I met Laura Arzave on a fluke encounter and was instantly put to ease by her warm, welcoming nature and mellifluous voice. In full disclosure, I sold her a laundry hamper from Craigslist. Very innocuous, and you may be wondering what kind of people sell and buy laundry hampers on Craigslist. It's actually a triple deluxe laundry sorter with Everfresh odor control guys. Premium. Eva-fressssh.
So - why would I be so complimentary towards this woman with whom I seem to only share a love of premium laundry products?
As I'll tell you later - she is a blend of intuitive, therapist, shaman, spiritual counselor, feng shui practitioner and a graduate school professor that challenges your dissertations. Logically.
First off, she instantly picked up on my energy and asked me questions (while, truthfully, slightly leading) that were conclusive to a specific event in my life that she would have had no prior knowledge about. When I asked her why she struck up this conversation with me, she reluctantly admitted that she was an intuitive. At this point, I wondered if she was a telepath.
Well. Shiver-me-timbers. I don't think her intent was to troll Craigslist for vulnerable women in crisis and offer them intuitive observations, but it happened.
Long story short, her initial observations led to several more sessions which I will not advertise on Yelp, but I will say that she helped me shift some energy around using a combination of modalities including those of abuelas of yesteryear. We conducted a limpias and blessing of my domicile including ritualistic sage smudging. We did a few journaling and writing exercises. She's followed up via text and spontaneously sent me uplifting messages.
Last but not least - she's just a genuinely nice person. read more
