front desk always greet you with a smile. they walk you through the process of going through insurance and the ability to make monthly payments and makes it a breeze. they are super patient with the kids and take time to explain everything to them. my niece first first got her set up braces, and then we found out my son needed two sets of braces (he is currently on his second set) and we just found out that my younger one will need braces also. they also work closely with the kids regular dentist to ensure the best result. read more

Dr. Megha & her staff are the best at what they do. Walking in for a consult was fast and easy, no questions left unanswered. The time you spend sitting in the lobby before they call you in is at a bare minimum and thanks to the wonderful, hard working staff, you don't spend any more time than you need to in the chair. I had been looking into invisalign treatment and this was the second office I got a consult at after not being completely satisfied with the plan of treatment at the first. I was very excited when Dr. Megha laid out the plan of treatment for me, all questions answered during my consultatation that I wanted to start immediately. Set-up process went smoothly, contracts signed, and automatic payments set-up through Orthobanc which was all very easy to do. I was signed on for six-month treatment on my bottom teeth only because I had braces years ago and had some shifting for not wearing a retainer. I was so glad Dr. Megha was able to deliver exactly what I wanted in the exact amount of time she promised. Scheduling appointments and office visits were always a breeze with Daniel. I did have a hiccup where I lost my tray on a Friday evening and needed to get in the next business day and they were very accomodating! I also had pre-planned trip during the time I needed to follow the schedule to be seen again, but the staff were able to get me trays while I was gone and followed up upon my return. I been going to the office for almost a year and could not be more happy. I even look forward to my appointments. The office is incredible looking and the whole staff are fun, helpful and a joy to talk with. I never leave there with out a good feeling or without any doubt in my head. Long overdue review...Dr. Megha and staff at orthodontic excellence are excellent. Just as the name says. Came in as what I would consider an extreme case. Crooked teeth, under bite, the whole nine, but they were able to do wonders. By the end of my three years I left with a smile that I was proud to show. I was sold at the initial complimentary consultation! At my next appointment, they took x-rays and I believe I got brackets at the same time. It was easy to schedule appointments, especially if there is an emergency - they were always able to get me in on the same day. It was mainly for wires poking into my cheeks since your teeth move during the process so it's normal. I was able to schedule appointments at the beginning or end of the day since that worked better with my schedule. I'd go in about every 4-6 weeks each time for adjustments. The doctors and staff are all friendly and nice. For potential customers, I would avoid getting crowns prior to getting braces. Chances of needing to redo crowns are high.. at least for my own experience. When they take off your brackets or metal bands (usually on molars), they might chip your crowns with their tools. Crowns are not cheap so save yourself some money and stick with fillings until you're done with your braces if possible. Overall I'm very happy with my newly aligned teeth! I would NOT recommend anyone, especially in need of Braces for their child to go there. I had terrible experience as a parent due to poor communication, poor care and lack of interest in my child. I was made to pay unnecessarily and outrageously for retainer which had zero outcome and when I made an appointment to discuss the problems, I was told it was our fault and they cannot fix it even if they give it us. We were told to toss it away which was unbelievable which was expensive to begin with. Dr. Megha hardly spent any time discussing our concerns or even guided us properly for the right course of treatment. Our 11 year old son is suffering emotionally with the mis-treatment he received. Please don't be misguided by positive reviews. read more

Dr. Megha is nice but she is the only doctor here, which means expect to have her assistant do most of the work. I got my braces here because they offered me a deal lower than other very well experienced Orthodontists. While I did end up with nice teeth at the end, I would not choose this same place if I had the chance to do it all over again. The main reason being that it's mostly the associated doing all the work with very little guidance from Mr. Megha. There also seems to be VERY HIGH turnover between the associates. Not sure what the problem is here but I had at least 7-10 different associates work on my teeth during the duration of my 2 years of service here. Sometimes I only saw associates once and some did not seem qualified AT ALL to do the job b/c they would stab me around and take double the time to complete the work. I also asked for a few requests in which I received the answer "we don't do that here" so overall I was not impressed and it's an okay place. You will get the result but you will also be frustrated along that way. read more

They don't explain you the whole process and result is not what you expected. I specifically told them that I do not want to shave my teeth, and they agreed at consulting. When the invisalign trays came in, they had the calculation of shaving 8 teeth!!! That's not it, they talk over you when you are asking questions, and are super rude. I wouldn't talking like that if I was talking to a client that profits you $7,000. They are also super hard to book, unless you have nothing in life, it's pretty much impossible to book. I'm fairly busy and we go out 7 weeks in advance because we can't get our schedules together. read more

Dr. Megha and her staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They understand that being poked and prodded and having braces in your mouth is not always the most fun thing and strive to make the process streamlined, easy, even enjoyable. My treatment with them was a pleasant one- they explained the timeline upfront and kept me updated at each check-up. The staff took the time to go through paperwork and associated pamphlets (taking care of braces/what not to eat/taking care of retainers, etc.) and give their personal advice, which I found especially helpful. I'm a person that likes to ask questions and have an idea of what I'm getting into, and I felt quite comfortable bringing these up with Dr. Megha & staff- they are very approachable and well-informed about the patient experience. Though the office is currently split between two locations, scheduling was straightforward and I was able to get in when I needed to, even being a university student commuting from another city. We went for a consult to their office after recommendation from a friend. The office in Factoria is old and dingy with creaky chairs. Before meeting with the doctor they have you sign a form to wave your HIPPA rights (but do not tell you specifically they are doing that). I never saw a HIPPA form while we were there for a consult. Then they asked us if we have been for a consult to other doctors and what did they say. I didn't tell them much because wanted to see what their own opinion is. The form they have you sign also makes you promise that if the treatment goes beyond the estimated time due to patient non-compliance you will end up paying 50% of the original charge!!! The non-compliance description is pretty thin though, so they potentially can low ball the treatment time and also call whatever non-compliance and charge you 50% more!!! Then we met with Dr Megha. She delivered her diagnosis without considering that the child sitting there maybe shocked, and then tried to brush it up with vague statements. We had to pressure her to make them clear. She then started pulling up various patient charts with their full name and all kinds of information to show us as examples of her work and her patients. In any other setting, this would be a clear violation of HIPPA, but at least I hope those charts we saw were from the patients who had waived their HIPPA rights (without knowing probably). Also, we got an estimate from her for twice the amount of what our friend had gotten for less work on our child's teeth. A parent in the waiting room told me she haggled with the office and got a much reduced price by promising them that she will bring her other children there for braces as well. read more

Not knowing what to do I got overwhelmed and nervous. But almost 3 years later and braces are off and surgery is over with. Everyone was so sweet and helped me through the whole process. I love it. The stuff there are really nice and patient. This is my great choice. I live by the office, and sometimes I just stop by without calling them before (but just for some small cases like poky wire), I like talk to them and watching the Nemo and never feel bored. When I took off one front tooth I went to 2 orthodontist but I decided not to do the treatment at that time, no one offered me to close the space so I would have to pay for braces and latter an expensive implant. But Dr Chatur told me on my first appointment that it was possible I felt she was very professional and decided to finally put braces on! I am a 61 years old patient getting to a great smile! I first came to Orthodontic Excellence in 2010 for my overbite correction and just plain beauty. Who wants old teeth anyway. They have shown me photos of my teeth along with my desired goal. I want to get veneers in my teeth but they were not straight enough. They have worked closely with my dentist and have gracefully put up with me over the entire process of wearing my braces. Constantly encouraged I am almost ready for my front teeth restoration.
