I purchased a bundle back in the middle of Covid and had virtual sessions with Holly. Like many…read moreothers at the time, I was going through a lot of mental health issues (especially in the beginning of Covid). What attracted me initially was that she is a holistic hypnotherapist which I felt aligned with my spiritual values better than other therapists. Excited, I had my first session with Holly virtually and to my surprise, it was as effective as talking to a therapist in person. Holly's energy beams through the screen, and I could feel her positive energy radiate onto me. I never felt any judgement from her and she always offered solid advice. I must admit, that we did do hypnotherapy (which I have now forgot what the outcome I had in mind was) and a past life regression therapy (mostly did it out of curiosity) and I am not sure if the latter worked for me. Part of me was skeptical, however, because I do not believe I have a past life so my experience could have been affected because of that?
