I noticed that the bartender was arguing with one of the servers but my first instinct was that it was normal in a stressful work place to some extent. However, when i noticed the bartender taking shots with costomers I was shocked. Never have I ever witnesses an employee like that drinking on the clock. I later then realized that the argument could've been because she was drunk. Allowing staff to drink in the workplace is outrageous. I love Milan's but until something changes, I do not know if I can continue to eat there. I hope that management is able to get control of their workers or at least find some new ones.
