service was horrible too! We had to wait so long for our appetizer, the entree and the check to come. Also, the waiter messed up our order! He brought the wrong cocktail for me, and grilled cheese instead of grilled chicken for my kid.
