He had the job done two days later. He came with his wife to do the job. It is very nice to know there is a woman on the team. Made my wife feel more at ease. The price was reasonable and they were a dream to deal with. Answered all my questions. Explained different options. I felt very comfortable with the entire transaction and will recommend them to my friends.

From the owner: Checking your home's insulation is one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways to use a…read morewhole-house approach to reduce energy waste and make the most of your energy dollars. A good insulating system includes a combination of products and construction techniques that protect a home from outside hot or cold temperatures, protect it against air leaks and control moisture. Heating and cooling ("space conditioning") account for 50 to 70% of the energy used in the average American home. About 20% goes for heating water. On the other hand, lighting and appliances and everything else account for only 10 to 30% of the energy used in most residences. It makes good sense to turn lights and appliances off when they are not needed, and you'll save even more on your energy costs by reducing the amount of energy needed for heating and cooling. Unless your home was constructed with special attention to energy efficiency, adding insulation will probably: Reduce your Energy bills. The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Building Technology's number one recommendation to help consumers reduce energy bills is by adding insulation. Most homes in the United States are not well insulated. Older homes are articularly vulnerable, leading to high heating and air-conditioning bills.

We had a terrible closed cell insulation job done by another company. After a very expensive fog test we were told we were only 20% insulated. We were completely ghosted by another company who wouldn't even give us a quote after requiring the $550 fog test that we did have completed. I was scared. Our electric bill went up into the $600's in summer. We had to worry about mildew. We weren't up to code. Tyler, Trey and Taylor come out to take a look. They talked to me about concerns and expectations. They gave me a quote on the spot. These guys were on it! We had to have our soffit removed and then closed cell foam sprayed to fill the large obvious gaps and new soffit replaced. Every single person that came onto our property was respectful. Professional. Prepared. Punctual. Tyler would check in periodically to make sure my expectations were being met. That I was comfortable and to answer any questions I had. They did not hit me with extra fees or charges. The job was completed in a timely manner even considering the great Florida freeze we had. It was refreshing to have a company come out and lay it out on the table so you understand what is to be done, how much it will cost, the time it will be done and then actually do what they say. We have been scammed by two companies for a large amount of money since living in Lakeland. I am very hesitant and afraid to hire contractors. I would not hesitate in using Insulflo again in the future

They explained everything and showed me exactly what to expect with depths and coverage. They sealed the building up tight! Thank you to Insulflo, Tyler, and his team!!! Since the insulation was installed, there's been a noticeable difference--especially with how much cooler it stays during the summer, which was my biggest concern. The temperature is much more manageable now, and it's made a huge improvement overall. Alex was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and delivered exactly what he promised. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing insulation work done.

Our home has about 20% insulation. Our attic is hotter than outside temperatures now. That heat radiates into the house, no insulation between ceiling and attic. The mess inside the attic is unreal, we can't even have the closed cell taken out because it's like cement. I'm devastated at the mess they left us with. Our house was never a good candidate for closed cell because the sprayers can't reach the eaves. I don't understand why this company did this to us and why they wouldn't fix it. They have a bad reputation with other companies as well. When we get quotes for someone to fix this, they come out of the attic laughing at us.

This horrific experience began on October 24th, 2022 when the new AC unit was installed. The unit immediately begins to have problems. The entire home was WET. The humidity coming from the unit was 86%! Mold growing on the walls, all my paperwork visibly wet and limp, the unit fan never turning off; the whole nine yards. After multiple messages to the contractor who essentially stated I didn't know what I was talking about finally comes out on November 14th, 2022, to make all the needed repairs so I can live normally in my own home. I thought my problems were finally over, I was VERY WRONG. February 2023 rolls around, I am getting unrelated work done on the home. At the mention of a permit and inspection on this unrelated work, I come to the realization that the AC unit was never inspected, meaning that it most certainly was not permitted. February 9th, 2023 I call the City and they confirm my suspicions as well as the fact that Heavenly heating and Cooling are not event registered to be a vendor with the city. I confront Heavenly Heating and Cooling in which Jaouad Oukhchi claims he didn't know he needed a permit. This is your work; it is your JOB to know. Finally, an inspection is scheduled for February 16, 2023. This inspection promptly FAILS spectacularly on TEN points of failure. Repairs are made, second inspection is held on April 6th, 2023, which fails AGAIN. Then, it gets even crazier. On April 28th, 2023, after 6 months of chaos and 2 failed inspections, Jaouad sends me a notice of commencement he requests me to sign. I absolutely refuse as this is a document meant to be signed before the work event begins and he has done a horrific job! May 11, 2023, the unit finally passes inspection on a razor thin margin. The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor or vendor in my life. DO NOT USE THEM. The experience is anything but heavenly.
