The cigarette smell lingered even after they left the room. This is especially concerning because I'm pregnant and I have a 2 year old and being exposed to third hand smoke has recently been recognized as a health risk. Additionally, I expect my house to smell clean after it's been cleaned, not like cigarettes. It was so bad that, despite scheduling 2.5 hours, I had to cut the cleaning session short after an hour because the smell was unbearable. I was very disappointed and won't be using this service again. UPDATE: Bill was very understanding and insisted that we didn't have to pay anything for the session. Despite the bad experience with the cleaners, there is much to be said about Bill's customer service.

After the deep clean (I have two shedding dogs) I was in literal amazement when I came home and saw how clean my house was, it has not been that clean probably since we moved in three years ago. I have never seen my house without 1 single tuft of dog hair until her team came in and cleaned. Our bathroom and kitchen literally sparkled. That leave cute little touches, like a bow of paper towels, or a rose on the toliet paper. Even just the way she makes beds literally makes it look like you live in a hotel. Our entire home smells and looks sparkling clean! For a reasonable rate Argentina and crew came in and spent many hours in our home yesterday performing a deep clean. They were very respectful and quiet while doing their work which is important to me as I work from home and am often on calls and meetings. When I originally reached out to Argentina for a quote for recurring service she assured me that I should give them a try and that their service is on a different level. Well, she certainly didn't let me down. When I say they scrubbed my home yesterday I mean it! I've been disappointed by other cleaning services in the past as they start off adequate yet their services decline over time. I expressed that concern to Argentina before I hired her crew. She assures me that given that this is a family team this will not happen as she and her husband are always on site to assure that you are always receiving the same level of service. If yesterday's clean was any indicator of their level of service I'm keeping them forever. Not only were they incredibly thorough in their cleaning, they were respectful of our home and very professional. If you're looking for a different level of clean I would highly recommend reaching out to Argentina and crew. They truly are on another level.
