Everything was neatly pruned to maximize the health of the oak trees, and the pine was cleaned up after the poor tree-topping job that was completely hacked by the utilities. Once the job was completed, all the limbs were chipped and hauled away, and our yard was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. Thankfully we were not injured, but our vehicle sustained damage. The impact sent broken glass and wood debris into our vehicle, leaving pieces in our hair, on our clothing, and throughout the interior of the car. This was an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in serious injuries or a major accident. Although the driver did pull over, he did not appear concerned based on our interaction and stated he drives this way every day without issue. This is concerning considering a full sheet of plywood and a large 4x4 piece of lumber had just collided with us. We documented the incident and vehicle damage following the event. Companies transporting materials on public roads have a responsibility to properly secure their loads and protect other drivers. I hope AB Tree Service reviews its safety practices and reinforces proper load-securement procedures moving forward

Apparently, the building's owner did not notify the tenants of the work. No problemo.. the guys had a job to do and did it very well. They were incredibly professional. They worked as a cohesive team for the entire day, resting only when they were allotted their legal breaks / lunch time. They were clean and very organized. Each employee was dressed appropriately & had all required safety gear - harnesses when climbing trees, work boots, long sleeved shirts & long pants, ear / eye protection, and hats when needed. Their equipment was well maintained. Attention to safety is very important to this company & its staff. The staff who worked this day spoke Spanish only, but were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had access to the garbage bins (actually, they took my bags to the appropriate bins - thank you!!). They also made sure I could exit the parking area easily because they positioned their truck & equipment with attention to detail. I don't know prices or any other details, but I recommend this business based on safety, respectful staff, and cleanliness. I saw only some of their finished work and it was obvious that they understand trees & other plants.
