There have been so many different drivers over the years, which is the same for delivery drivers with Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Many of them have been nice. It's a good thing that we are now able to leave reviews on Vendors; it wasn't always the case with Yelp. When I first started, the directions that were relayed to them, and any other Vendor, here, was to call the office first, prior to visiting. I am usually here, unless I am on Vacation or at a medical apointment. If I'm notified, we're good. Last year, also acquired Mountain Springs Water, which my boss requested. So, in addition, to the cases of water, we also get this product too. For the most part, the single use bottles are good. Sometimes, you get the drippy messes or the plastic bottle taste, but that's not often.

Now I'm going to take the high road and assume it was a genuine wish for a good holiday and not subtle reminder to tip at Christmas (which I normally do for all my regular delivery folks and landscaper etc) . But still I've never gotten a card before, so maybe this delivery person is better than my previous ones. I think now unless someone lives under a rock, you have to be aware of the tip controversy that seems to be in the news every day., especially here in LV, where there are so many hospitality positions . I always tip for good service and my big peeve is the tip shaming screen on the card machines that pop up before your final total is displayed. But enough of that, Sparkletts did good today.

Last weekend I went to open the case of sparkling water and found out it was spring water. Both cases. They delivered the wrong water and because I cancelled the account I can't reach anyone, anywhere for help. Prime will not take my call. Local office in Havasu has a toll free number going to Primo Brands. I have emailed and called numerous times. Horrible service. BEWARE YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS.

This is a small family owned water delivery. In my case I ran out of water early because I didn't know how much to order the first time. I asked if I could get an extra delivery and had upped my order to 3 bottles instead of two. I was told I would have to have all 3 empty bottles out in order to get 3 filled waters. That means all bottles would be empty on delivery day. Which means you are out completely out of water at that point. I don't see how this would work for anyone. Seemingly you might be out of water for as long as two weeks and if you are not there to put it out, it could be a month. I decided this wasn' t going to work for me, for this was my vacation home and I'm not there full time. I had to take my empty bottles and fill them myself. So on delivery day, I wasn't there and both bottles had been filled by me and they were inside my house. So no delivery at all. The whole reason I did this was so I would not have to lift heavy bottles at my age. My only option was to cancel my account. So I asked if they could just charge me a reasonable price for the empty bottles. There answer was 20.00 dollars a bottle. Which is a ridiculous price as I can buy them at Walmart for 13.00. They weren't willing to work with me at all. Why should you have to get to completely empty before you can get the same amount delivered. I used to have Sparklets, they were very accommodating to your needs but I was told they don't deliver to my address in Earp Ca. I'm 72. The whole reason I did this was lifting heavy water bottles was very difficult. On my first order I asked several times to deliver to my back porch, so I wouldn't have to lift the heavy bottles from the front porch to the back porch. They totally messed up the delivery and put everything on the front porch. 2 heavy 5 gallon jugs and 2, 24 case waters. I had to get a dolly to move everything from front to back. Up and down stairs. They would not come back and move them. In short really bad customer service and the girl on the phone could care less about helping with any of this, and seemed a bit annoyed that I was even asking . So much for family owned. I don't usually review on Yelp but maybe they will improve their customer service for others in the future. YOU CANT WAIT TILL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY EMPTY BEFORE YOU GET NEW, HELLO. After posting this review, I got a text message from the girl on the phone who proceeded to try and make me feel bad for my review by bringing the assassination of Charley Kirk into it. No apologies for any issues I had with them. No mention of talking to their family about these unreachable delivery options. This is extremely unprofessional. I cannot recommend them. I'm tired of no one cares about good service any more. In reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who doesn't agree you should have to put out all your water bottles in order to get the same delivered. When you still have a full or partial full bottle in your water cooler machine. Apparently they just don't get this! The whole reason we have water delivered is to have water at all times. This makes no sense.

There is such a big difference between the Arrowhead Water taste which appears to me to be filtered tap water Arizona premium water is definitely premium. It taste like the Fresh Water springs up in Sedona, Arizona, which is all natural. This water is so good. I can never go back to any other water.

They even went the extra mile to check at my pot filler, ice machine, and refrigerator were working great before they left. I would highly recommend them to my friends because they were awesome!
