Stay away from these guys. We are new to Bullhead City and called the company for water check up…read more We paid for the checkup and agreed to use them in salt service, at $35. They were supposed to fill right away, but took 2 weeks to get us 2 bags of salt. According to bank records they were paid $35 on 02/06/25 (handed the sales man our debit card). Because of the hassles getting salt needed, we called and canceled the service over the phone and the young lady just hung up on me at the time I complained. We were then billed and paid another $40.50 on 04/15/25 again. We have only ever received 2 bags of salt and were clear we didn't want their poor service. They have not been back since , but today I got billed for both $35 and $40.50. (Have print outs of payments made.) Maybe the young lady thought this would be funny (mistreating senior citizens in this manner.) Horrible customer service! This will go to court on our end if not cleared asap. Requiring immediate action to resolve.

I have had Water solutions come over 3 different times and…read morethe last time I called was about no pressure from my RO system. So no healthy water or ice cubes for a year. I finally called them and they came right out. Even calling me from another jobsite to tell me exactly when they would arrive. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting, the tech went under my house and found that the h20 line from the RO to the fridge had been chewed up by some sort of animal and thus the reason for no H20 pressure. They replaced the chewed up line and got me back up and running and didn't try to hustle me for a new water softener or RO system filters. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Even checked the performance of my water softener. All good. 5 stars.

Mark and Chad put in a water softener, hot water heater and reverse osmosis system in our house…read more Few days after they finished with the job I started smelling something strange in my pantry. Come to find out Mark didn't hook the water to the fridge up correctly and the water leaked in the wall and caused mold. Mark would not take any responsibility. I had to pay another contractor to come out and fix the moldy wall and correct his mistake. Now a few years later my hot water heater that he replaced shorted out and caused an electrical fire. I called Mark, he sent Chad out to take a look, and guess what? He says it wasn't his fault. Two separate plumbers disagree. They both said it was a bad installation didn't cap a ground wire which shorted out. I would say not only run but run fast from this unreliable contractor who will NOT guarantee his work.

I asked if their system would allow for the use of potassium chloride instead of sodium and no one knew the answer. So much for being "the water experts" they claim to be. After he had finished the installation and I went to turn on this watering system - he said that this would kill my plants and that this hookup needed to be done before the water softener. He could have very easily done this at the time he was installing the system. He said he did not have the parts to add a new connection before the water softener and showed me where it should go, (trying to be a nice guy and did not see it as that big of a problem - I said that I would get the parts and do it myself). After getting the parts - I realized that there was this other line that went to the other side of my house - which he had previously brought to my attention. This was all discussed the day before he did the installation. I believe that he had forgotten about this on the day that he did the installation and now wants to put the blame on me. Since he was aware of this issue at the time of making the bid for the job, I assumed all was going to be OK. I HAD NO IDEA THAT I COULD NOT USE SOFTENED WATER FOR MY PLANTS - BUT HE DID!!! If you don't make this right - I will continue to make complaints everywhere I can. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS MISTAKE ON YOUR PART THAT YOU REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR. The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results. Very Disappointing Service Experience I had a confirmed…read moreappointment this morning, 9/14/26, from 9:00-10:00 AM, to have my one-year filters replaced. I've waited until 11:00 AM, but no one contacted me or provided any update regarding my appointment. I eventually called the service department and spoke with Christine, who handles the scheduling. She told me she would have someone contact me ASAP with an update. Unfortunately, I never received a call. About an hour later, I called back again because I was frustrated and wanted to get the situation resolved. I was then told that a technician was supposed to contact me and let me know that one of the filters had not arrived. My biggest issue isn't necessarily that the filter wasn't available things happen. The problem is the lack of communication. If I had been notified ahead of time that a filter was missing, I could have avoided wasting several hours of my morning waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to be completed. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but customers' time is valuable too. A simple phone call or notification would have made a huge difference and avoided this entire situation. Very disappointed with how this appointment and communication were handled.

They took a 50% deposit, ordered the equipment and came back a few days later and installed everything. No issues, & they left me with a very clean and tidy water closet! They even went the extra mile to check at my pot filler, ice machine, and refrigerator were working great before they left. I would highly recommend them to my friends because they were awesome!
