I called Calvin's and they were very helpful and compassionate about my situation. They were able to come after hours on a weekend to get my septic system figured out. Turned out it was just a clogged filter,which made it overflow. Calvin even put in extenders to bring my man hole up to ground level, like it should have been done on install, but the previous owner didn't think that was worth the extra cost I guess. Never do that, spend and extra couple hundred dollars and do it right! Thank you Calvin for taking time out of your weekend to come rescue us. Scheduled the tech over a week ago for a specific day. Got zero confirmation, nor any information…read more I had to call to find out and confirm the appointment. Was told they would be arriving in the morning when I made the appointment. When I had to call for confirmation, I was told 11am "or so". I called at 1:12pm as they still had not shown up. I was told they were going to arrive in 45 mins to another hour. The tech Brandon finally showed up after 4pm. The woman I spoke with on the phone named Carla, is very nice and helpful. However, their communication is not great. Brandon did a great job telling us exactly what was going on, gave us a game plan to a seemingly fairly old system and poor situation. Took his time explaining everything and even went beyond normal efforts fixing some holes left behind by previous failed service providers. I am hoping that their services become more available in our area, as I would continue to use them without hesitation. If you need an honest fair priced company, go with them. Just make sure you have a full day to dedicate to waiting on their arrival. As well as keep up with communication with them on your own.
