I called within my warranty period but couldn't get my car to the shop to leave sitting until they can look at it as I was starting a new job. When I finally had time, I called a million times and showed up only to find my calls never being answered and the shop always being closed. I chalked it up that I was screwed over. After doing research later on, I found their second shop. I called, spoke to the owner, who told me he can look at it but because I'm 2K miles outside of the warranty and didn't bring it to him when I first called while they were still open, he could only "see what he could do to help me out" but not warranty their mess up. He also told me they closed the shop I originally had my work done at because they didn't have any techs. Now, my car is back to what it was doing before just outside of my 17K mile warranty and they're not willing to warranty their cheap work. A rebuild should last the lifespan of a new transmission. Not 19K miles later after a rebuild. No other shop wants to work on it now and only want to rebuild it again. I should have listened to the other reviews. Stay away from this place!!

No way could I go without repair.. so contacted Two local Houston Toyota Collision Repair shops associated with dealers... one provided a 2300 estimate, and the second eventually provided one for a similar amount. Robert's Body Shop worked on my buddy's car last year and did a great job, so I took it down to them for an estimate. They quoted 1500 for the job and said they could take the car the next morning. I brought it in on Wednesday and they had it ready for pick up on Friday. The work on the truck was impeccable. It looked as though it never happened. All in all, great customer service and an awesome job on the body damage. Thanks guys! You got yourself another regular customer when I need some work done. The finance department communication and customer service skills left something to be desired, but the sales team more than made up for it.
