I was fed false information repeatedly such as my transmission was being sent out (I was having NO transmission work being performed). After being quoted and given a ETA i was not informed until i physically went up there that the technician broke my pulley, my oil pump, & dropped trash in my heads causing further damage to my vehicle. In effort to get my vehicle back i had to pay even MORE money to repair the damage they caused. Now my vehicle has a oil leak from the oil pan they removed that had absolutely no business being touched had the technician not broken my oil pump and garbs has completely refused to repair anything, despite it only being 3 weeks from when the repairs were completed.

They finished early which was wonderful! It's been a few weeks since my vehicle was repaired, and I feel like an excellent job was done as not only are my former issues gone but there are no new sounds or squeaks as have happened previously with other shops. Big mistake. I came in asking for a specific repair -- it was never fixed. Instead, they "discovered a leak" that took five days to "fix." No calls, no updates, no pricing info. I had to call myself just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car, I was overcharged and my car is STILL leaking oil. How hard is it to fix a leak? The shop is dirty, trash and oil stains left inside my car, and the staff acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting updates. Adam hung up in my face and answered the phone like I was ruining his day. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it.
