THIS PIZZA WAS SO GOOD!!! EVERYONE WAS SO FRUENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!! Great pre-Wicked movie snack. Very good meat and cheese , nice men.

This pizza was so good it's unbelievable. I truly haven't had a better slice of pizza In Boston or at any other Otto location. My mind is blown, my insides are screaming but in a good way. My insides want another slice of this pizza pie. The tap water is great too. Great ambiance, nice spot for a first date. 10/10

No pulled pork :(

I've been a fan of OTTO Pizza ever since I lived in Maine for a few years. The unique flavors and thin crust make their pizzas delicious yet not overkill. It's one of those places where you can feel like you're indulging a without the dreaded overeating stomach ache. I don't delivery from OTTO for the first time since moving to Medford from their Arlington location. Reasonably priced for sure even with the delivery charge through the third part site. The standard cheese was just that -- hot, not too saucy and wonderful in every bite. Unfortunately, the pulled pork and mango pizza was a bit of a miss. I had ordered this pie thinking it was a unique riff off of a controversial favorite (Hawaiian Pizza) and was sad to see virtually NO pulled pork when it arrived. It ended up being a cheese pizza with mango slices all over it. Don't get me wrong, it still tasted alright but I found myself wishing it had been delivered complete. Nevertheless, I still love their pizzas and will for sure be giving this place another shot. * * * *UPDATE: a representative from their team reached out via Yelp and expressed a sincere apology and commitment to doing better. I was even mailed a gift card! Like I said, OTTO is delicious and I'm sure it was just a lapse in production.

I do love the pizza, albeit a bit pricey but it is the best around here. Still nothing like the stuff I grew up on in NJ,NYC, and CT. Don't know what the deal is with sausage as a topping but I ordered one recently which had barely any sausage. Last night I decided to splurge for extra sausage and in the end it was pretty much what I would call a normal amount. For 3 plus dollars extra, I felt ripped off.

Spicy pulled pork

Potato and bacon pizza. Spicy pulled pork pizza. Both were great. The crust was good. Not great. Toppings were good. Both small size pizzas were enough for 1 person. The only issue was delivery. Driver left order in vestibule of shared building on top of someone else's 'stuff'. This after speaking to the driver and letting him know I was coming right down. Building access instructions were entered when order was made.

Pizza order filled earlier than we expected. Pizza was mediocre and pricy. Will probably not return.

Really delicious pizza. The slices are gigantic. The seating area is small however most people do take out.

Yelp gives this place four stars…read more I give this place four stars. I give Northender's category five stars. Northender is just like 380 places all over the Boston Area. And I love them all. * * * Northender is an East Coast Sub Shop. Sub shops have pizza too. Pizza is good all over the country. Subs are NOT good all over the country. They are usually only good only in the Northeast. Sub shops in Texas are godawful. Sub shops in Michigan and Wisconsin are no great shakes. So when I go to Boston or Connecticut or Rhode Island or -Hallelujah - Philadelphia ... I go out of my way to get at least one real deal sub. One real deal sub and I am happy. If on two days, I can get two real deal subs, I am twice as happy. * * * Most East Coast sub shops are fine. There may be some place that has legendary three standard deviations above the mean subs. I have yet to find one. There is probably a tail end of terrible East Coast sub shops at the bottom end of the distribution. If I have eaten at one, I have repressed the memory. * * * The Northender is controversial. Some Yelpers hate it. Others love it. My local hosts love it. What I had is outstanding. So I am proudly in the pro-Northender camp. Because sub shops also do pizzas and Italian main dish entrees - there may or may not be issues with the other two thirds of the menu. But on subs - these folks are just fine and dandy. I had a meatball parmigiana sub. Those are always good. Even mediocre places in Texas with their cold cuts coming straight from Sysco can sometimes manage a decent meatball sub. * * * Northender lets you get hot grilled green peppers on your meatball sub. Texas has never heard of such a thing. Hot grilled green peppers on any kind of a parmigiana sub? Take plug. Insert into electric socket. All the lights come on. I was bright and shiny for the rest of the day. (And that rest of the day involved a long and miserable trip through Logan airport. I needed that sub as a bright spot on a day that was going to be dreariness up the snoot.) * * * Are the subs in Arlington better or worse than the subs in Lexington, or in Dedham, or in Marblehead or in Southie? I really couldn't tell you. But certain pleasures are like chocolate. They are good unless they are proven otherwise. * * * How are Northenders salads, or the lasagnas of the day or their house special pizza? I have no idea. But just keep those sub sandwiches coming. I am with ya, Northender.

A friend raved about the pizza, so we happily gave it a try. The home delivery via Slice was on…read moretime. The pizza was warm but not hot. During my first bite I bit into a black olive pit. I called to tell them about it, but the person who answered the phone did not understand what I was saying. Otherwise, the cheese was not great and overall pizza was okay, but not worth ordering twice.

So worth the wait!…read more We enjoy dining in for dinner at this nice farm to table restaurant! It's a nice and cozy restaurant tucked in the Arlington heights plaza. It is always busy on Friday and Saturday nights but each time we have walked in we are lucky to find a table. It's an order at the counter type of place but you pay after you're meal. They bring you you're food and then you pay when you leave. I really like that they get their produce from local farms and that they have a rotating specials menu. We are always excited to see what's new on their menu. I really love their pizzas! They are so flavorful and they always create a new pizza special. This night they had mozzarella blue cheese pizza which was very tasty! And they had a corn ravioli which had squash and tons of veggies! When it's a busy night it does take a little longer than an ordinary restaurant in terms of wait time but it's so worth it once you get your food! It feels like a home cooked meal and it tastes like one too!

We stopped into Neighborhood Prep Kitchen for dinner on a Monday night after driving past here…read moredozens of times and saying we should try it out someday. We were really impressed, and it seemed to be a very popular spot! We ordered a pizza and the chicken parm to share and both were delicious. The pizza had that perfect wood-fired crust: crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and super flavorful. The sauce tasted fresh and the dollops of ricotta on top were a nice touch. The chicken parm was hearty and comforting, perfectly breaded with melty cheese and a really good red sauce. The space itself feels cozy and laid-back, and the staff was friendly without rushing us. It's the kind of place that feels just as good for a casual weeknight dinner as it would for a low-key date night. Definitely a solid local spot worth coming back to!
