On the morning of 9/15, I called around and left messages with a few companies. One company answered, but quoted me a very high call-out fee--which I accepted since no one else was reachable. Before that appointment was even set, the owner of All American called me back and said he could have someone out within an hour or so, at a much more reasonable price. I immediately said yes! He sent Robert and his wife Heather, and they showed up right away. Robert cut back the insulation, found the cracked pipe that was causing the leak, and was able to repair it within just a couple of hours. They were such a huge help, and we're so grateful for their quick response, honesty, and expertise.
