The driller (Jason) indicated the office will work with me on the excess amount. If work with means payments with a greater than 24% annual interest rate, then yes, they will work with you. If you expect a call back from them after they have your deposit, keep wishing upon that star. It won't happen. This was one of my worst decisions. We discussed all of the options. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of what they recommended. I gave them the green light and they started the job within a few days and finished when they said they would. The well works better now than it has in the 20 years since I had it installed. I told her they retired. She said that was BS and to go back to them (they're retired it doesn't make sense) that Vegas drilling won't work on it because it's under warranty. I told her that I was fine paying. She just said what I told her was BS and they won't do the work. I'm going to peel their sticker off my tank and never call them again.

Today we called them to let them know that all three tanks failed and we have no water. We had another company on site that verified the failure. He told me that they would be under warranty so when I spoke with their office, I was told no one could get out here until next Thursday, 7 days from now. I have NO water and that was their response. We have horses and animal to care for. Then I was informed that even if the tanks are under warranty, they still charge for trip and installation. Horrible customer service. The well company that was on site said "if I had installed these, and they failed, I would never charge to do it again". Needless to say, this is another reason we choose to not ever use these guys again.
