Initially all seemed to be good, a consultation was completed and pricing was provided prior. I was unable to get a Thursday cleaning which I wanted so I settled on Tuesday in which they only had between 1:30-2:00. The cleaning team of two did not arrive until 2:30 at which time I had already texted Deb in the news to reschedule now that they were a half hour late and it would throw off an appointment I had later that day. The team then said that they could come first thing at 9:00 on Thursday. (This was originally what I wanted so why now could they do it ?) So I agreed. Thursday came and she showed up right at 9:00. After providing the cleaning supplies I thought would be used, the cleaning lasted just about 2 hours. Once she left I then had to clean my entire house. Our end tables in our bedroom were completely still covered in dust and dog hair, not even an attempt was made to clean. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and soap residue in the shower. There were crumbs on our kitchen counter tops and yogurt on our wood floors and bottom of the stove. These are just some of the examples. This was a very expensive vacuum job! Do not recommend at all!

The service the day of was phenomenal. Not a single bit of grease or grime left in the place. Kristin and her team got every nook and cranny that there was to clean. She even cleaned the windows, inside the fridge, and in all the closets! The place was immaculate for our moveout. Squeaky Clean does not have specific skill sets...like knowing one tree from another...to do the work I paid for. they seemed to want to make it right and came and saw the poor work and was apologetic ...but that's it (oh yes, they replaced a birdhouse they broke). Also...confused because the manager who came out kept saying they would have to discuss compensation with the owner....turns out her name is listed as the owner of the LLC! A shady group...

I hired Angelo's for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning at my new home, I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY…read morewith how the services went and here is why: To begin, when they pulled into my driveway they ran over the end of my sidewalk with their vehicle and popped off one of the bricks which I now have to re-glue. Air Ducts: They began the air duct cleaning and shortly into the service they damaged one of my air ducts behind the wall, thus leaving me with a now broken airway to my powder room. The technician's equipment and large hose was shoved into my vent with no pre-examination of the sizing and now my flexible duct does not reach as it once did prior to Angelo's showing up. By shoving their equipment down improperly, they popped off the flexible duct even though it was zip tied (as it is supposed to be) and shredded it. They said they would have a manager come out to speak and review the issue that day and that never happened. Carpets: They arrived with equipment that was very different than what I was expecting. It did not appear to be commercial equipment rather something similar to what I could buy myself (like a Bissell). The carpet did get cleaned, but to me it seemed very odd that their equipment wasn't what I'm used to seeing. Several stains are still on my carpets (which I know sometimes they are very hard to remove), but most times they are able to at least be lessened. I give them a 7/10 on the carpets. I have been in contact with them about a refund and they only gave me $50 back for the 2 vents they charged me for! that they broke and weren't able to clean. Now I need to go to Home Depot and spend more $$$ to try and correct this duct problem they created. Their fine print states that they "aren't responsible for damages behind walls" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Only good thing is that they were responsive to the email complaint. DO NOT USE THEM for your air duct cleaning. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer instead and will never be using Angelo's again -- you shouldn't either.

They did an OK job, although…read morethere were a few times I had to call Sam and say hey this or that was not cleaned at all (i.e. the kitchen floor) and she was always responsive. Then in December 2022 two bottles of expensive men's cologne ($500) went missing immediately after her crew had cleaned my home. I brought it to Sam's attention the next day. She asked her crew about it and of course no one admitted to taking it. It is interesting though, only the most expensive colognes were taken that day compared to all the cologne that was on the shelf. Sam agreed to replace the cologne and we mutually agreed to end our contract. Here's the thing though, the cologne was replaced with knock offs and not the authentic cologne. My first clue should have been when she had the cologne dropped off by someone from her staff vs. having it mailed directly to my home. She also replaced the cologne with larger bottles than the ones we told her we originally had. Hard to believe she would spend more than $500 to replace the stolen cologne. Look at the pictures of the bottle of Creed and the poor placement of the label. $500 bottle of cologne do not look like this. The fake bottle of Sauvage is similar. DO NOT HIRE EZ PIZZI IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE!!
