Now....I wouldn't expect that kind of service every time, but it's a gesture, in a critical.moment for me, that showed me not only that my patronage is valued, but that they are supreme human beings in a time when that just doesnt exist much anymore. Called and got a quote first for new brake pads (I think it was $185 but can't remember for sure) and then got a quote for brake pads and rotors, which was $450 including labor. But it turns out I put it off for too long and also needed new calipers. He lifted my car up and showed me how they were leaking brake fluid. And this didn't surprise me because I could feel my car was no longer braking. He finished everything during my work day and only charged $1,000. I spoke to Ray and he was very personable and accommodating. He explained what headlight bulb was the best option and what kind of labor it would entail to replace it. He worked with me on pricing and provided a reasonable quote. Once I showed him that a competitor had a better rate, he matched it! The replacement took about an hour and the best part is that he came to my house! I have been looking for a new mechanic since my family mechanic retired a few years ago. I believe I have finally found a mechanic that can be my new family mechanic!

Everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints. If I ever find myself and another position where I need an emergency jumpstart, I would have no problem calling him again to help me out!
