I bought a Hyundai Kona from them. Jorge Guzman was the best salesman and helped me exceptionally. He made the process as easy as possible and was so flexible with my chaotic schedule. I swear I texted him multiple times asking to move the time and he was nothing but understanding and accepting. He was so kind and made it such a great experience. Thank you ottosource and thank you Jorge!!

Fake Review Left By my Salesman

I found out after my horrible experience, that my salesman "Carlos Dominguez" left a fake 5 star review for them because he is employed by them! His review he left says he "flew" down to Texas, he literally told me he lives in Denton, TX and he works for them. Complete lie and fake review!! All their good 5 star reviews are FAKE REVIEWS left by their employees, family, and friends! They do this to help compensate for all the real reviews that are 1 star negative reviews from all the honest hardworking people they have done horribly wrong! DON'T BE FOOLED!! Stay away! They are lying scammers! You have been warned! Caught them in multiple contradicting lies! This has been the most unprofessional service I've ever gotten from a dealership. Wasted ALOT of my time! They are corrupt and should be forced to shutdown. They have pending LAWSUITS against them just read the other reviews to see the numerous other victims of theirs that are seeking legal action against them! My horrible experience with this corrupt so called "dealership" full of people that don't have a concence, morales, or respect their customers. My experience: I was interested in purchasing a Tesla Model 3 Performance from them and after speaking over the phone with salesman Carlos Dominguez, I drove 6 hours there from Louisiana on a Saturday Morning to get the deal done for the car. Once I get there, they started asking for all the paperwork needed but took forever once they got what they needed to the the extent that it was almost time for them to close so they said they submitted everything but "we are waiting to hear back from finance for approval and that won't be till Monday" so I had to drive all the 6 more hours (12 hours driving in total) back to Louisiana accomplishing nothing. Then on Monday Carlos Dominguez stopped responding to messages and they kept putting me transferring me to a voicemail machine to leave a message every time I tried to call to get a status update. Then they even started forwarding my calls period and I can confirm this because after my call got forwarded, I then 2 seconds later called from a different phone and got an instant answer. Do y'all just not want to sell this car to me? I mean even after agreeing to put 7K down on the car, y'all still seem like you don't want to do it, by not following up on if meeting finance's request was good enough to continue the purchase process. Never had a dealership seem to not want to sell a vehicle before, then y'all don't return phone calls, don't explain any reasoning why to anything and even after I drove 12 hours total to come out there from Louisiana as a customer on last Friday, y'all can't even give me the curtesy of a phone call back to give status update or reasoning why to anything. Then y'all have been ignoring responding to my phone calls and messages since leaving dealership to drive back to Louisiana on Friday.

This was the fastest purchase for a vehicle I've ever made. I truly appreciate Maarja for being so dedicated to customer service and making me feel truly appreciated. It didn't even feel like a transaction, it felt like hanging out with a real friend. Thank you Maarja for your professionalism and customer service. That drive today to Dallas was absolutely worth it!!!!!

He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

To be clear from the start, I completely understand Toyota's need to prevent fraud. My frustration is not with the security process itself, but with the lack of customer service, poor communication, and unnecessary obstacles, especially given that our situation was already confirmed internally. My friend sold her car to Toyota of Dallas and moved out of state. Toyota was supposed to mail her check in November. When it never arrived, she followed up in December and asked for a tracking number. She was told they could not find it, which strongly suggests it was never sent. She was then given two options: pick up the check in person or have it remailed. Because she no longer lives in Dallas, she asked if her friend (me) could pick it up instead. She explicitly asked whether any authorization or identification would be required. Toyota's response was, verbatim, that no additional authorization was needed as long as she was comfortable with me picking it up. Toyota had my name and acknowledged that I was approved to retrieve the check. After multiple attempts to reach accounting and several phone calls just to get the check prepared, I finally spoke with Francisco Cano. From the start, he was dismissive and rude, repeatedly cutting me off before I could finish a sentence. He insisted there was no way I could pick up the check, directly contradicting what other Toyota employees had already confirmed. To verify, I went back to my friend, who showed me written confirmation from another Toyota representative stating they had spoken with Francisco and that the check was ready for pickup. Despite this, when I arrived at Toyota of Dallas, Francisco again refused to release the check. He would not come speak to me and relayed his refusal through the front desk. When I finally spoke with him directly, he continued to interrupt me and refused to listen. His proposed solution was that I wait an additional month to speak with a colleague who was out of the office, meaning a check that was supposed to arrive in November would still not be received by February. This was despite the fact that the colleague had already confirmed authorization and had spoken to Francisco directly the day before. What made this experience especially frustrating was that there were many simple solutions available. I offered to FaceTime my friend. I offered to provide written authorization. I asked if they could simply mail the check to the address they already had on file. Francisco refused all of these options. Eventually, after I insisted that waiting another month was unacceptable, Francisco brought out his manager. The manager resolved the issue immediately and said, "We'll bring you the check right now." It truly was that easy. Even then, Francisco required me to FaceTime my friend and have her hold up her ID. When the check was finally handed to me, my name was clearly printed on the envelope as the authorized pickup person. Had Francisco taken even a few moments to review the information, speak with his colleagues, or approach the situation with professionalism, this entire ordeal could have been avoided. Again, I respect Toyota's need for security. What I do not respect is rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of effort. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and reflects very poorly on Toyota of Dallas and on Francisco Cano specifically.

I complained that I had another big bill coming up to fix the remaining issues on the vehicle, which were to correct the clear coat peeling and the cracks on the sides of the front bumper. After telling him, George apologized for everything I experienced with the vehicle since leaving the dealership. He offered to fix the front bumper free of charge. It was clear he cared deeply about trying to make my experience better and making sure I didn't feel like I was just someone they wanted to make money off of. I decided to schedule a day with him to bring in my car to see if he would be able to deliver on his promise to repair the damages. When I came to pick up my vehicle today, the repair to my front bumper looked great, and George even fixed the trim on the side of my front windshield that was starting to peel off before I left. He also provided me with a small bottle of the paint that matches my car's color code in case I ever get any random small scratches in the future. George truly is what made my experience here better. If you do choose to come here to purchase a vehicle, I recommend talking to George directly should you have any issues that come up.

From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable--which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described--no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. What stood out the most is how much they actually care about the customer experience. You're not just another deal to them--they take pride in what they do, and it shows. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs.
