He took a picture of my plates which was weird even when I provided the make and model, etc.The next day May 28th I called him in the morning as my car is not running properly and needs to get diagnosed and Benjamin said I'm in the middle of something and will call you back today and he NEVER called me back. I waited on Friday, May 29th for Benjamin to return my call but he never called. Now it's the weekend and my car is still not diagnosed. Thanks for NOTHING Benjamin and do better and if you want a NEW customer um how about call them back. Taking my money and business elsewhere.

I took the quote to EADO who performed the exact quoted repairs for $4800 out the door! This meant my net to me for my trade-in value was about $14,000. Let me sum up in two sentences. EADO saved me, (i.e. made me on my trade-in), $8000, and they did it on TWO DAYS! I ended up bringing it back three separate times for the same issue. To be fair, one of those visits did uncover another problem that genuinely needed to be repaired. However, I repeatedly brought up the original O2 code, and every time I was told the car was fixed and ready to go. Unfortunately, within the same day or by the following day the check engine light would come back with the same code. Each visit cost me more money, so I kept assuming an honest mistake had been made and would return a week or two later hoping the issue would finally be resolved. A few weeks ago, my car completely died. I almost brought it back here, but after the previous experiences, I decided to take it to the dealership instead. The dealership found burned wiring, blown fuses, and had to trace and repair sections of the wiring harness. I'm not claiming this shop caused those problems, because I don't know that. What I do know is that after those electrical repairs, I've been driving the car every day, and the O2 sensor code that I had been chasing for months has not returned. I'm not accusing any one of intentionally replacing parts that weren't needed. However, when a customer returns multiple times with the exact same problem, I expect a more thorough diagnosis instead of repeatedly replacing parts and sending me on my way. The repeated repairs cost me a significant amount of money without solving the issue. What finally convinced me to leave this review was my last visit. I asked if they offered a military discount because my parents were paying for the repair. Instead of simply telling me yes or no, I was asked what my dad does in the military. After I answered, the conversation turned into comments minimizing the importance of his job. That was disappointing and unprofessional, especially coming from someone who said they were ex military. My father's service deserved respect, not criticism. I can't recommend this shop based on my experience. I hope they improve their diagnostic process and treat customers and military families with more professionalism and respect.
