Scheduled the tech over a week ago for a specific day. Got zero confirmation, nor any information…read more I had to call to find out and confirm the appointment. Was told they would be arriving in the morning when I made the appointment. When I had to call for confirmation, I was told 11am "or so". I called at 1:12pm as they still had not shown up. I was told they were going to arrive in 45 mins to another hour. The tech Brandon finally showed up after 4pm. The woman I spoke with on the phone named Carla, is very nice and helpful. However, their communication is not great. Brandon did a great job telling us exactly what was going on, gave us a game plan to a seemingly fairly old system and poor situation. Took his time explaining everything and even went beyond normal efforts fixing some holes left behind by previous failed service providers. I am hoping that their services become more available in our area, as I would continue to use them without hesitation. If you need an honest fair priced company, go with them. Just make sure you have a full day to dedicate to waiting on their arrival. As well as keep up with communication with them on your own.

They come every time we call for well service. Reliable and dependable to have in the area.read more

Michael was great!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. He…read moreevaluated our entire HVAC system, checking every component in a timely manner. He presented his findings, pointing out the good and the bad. Luckily there was more good than bad. Michael let us know what options we had to correct the things that needed attention. This made it very easy for the wife and me to choose which avenue to take. I highly recommend Ambient Edge for all of your HVAC concerns.

My elderly father called Ambient Edge for a no-cooling issue on 6/29/26. Their own technician's…read moreinvoice states the compressor and capacitor tested fine -- yet we were charged $1,227 for a "bundle" that included replacing that same capacitor, plus a contactor and an unexplained "soft start" module, financed through a third party without clearly explaining the terms to my father. The repair failed within 18 days. On 7/16, they diagnosed the compressor as "shorted to ground" and quoted roughly $23,000 to replace the entire system -- despite it still being under a 10-year manufacturer warranty. My father was left without AC for days in 100°F+ heat. We called an independent, licensed company for a second opinion. They found only a failed contactor -- the same part Ambient Edge had just installed -- replaced it for $460, and documented normal compressor amp draw, a healthy temperature split, and good refrigerant pressures. No compressor replacement was ever needed. The system has run fine ever since. When confronted with this, along with inconsistencies in their own diagnostic readings, Ambient Edge refused a refund and stood by their original diagnosis. Get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here, especially on anything warranty-related.

Yesterday late afternoon…read morealmost 5:00 I called and to my surprise the phone was answered and it was a lady by the name of Dana. She listened to what my needs were and asked me to text her pictures if I could, I could and I did. She texted me and said she received them and she would get back to me with a price to do the job. maybe an hour later she said she had the quote and if I wanted to go with her quote she had time available late the next day or the following day. Dana said he husband Wes was going to finish another job and he would be at my house between 12 and 2 to remove my stuff. That was easy I thought to myself. The next day Dana texted me and let me know Wes looked like he was going to finish the other job on time and then come to me. She said with drive time it would be close to 3:00 when Wes would arrive. I live in a secured community so I kept an ear open so I could let him in. Someone else opened the gate for him so I thought I'd look out the window to check and see if he was at the gate and to my surprise he was parked right in front of my garage ready to go to work. Wes introduced himself, we went into the garage and he went to work removing the 2 items he came to get. 5 minutes later I was paying hime for a job well done. Wes,Dana thank you so much for your professionalism. You ought to train others on how to run a successful small business. If the 2 of you run that tight on a daily basis, you do need to write a book or have seminars. These 2 "DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO"! when they say they are going to do it and they kept me informed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Jo Layne Bullhead City

I left them alone to do other stuff and came in to check on them a couple hours later. They were working and chatting, we were all chatting shortly, I showed them where cold drinks were and went back to my work. I returned about 4:00 and checked in with them, they were going to be another couple hours. I gave instructions on leaving and went to where I'm staying. Next afternoon I was walking around inside the house. It still smelled like cigarettes, windows looked dingy. I got a paper towel with a little bit of spray on it and ran it along a window frame top. It was nearly black with dust and grit. I wiped the windowsill with a clean part and got the same. Now I was curious...I found water spots on faucet chrome, hand marks on a door frame, walls were not wiped down, some shelves still had stains from old food containers ( these did not completely clean up when I went over them, but they lightened considerably), the washer had cobwebs behind it and a hand smear on the top, the dials had not been wiped down. I could see oils from people's skin around the knobs. I got a referral for Ericsson's by someone who raved about them. I was disappointed. I got a normal house cleaning, not a "deep cleaning". I called the office and explained, they were very apologetic and said they'd have the girls come and fix it. I never got a call, my husband either. They said they went again, I wasn't there. They said they must've left a window open the first visit. One night and a day would not create that much dust on the tops of cupboards, door frames, washer , etc... There ought to be inservices on what defines "deep cleaning" in the company. Otherwise, they were on time, admin was cheerful and professional, I received a thorough estimate of charges.
