I just bought my dream truck.. a '23 Tacoma TRD Pro.. its a tight squeeze into my garage, so i have to cut it close.. after two weeks having the truck, I cut it too close and caused some good sized scrapes on the front right fender and bent the fender flair. No way could I go without repair.. so contacted Two local Houston Toyota Collision Repair shops associated with dealers... one provided a 2300 estimate, and the second eventually provided one for a similar amount. Robert's Body Shop worked on my buddy's car last year and did a great job, so I took it down to them for an estimate. They quoted 1500 for the job and said they could take the car the next morning. I brought it in on Wednesday and they had it ready for pick up on Friday. The work on the truck was impeccable. It looked as though it never happened. Neither Robert or his wife was working and nothing had been done to my car. I even expressed that I didn't have a rental My daughter missed school this week because I thought they were fixing my car The whole time it was just sitting there While me and my daughter sat in the house and went for walk all week. They stopped my money my daughters school time and didn't even care. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My car was hit in traffic and the front bumper was damaged. I decided to stop by this body shop since it was the closest near me. When I took my car for an estimate I was told the bumper would be replaced and painted. I was told it would be ready 3 days later. Ended up being 4 days later. When I went to pick up the car, I paid before seeing the bumper thinking the shop did what they they told me they would do. Once I seen it, I noticed that my bumper wasn't replaced but only painted over. I was charged as if I was getting a new bumper. So I was over charged!!! Did not do what they told me. Will not be going here in the future if I need any body work done on my vehicle. read more

Shout out Richard and Robert, these guys are genuinely nice and hard working people. I had a problem with my passenger side window (wouldn't go up) and I mistakenly brought in the wrong part. They had already done the labor of taking out the shell of the car door and when I went over to go pay for the labor of my mistake, they did not charge me for it. They simply said to just bring in the right part and we'll fix it for you. At any other auto shop they would have charged me, but these guys really worked around my budget and never once became money greedy people. They ended up fixing the window for me after I brought the right part this time and at a fairly decent price. Lower quality work and poor service... unqualified staff...repairs ended up costing me more out of pocket to have issues rectified. I would not recommend if you have a higher end vehicle with new technology. I had to take time off work to bring vehicle in, TWICE, after bumper was "repaired", due to sensors not registering. Kept car full day, TWICE. Owner had to bring in a mechanic second time to try and troubleshoot. Problem was never rectified. Upon pointing out persistence of issues to owner, I was told to take business elsewhere.... claiming I wanted something for free... hate to point out the obvious, but you already took the money Mr owner... and did a very poor job... Second time this shop got me out of a jam. Previously, they help me deal with body damage from low speed accident. My Nissan's driver's side door handle got harder to open. Eventually, it just got stuck and i pulled too hard. It detached from the door. I stopped by today and got a couple of gentlemen to work on it. They said they would try to reuse the same parts if they were good. If not, then i would need to pay for new parts. Thirty minutes later, they brought my keys back & presented me with a working door. These gentlemen beat the pants of the stealership, who want to replace the lock actuator, external door handle, then quoted me four times as much $$ as Robert's team. Thank you so much! Absolutely terrible business. Showed up 3 times and apparently the only person that can give estimates is never at work. Other employees took pictures and my information and never received a call. I had a wonderful experience with these guys. Got a quote over the phone for having my rear bumper replaced. It was very reasonably priced, all things considered. I decided I should also take it by in person just to be sure the estimate reflected the total amount of work that needed to be done. They squeezed me in that day to give me an in person quote. After discussing the scope of the project and even walking me through the exact procedure they would recommend, I decided to go with them. They we're able to work with me on my timeline, got things done the day they said they would, and the car looks GREAT. You couldn't ask for nicer people or better service. Got a hit & run and need to pay with own pocket. Ouch! Checked out 3 stores, price breaked down to new bumper, fender and headlight. Talk to Robert and he is able to fix the headlight brackets and mount it back. He also offers to touch up a small scratch on the door. They are professional, honest and very customer service. I trust them and also ask for my old windshield replaced! When we pick up car, Happy (last name), the technician is so helpful and goes all the way to shows us tips to take care of scratches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! I took my vehicle to be repaired. I paid for new parts. They put on used parts. They told me 7 days to repair. The had my vehicle more than 30 days! I had front damage. After I finally got my vehicle. A used part fell off my vehicle while driving on the freeway!!! The same day I picked it up. I couldn't even make it home. Called back talked to Robert (owner). He put on hold and had some other guy try to convince me to bring it back. once another shop broke my vehicle down it was discovered the parts were used and not in working order. This could have been totally detrimental. When I called back regarding the used parts I was told "oh the repair guy picked up the wrong box with used parts instead of the new parts" I would never ever recommend this place!! read more

This is a shop operated by a husband and wife. I really liked this dynamic as it made me feel more comfortable as a woman dealing with car repairs. Mrs. Luna is kind and friendly and did really well at putting me at ease during the whole process. It's never a fun thing to have to take one's vehicle to a body shop because it's usually the result of an accident. But the Luna's do quality work, they were very responsive to my questions and requests for updates about my repair. The work seemed very well done. And when I had to go back two weeks after the first repair I was impressed to see that their employee, who had obviously worked on my car the first time, come out to make sure that there wasn't an issue with his work. I was glad to see that they had people that cared so much about the work they had done. That sort of care for one's client is something that rolls downhill from the ownership.
