Like many…read moreothers at the time, I was going through a lot of mental health issues (especially in the beginning of Covid). What attracted me initially was that she is a holistic hypnotherapist which I felt aligned with my spiritual values better than other therapists. Excited, I had my first session with Holly virtually and to my surprise, it was as effective as talking to a therapist in person. Holly's energy beams through the screen, and I could feel her positive energy radiate onto me. I never felt any judgement from her and she always offered solid advice. I must admit, that we did do hypnotherapy (which I have now forgot what the outcome I had in mind was) and a past life regression therapy (mostly did it out of curiosity) and I am not sure if the latter worked for me. Part of me was skeptical, however, because I do not believe I have a past life so my experience could have been affected because of that? Regardless, I would recommend Holly Hart time and time again to anyone who is looking for a therapist, especially if you're someone that has spiritual beliefs and values as she is a brilliant soul who specializes in alternative kinds of therapy.

Tamara created a very safe space for honesty, and it was immediately apparent that this was the whole intention. She is highly intuitive and skilled at her craft, and this is priceless when doing this kind of work. Tamara and the work brought me back to powerful tools for inner joy such as gratitude, inner reflection and goal setting which are greatly needed as I transition into a new phase of my life. I felt empowered in a way I haven't felt in a long time. I now choose to use a self-care practice almost every day and this includes meditation, gratitude lists, exercise, diet, and laughter. My favorite centering technique is gratitude because I feel like my energy levels elevate radically when I practice this. Tamara is a very sincere and authentic human. Even when feeling lost within my own path, Tamara made it all feel like it was going to be alright. I learned at least a dozen new meditation techniques and areas of focus during our time together. I give this spiritual coaching experience a 10/10 score for bringing me back to myself, reminding me of the things I value in life and who I am trying to become. Thank you, Tamara, for this gift.

After finding out I had some stress induced medical issues, I decided it was time to take control of my life and my health and make some big changes. I interviewed several life coaches, and connected with Megan immediately. Her process is phenomenal, she held me accountable and every week I put in the hard work and saw the success on the other side. At the end of the 6 months, I was able to look back and see the life I wanted to live, (that I thought was not possible) come to life in front of me. I was doing it. After 10 years at one company in corporate America, I quit my job and started not one, but 3 companies and a blog. Megan inspired me, cheered me on and coached me through all the ups and downs. If it weren't for Megan, I definitely wouldn't be where I am today. She helped me get to the life I always dreamed of living, where I am choosing joy, happiness and fun. When people ask me if it was worth it, my answer is always a resounding YES. I then ask them, when was the last time you invested in yourself? When was the last time you did something to find greater purpose in life, happiness and joy? For most people the answer is never. Go for it- you won't regret it!!!

I had started working at a job that was not fulfilling my wants and needs and was stuck in a bad cycle of believing that was the best job I could get and deserved to get. I had just gotten out of yet another unsuccessful relationship that had early promises of a future, but red flags kept appearing and instead of running for the hills, I had stayed with it thinking I could "change" it. I was about to turn 30 years old and was completely fed up of feeling lost. I had been to therapy throughout my entire life and never felt like it had done any good. I had heard of life coaches, but wasn't quite sure what they were or what they did. I started doing some research online and Megan stood out to me immediately. She had a warm and inviting smile in her photo on her website and I truly enjoyed reading what she had to say. Not only was her website bright and happy, but the content was exactly what I was looking for. After 20 minutes of clicking through her site and reading previous reviews of Megan's coaching style, I decided to schedule my free consultation. Megan called me and we had such an amazing chat. She had me answer a few questions that really got the conversation started and allowed her to decide if she could help me get out of my funk. At the end of our conversation, I knew this was the next step for me. Megan gave me hope that there was a better life that I had yet to live. Payment became no issue at that point. I considered it my 30th birthday present to myself; the best gift I could ever give myself. And our six month journey began. Within the first month of working with Megan, I had joined a dating website and learned the right ways to approach dating and starting a relationship. I met the man of my dreams. He had everything I had ever imagined I would want in a partner and more. They do exist, I promise! Within three months of working with Megan, I had moved on from my boring job and started looking for what I really wanted to do. I started working out and getting healthy not only on the inside, but on the outside as well. My last session with Megan was a prep for an interview for my dream job. And guess what? I got it! It has been six months since my coaching with Megan has ended and I am in the best place in my life. I am engaged and am getting married in May. I have purchased a home and will be moving in February. I have learned so much from my current workplace and was promoted to a manager position in three months time. I have learned to live for me and I will continue to do that for the rest of my life. I attribute all of this happiness and success to Megan. She opened my eyes to my true potential and gave me the tips I needed to push through my insecurities. Give Megan a chance to change your life for the better. She did it for me and I'm sure she can do it for you!

Sometimes, being a woman in a man's world means that there's some insecurities and inferiority complex. I love that Coach B understands that and has lived through that so I trust her advice because she's learned the lessons truly and got to the other side. She gets what the struggles feel like. She inspires me. I'm grateful to have met her and am touched by her kindness, support, and her groundedness, which makes me feel peaceful and safe and able to open up. Her takeaways are valuable such as uncovering your own confidence (it's there, just need to peel off the layers to get to our true selves within.) I also enjoyed her learning how to drive analogy. Becoming confident is like learning to drive. Takes some practice and soon it'll become second nature-yay! I feel so much more hopeful and am becoming more aware in my life. I used to be scared that I might not have the confidence to do my job (even though I went to a prestigious university and have many certifications). Sometimes, being me felt like it wasn't enough; there's always a moving post that you keep achieving for to prove yourself worthy but it's not enough the moment you get there. I feel hopeful and focused with Coach B's help and guidance. It's an amazing journey and I feel better every day. Please go to her and see your own transformation and growth! She'll help you bring out the best in yourself. She'll remind you-you're worth it! Thanks so much Coach B for everything!
