Fortunately, Motomaxx was able to get me in the next day and is conveniently close to the dealership where the car was. They also charged far less than some other nearby places. I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. If I lived in this area , I would probably become a regular.

I brought it to these guys and told them to check on a certain part and when it came to picking up my vehicle, I asked them did they check it they told me yes. When I got home, I had to do the work myself. They lied to me to my face. My latest experience they screwed me $150 for a part I did not need. And in the process dirty the interior of the car. My car like new inside and out for the year that it is. They offered me a professional clean, whatever that means. And then when it came to setting up the date and time they ignored me, they even called the police on me. Yet with my experience and they work they did and the lies they give out they erase my I have every right to leave a review and if you keep deleting them, I will go to the Better Business Bureau and I will post it there. Again, I have every right to leave my experience with this company. don't you call the police on me now? Oh and by the way, faulty website even look like what is posted or the equipment that is on your website. I had heard about Turbo Tim's being good for Toyotas,…read moreso when I search them online, the one that was closest to me didn't have openings for several weeks and I saw that this one had an opening the next day so I grabbed it. I had a very loud sound in my car and I'd had it for about a month. It was getting worse, I thought it was maybe something wrong with the head gasket or exhaust or something. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as a problem with my heat, shield and corrected it for basically the cost of the $45 inspection fee. While I was there, I decided to get other things done. I got a full synthetic oil change. I got a coolant flush And fill, I got a replaced engine oil, pressure switch, and replaced headlight bulb. The way they do estimates and pricing is very transparent and there's not really any pressure at all to get unneeded services. The full synthetic oil changed for example, was actually cheaper than every other place. I've gotten that done by about $12. They were incredibly customer service oriented. They offered to send me home in a rideshare vehicle and pick me up later, but I decided to work in their lounge area and just use their Wi-Fi, which worked great. The repairs were done pretty quickly for all that they were doing, and I was surprised at the end that my car was washed because they hadn't even mentioned that shop manager guy Darius even offered to get me a Diet Coke when he was out and about and I just was very impressed with the vibe of the whole place there technical expertise and Customer service. I was very impressed with the place as a whole and will definitely be back. The cats are an awesome addition and are obviously well taken care of as well.
