To start this hidden gem has now zoomed to the top of our list of Vegan spots that we will become regulars at. From the Almond Mealk sample they start you with to the Almond Mealk Coffee, to the food. Everything was excellent with excellent size portions. If you don't know now you do! And don't forget to grab some cookies and Mealk to go (buy three bottles and get a $5 discount)! With that said don't take my word come on over and try it out. #5StarExperienceAndAmbiance

This is my first time here, and I am so impressed. The cinnamon latte I ordered was delicious, especially because the almond milk was freshly made. The food was delicious too. I recommend this place.

This is such a unique place and I would really call it a hidden treasure.. it is all vegan and healthy food hidden in an alley with greenery surrounding it, which makes the ambience really very special. As for the service was also really very good and I absolutely absolutely love coming here.

Hidden gem! I wish every food establishment had the same vision as OrVeganic. "Earth based" is now my new favorite term and I am happy to spread the gospel! Our food tasted wonderful and truly felt nourishing and good to our body and soul. Imagine a world where all restaurants made their food with the same values and care as this place does. We ended up purchasing peanut butter too and it is by far the best peanut butter we've ever had in our lives. We will be back to try out more of their menu and buy more peanut butter! Thank you for your conscious service and food made to heal!

Everything here is delicious. A healthy vegan, gluten free place. The people working here are the most friendly. And the place itself is so cute with all the wood and plants. And don't forget to check their fridge. Those nut butters are to die for!!

What an amazing hidden gem that was right under our noses. My wife and I live pretty close to this place and have exited and entered the 405 near there so many times and never noticed it. Found it on Yelp and decided to go try it out. We went for a weekday lunch and parked on a residential street nearby. We were very warmly greeted when we walked in and asked if it was our first time. It is open seating and a cute, cozy vibe inside. We were brought menus and waters and asked if we had any allergies, which we don't. Since it was our first time, the sweet server started bringing us samples of different things. First, she brought out their "mealk," which my wife enjoyed, but i didn't. It was served warm, but maybe I'd like it if it was cold. Then she brought an assortment of their nut butters and gave us a small sample of each. They sell them all there in jars, which I'm sure is why they let you sample. It worked, and we got a jar of the figzilla on the way out. We ordered the items pictured and the alfredo was our favorite. They use the same mixture to make their protein so the "forbidden balls" and the sloppy joe were the same thing. It's okay in small quantities but kind of dry and flavorless if you have too much of it. Paired well with the pasta though. My wife loved the soup, and overall their menu is great with lots of items we wanted to try and a list of what goes into each dish. Definitely for a more niche crowd of vegetarians or vegans, but if you're open to different foods, I think you could find something you like. Looking forward to going back to try more menu items. Hope you check it out. Enjoy!

Delicious. Slow Cooked. Excellent refrigerated section of their soups, nuts butters and mealks. Support these folks. Things may take a bit to cook but It's worth the wait. Felt great to eat this food.

All I have to say is... YUM! I'm so happy I found this place!!! It's not too far and the food is incredible. The first time I went here it was so good, I came back the following day and I'm sure I'll be back again, soon. Every single time I've entered this place, I've always been greeted with the friendliest employees. Good vibes for sure! I've only picked up for take out ...but parking wasn't an issue for me.

Healthy vegan food. The latte was amazing; they make almond milk themselves. Very friendly people work here.

This place is great! Love the atmosphere. Love the staff. But the food... wow! It's so tasty! I've been here only twice cause I don't live close. But I'm constantly crazing the pasta. Definitely a great place to eat.

OMG, why have I not heard of or seen this place before?! Maybe because I've recently jumped on the plant-based bandwagon and hapoen to be in the vicinity and did a keyword search on Vegan. Voila! First of all, there's plenty of parking in the lot. This place is almost hidden from the street. The staff was friendly and patient answering my questions. There are freshly made nut butter offerings.. refrigerated! I may try this soon. I was intrigued from other Yelp pics and had my eye on the old childhood fave, the Sloppy Joe. This is the grown-up version, open-faced. So no top bun to add more carbs. It did take time to prepare this item,, so you may want to call ahead. One bite and it was even better than I expected. The avocado topping made this so extra. What a savory treat!!! This was enough for two meals or to share. I'll definitely come back and try the other menu offerings.

All 3 are worth it!!! Now that I'm saying this I'm recalling they do sell the chili in the soup section. I'm getting some, stat! The ribs - I'm a pit mistress, I live for the bbq flavor and attributes specific to putting your food over hot coals/flavored wood. I also know bbq = carcinogens and things that aren't great, even when using well sourced meats. That being said, the ribs were baked and dressed in Erewhon bbq sauce. So just for the fact that I know theirs are also well sourced and not full of the things that make traditional bbq problematic, I'd repeat them with no convincing. The chicken enchilada was also outta this world. Leti appreciated them too. I looked in produce for the strawberries I found in W. Hollyhood but no joy. William H checked me out. Another rockstar! Customer service here's been unmatched, but I also give high praise to my Pasadena crew, hey Miguel, Sara, Lily and crew! Despite ordering in advance and within the posted hours, I was told the kitchen had already stopped taking orders. What's frustrating is that this isn't the first time--it seems to happen consistently at this location, while other locations operate as expected. There appears to be a disconnect between the hours advertised online and what is actually being followed in-store. I've been a regular customer since moving to Los Angeles in 2023 and visit this store multiple times a week, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope management addresses this inconsistency so customers can rely on the hours that are publicly posted

So... take my review seriously!!! I tried almost all their food and can give a detailed rundown on each one. They have amazing, amazing, amazing food made with love here and employees that are incredibly kind and funny. They're welcoming and you can tell they really enjoy working at Rainbow Acres and want to spread good vibes. Their food is made in house, from scratch, exactly what it is. No food dyes or processing. Just fresh, straightforward food for a good price. RAINBOW ACRES MADE ME SHED A TEAR. I was so incredibly ecstatic to find an healthy, grocery CO-OP near me. The smoothies are great, they sometimes have samples. They're all delicious and they also can be paid with EBT. Their guac and chips was actually the best I've ever had from a grocery store. The guacamole had enough salt and lime, like... whole foods and chipotle guac was PUT TO SHAME. Well-seasoned, super chunky, cilantro, red onion, tomato, mmm, and those chips were actually fresh tortilla chips. So crunchy and light. So yum. God. Their sandwich was insane. Slices and heaps of chicken breast for double the price of a sprouts sandwich and quadruple times more tasty. Don't second guess it, just get it!!! BBQ chicken and ranch salad was insane. I ate it in like 10 mins and my stomach was bulging. When you see it, it will be irresistible. The grilled chicken is marinated and covered in a sweet bbq sauce and their housemade ranch is seasoned deeply, comparable to wingstop's ranch. Crunchy lil tortilla chips and crunchy salad with some roasted corn. Every single thing in that plate had its own flavor, unlike the prepackaged slop at other stores. However, it was close to $20... The fruit tart was FRESH and yummy, a tad sweet, but all the fruit was incredibly quality. The crust left a little to be desired, but great nonetheless. Their hot deli food is great too. We got a parm crusted chicken breast and it was very juicy and flavorful. The samples were great, even their curry is packed with flavor. Their turkey chili was insanely hearty and delicious, thankfully not too salty. chili mango is the best my boyfriend claims he's ever had. immense selection of unique canned and bottled drinks. Some of the prices here are cheaper than whole foods, but some are more expensive. I really love Rainbow Acres, but some of their prices can be expensive. However, when factoring in the quality, freshness, and how the food is SIMPLE AND CLEAN AND HOPEFULLY AS ETHICAL AS IT CAN BE, it justifies the prices. The employees are always helpful, so it does help to imagine that the higher prices go to them as well. I'm really happy that this place exists.
