His in-house brand is fantastic in its quality and value. I am tall and thin (6'1", 165 lbs.), and the more "European" cut fit perfectly. He really knows what he is doing, and is accommodating to all sizes and budgets. After this, I also bought a navy blue suit from him, which I asked to have shipped to my apartment in Baltimore. However, due to covid, shipping was delayed. Valentin called me personally at every step of the shipping process to let me know where my suit was and when he estimated it would arrive. When it arrived, I didn't even need to have it pressed, as it was clearly packed by someone who knew what they were doing. Rochester is lucky to have someone as kind, knowledgable, and sincere as Valentin. I suggest you give him a try!

After using Incognito Menswear twice in the past and having great experiences, I had no problem going back to them for another important event. Unfortunately, whatever made this place good in the past seems to be long gone. The lack of communication and organization was absolutely ridiculous. They are clearly taking on more clients than they can handle. My officiant didn't receive his suit until 5-6 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING. Yes, you read that correctly. Hours before the wedding. Communication throughout the process was terrible. They also failed to properly look at the paperwork I personally filled out, which included my current phone number, and then had issues trying to contact me. If you're going to have customers fill out paperwork, maybe actually read it. And unfortunately, the customer service wasn't any better. The manager and one of the female employees had terrible attitudes when dealing with us. When someone is trusting your business to handle suits for their wedding, the absolute bare minimum should be professionalism, communication, and organization. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership or management, but the experience I had this time was nothing like my previous two experiences. At this point, they've officially lost my business. If you have an important event coming up and need a suit, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other businesses that will appreciate your business and, more importantly, actually communicate with you and make sure your order is handled properly. Would not recommend. 1/10.
