I really wanted to like this company. The sales process was excellent, and they sent a very kind person to walk us through our options. However, two years after spending over $30K on two new units, the experience is beyond disappointing. Within 2 years after installation, we discovered several major shortcuts taken by the installers: they failed to install a safety switch (which led to a leak and ceiling damage) and didn't install the correct breaker for the unit. Each of these led to costs for us to repair. Now, we are dealing with a faulty coil and another $1500 repair bill. The most disappointing part is the lack of accountability. We shared all this information with Dave. It took 2 days to return a call then another week for him to say they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Instead they simply said we should have called them for repairs. Well when the ceiling is leaking, or the house is hot you call who can be there in 15 minutes. Not a company that will call back later. They may be nice people, but based on my experience, they don't stand by their work and their installation quality is poor. You would think local installers would understand that doing the right thing will always pay dividends. Apparently not in this case. read more

I had a brand-new HVAC installed (by a different company) in a rental property. Only 2 yrs old & it was having issues and turning on and off intermittently. I reached out to the person who installed the unit several times and he "tried" numerous things. Every time he went to the property, he charged me a service charge of $80 & for the same issue that he never fixed. He finally became MIA, so I had to look up another company to go with. I am so happy I chose this company. I called them around 8:30 am, yesterday. The person on the phone was more than extraordinary to deal with. Especially, because of stressful recent issues I was having with the after service from the other company. She booked my appointment for the very same day with ease. They do charge a $75 non-refundable service call fee. However, keep in mind that if they have to go back to investigate the same issue, they will not charge it again like the person that installed it for me did & never rectified the issue. By 11:30 am the assigned tech (Michael) was at the property. Also, they give you a courtesy call informing you who will be the tech and approx. how far away they are from the property. This is extremely helpful to me especially because I am in a different state than the property. Michael was so courteous and got the job done. By approx. 12:30 pm it was fixed. He even cleaned up the mess the other person left when he tried to "fix" the issue several times. This company is organized, super convenient, and are not exploiting customers for money. They are also ethical in business practices & it shows. I wish I found them sooner & will continue the business relationship with them as well as recommend them to all. Firstly, he didn't push their most expensive, top of the line systems. Mike assessed our needs, explained what recommendations, and what was best in more than one system. Instead of basing our choice on price alone we had the info we needed to make an educated decision. Our installation was quick & clean, although there was a glitch. Osceola air just a heads up. Had new ac put in 2000 here it is 2023 and coil has a defective leak and covered on warranty but the labor is almost $2000 are you kidding me it cost around $6000 to replace everything 3 years ago.And they told me that they had to cover the overhead like, scheduling, ordering, towels, are you serious,come on. Update: 7/21/23 I was asked if I will work with them and my reply was most definitely please send me another quote and we will go from there still waiting. Update: 8/1/23: I still have not received a new quote on fixing my new AC 3 years old and yes they gave me a quote for over $1600.00 But the thing I have a problem with is everything is under warranty but the labor and they are wanting me to pay more than $1600 just for labor and I was told that it would take 2 to 3 hours tops most likely 2 or under. So they are trying to charge me $500+ to $800 PER HOUR and they think that's OK. read more

I had an awesome experience with Osceola Air. They're run by a local who grew up in this area. My AC went out and the owner came out at a time that was convenient to me, and quickly. Gave me a very fair price on a new unit and had it installed in a couple of days. Wound up having an issue with that unit so they replaced the whole thing for me so I didn't have to deal with the company. While I waited for the new unit, they set me up with some window units so I could be comfortable in the meantime. The office staff are very polite and helpful, and the install guys were very professional. I'd definitely recommend OA for your AC needs! read more

Whenever I see on Facebook or another social media site for people looking for recommendations on an air conditioning place, I ALWAYS recommend Osceola Air. They are by far the nicest people ever. I have used them numerous times over the past 3 years and I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning needs. When one of the hurricanes was coming through, I had saw on Facebook that they were offering complimentary visits to come see if your air conditioning units were properly strapped down- after that post I called them up, because let's face it I know NOTHING about air conditionings. Mine was fine. Thankfully. Recently, literally like 3 weeks ago.. our house was getting warmer by the hour, my husband thought I was hallucinating... men... when our temperature inside climbed from 71 to 78 in the matter of 3 hours I knew something was up. A quick trip online filing out a request form & then a phone call from the owner who is locally known and he gave us suggestions what to do over the phone till the next morning. Fast forward to the next day and another worker had came out and he fixed our air conditioning, it was under $100. My only problem with this company Osceola Air is the price that they charge. Please be aware of this. They came out quickly, but the cost for just a drain line clean out was double the normal cost. We are a property management company with many homes and have this repair done many times a year so know that the price is excessive. I did call them to see if there was anything they could do. I was told this was their standard price for the job carried out. We will not be using them again. read more
