We have been patronizing Oscar's Pizza for years, but sadly they have gone downhill! Tonight I ordered a supreme combo pizza as usual, and the lack of meat was very disappointing! One piece of ground beef on a piece of pizza, a little sausage on another... We will be looking for a new pizza restaurant! The staff needs improvement, too! DO NOT order from this pizza shop- I had a pizza and wings delivered to me on 01/02/2026 and although I ordered a large COMBO/SUPREME pizza for myself & 2 customers I was entertaining- the pizza was delivered & it was SMOTHERED in MOSTLY onions and peppers- Literally 5 TINY pieces of sausage and/or hamburger and only a few slices of peperoni & it was a LARGE pizza!!!! Because we only had just an hour for our lunch- we each had one slice and the rest was thrown away- I returned home at 2:30 pm and called the owner asking if he would reimburse me the cost of the HORRIBLE pizza and/or give me a credit for a pizza next time-wings were fine- NOPE! said because pizza was delivered 2 hours prior- I should have called earlier- told him we only had just over an hour for lunch and for them to make another one- would not work- I am currently disputing my debit card charges as well for the pizza only! They have the best meatballs..... meatball grinders are delicious The service is always good and the other day they carried my order to the car and threw in a free bottle of orange soda. Ordered a couple of party sized pizzas to go for a family get together. Called before 3 and asked to have it ready for 4 . Arrived at 4 and the pies were just coming out of the oven !Ordered one combo and the second half cheese and half pepperoni. Cost under $55 and they tossed in our choice of a large soda. Staff was courteous, the owner I believe asked if there was anything else we needed . Both pies had a nice soft dough , not oily . Combo had a good amount of peppers, onion, hamburg , and cheese . The half and half pepperoni pie seemed like it needed a few more pepperoni. But all and all both pizzas were delicious. We will return . If you're in the Ludlow area stop at Oscar's . We just moved into the area and were looking for dinner take out or delivery to celebrate my birthday and Oscar's offered both options. My husband ordered a chicken parmesan with zitti dinner and I ordered a spaghetti dinner. Dinners were ready in 20 minutes as promised. The dinners included salads and garlic breads. The chicken was tender and we both had left overs to enjoy again. Oscars is my family's go to place for take out. The food is always great. The produce is always fresh and crispy. They do not skimp on toppings on the pizzas or grinders. If you order a large buffalo chicken salad it's enough for two dinners with generous portions of chicken, not just all lettuce. The same with any pasta dinner. It's enough for two meals and I'm a big guy. The added bonus with salads is you get homemade pita pockets with them. (He makes them fresh everyday. the worst place EVER for customer service. we order 3 grinders and we are long time customer with never a complaint. I was heading back from NH and thought I'd make my life easier by ordering pizza instead of having to cook. I couldnt have been more wrong when I ordered from Oscar's. I called they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and placed my order for pickup. A few minutes later they called asking to repeat my credit card number. I told them I did not give them a credit card number that I was picking it up. They called again a few minutes later and asked for my credit card number or was I planning on paying cash and I said I was planning to pay when I pick it up. I get there 20 minutes later, food is ready I paid and even gave the girl $2 for her touble. An hour after picking up my pizza they called and asked for my credit card number AGAIN. I told them this was the 3rd time they called asking me for a credit card number and I had already paid for my food and to NOT call me again. Well they didn't. Nope. Next call I got was from Ludlow police dept. I called back and told the officer they have the wrong person. I paid for and picked up my food in person for $50 and change and even left a $2 tip. And then another call from LPD. I told them exactly what I ordered my last 4 of my credit card and no I did not have any food delivered to Billings Rd. in Ludlow. Don't even live in Ludlow. Well Oscar's naver called to apologize and I will NEVER go there again! And after all that their pizza is sooo not 4 1/2 stars. read more
