Daniel is the Mattress expert! Daniel was so welcoming and attentive. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and asked how my day was. I loved that I wasn't rushed or pressured to buy. I was definitely unsure to purchase because I wanted the perfect mattress to help my back pain. Daniel was very attentive and he asked me very important questions that I was never asked before like do I wake up with any back or shoulder pain; he also asked me other questions that helped him guide me to the perfect mattress that I was looking for. Let me tell you, I'm so happy to sleep comfortably in an Aireloom mattress I can't be any happier than this! I highly recommend anyone coming to this store and having Daniel help you out! I left so happy! I love my mattress and it has helped me with my lower back back in the mornings. I sleep so comfortably at night with no complaints! Thank you Daniel for making me happy read more

Dont Buy here! Sales guy gave us a "deal" said it was good anytime - went back a week later - manager said 'no way' that deal - never even tried to negotiate or make up for sales guy mistake - so we said - adios! read more

Awesome customer service by Ariana. Detailed explanation and very patient. Good deal on mattresses.

Riana spent as much time as we required to make an informed decision. Her knowledge about her product selection was great. I recommend going in the weekday evening so you have their full attention. If you're like my wife and I, a showroom is a "must" to help feel you've made the right choice. read more

I got a flat tire and had to make a stop at the tire place across the street and came in to look at mattresses while I waited for my tire to get replaced. I ended up purchasing a new mattress without even planning on it. They had great selections of mattresses! Better than I've seen in most places and the customer service from James was exceptional. He thoroughly showed us the mattresses and tailored to what we were looking for. He's very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. If you're looking for a new mattress this is a good place to check out and ask for James! read more

It has been many many moons ago, since I've purchased a new mattress. I was tired of fluffing my pillows to read and watch TV, and the sink hole in the middle of my bed, well it was time for a new mattress. I decided to splurge and get a adjustable bed. My plan was to shop around, (Bob's, Ashley, Macy and sit n sleep) but Aynn had me at hello. She is the best sales person I've ever had! She's professional and very knowledgeable about all things Ortho has to offer. She made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and even helped me with the financing. For everyone reading this post and shopping for a mattress, go to Ortho mattresses and ask for Aynn, you won't be disappointed. Good night! read more

Walked into Ortho Mattress in Valencia next to the Home Depot. Daniel was here busy with other customers but still able to guide me to the perfect back sleeper bed. He was east friendly and straight forward. He did not bother us while we were checking out other beds. He did not push or ask a million questions. So we bought the bed we have been looking for and back out the door. Super easy. No hassles. read more

Ortho Mattress - This is Daniel ... thanks again Daniel - Mattresses Near Me - Valencia, California

DO NOT buy an Ortho mattress. I bought a single mattress and had to warranty the mattress twice within 8 months!! They will attempt to deny any warranty claim - even if their source who tests the mattress' integrity, a third party mattress inspector, reports that it is a defective mattress. I experienced this issue twice, and both times, Linda G. in the warranty dept attempted to deny the mattress warranty due to a "faulty" box spring - the box springs and foundation were brand new (the Mattress Inspectors report conveyed box springs and foundations are not the source of the mattress sagging - see picture). Luckily, I had requested a copy of the inspection report and forwarded it to upper management. I had to jump through stressful loops for 90-days on both warranties, to finally have them honor the warranty. Trust me, DO NOT PURCHASE from Ortho: save yourself the time, money, and headache.... read more

I bought a Sherwood Mattress from SitnSleep last week, LOVE IT!!! It is so comfortable, The Honor, way less expensive than the Ortho Club Signature and much more comfortable. Delivery men wore gloves, nice, neat, clean and easy. I will be calling Salvation Army to come and pick up the Ortho brand and then I will be done with that company. At a loss of $$$ but at least I do not have to beg and argue. read more

I would give this company a -5 star if possible. The mattress we purchased ( $ 2000.00 ) broke down within a month. The 10 year warranty is is a joke ! They replaced the mattress and the same thing happened. They told me because the mattress was replaced it no longer had a warranty. When I tried to contact them again I got no response. I put a complaint to at BBB and they did replace the mattress for the third time, the delivery paperwork said it was a courtesy replacement and came with no warranty. The mattress is horrible. Breaking down on all sides to the point you slide off if you sit on the side. Customer service will ignore any issue. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY ! read more

I've had such an incredible experience today with Travis. I've bought so many different mattresses in the past at other stores and nothing was the right fit for me. Today, Travis took the time to get to know what I wanted/needed and found the best match for me. I'm so excited for a better sleep! I highly recommend purchasing your mattress here and don't forget to ask for Travis! Thank you read more

We were looking to replace our queen mattress and just had the best experience at Ortho! Chris worked within our budget and helped us identify several options to test out. She gave really helpful and insightful advice, and made suggestions with our one year old in mind on height of the box spring etc! She reviewed all the details of our contract with us and made sure we understood our options. She made this a totally painless experience and We can't wait to pick up our mattress! We also were able to benefit from a sale, and ended up buying a box spring as well. Service was great. Store was clean & organized. Lots of mattress options available. Highly recommend. read more

Purchased a full size wood frame 2 years ago, the frame broke 3 months ago. (10 year warranty over $400) Reached out to Ortho and they pretty much told me to F off. They said warranty was void because I put a foot stool underneath and some tie downs to keep it together so my son could sleep it on it. I waited a few months to report it due to covid-19. They don't stand by their product. I was going to purchase a new cal-king from them, but they will never get another penny from me. read more

It's located in the new set of buildings next to Home Depot. It's in a bad location, in my opinion. But I'm not the location expert in their main office that gets paid the big bucks. Lol. There's hardly any shoppers when we go to Home Depot or Jack in the Box. Maybe they're hoping people will notice them when they shop, etc. Plenty of parking outside the building because now one from Home Depot is parking that far out and there's no one in the store. We came in because we needed a bracket to attach to our new adjustable bed. They don't stock any, and it would be a special order, non returnable item, etc. Even for the similar beds they sold, they didn't have any brackets. The only alternative was to buy an adjustable bed frame and put it around our new bed. Or, attach the headboard to the wall. read more

Follow up to previous review. The mattress I bought last Sunday was delivered today. Great service by the Ortho guys. I got a call saying they'd be at my door in 45 min, and they were right on time. Nice guys. Strong but careful of the walls, etc. In and out in probably 5 minutes. read more

So happy with our mattress purchase! After several months of mattress shopping and not being able to find 100% what we wanted in our price range, we decided to give Ortho Mattress a shot. We were immediately greeted by Hank who was very friendly and offered so much information about all different mattress brands. We landed on the perfect Sealy mattress and received an AMAZING deal for 4th of July sales. They also threw in 2 free pillows for checking in on Yelp. The mattress was able to be delivered same day. They delivered, set up, and took away the old mattress all for free as part of the sale too!! We thoroughly enjoyed our first night's sleep and are so grateful to Hank for not only helping us find the perfect mattress at the perfect price, but for also being so friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I hadn't bought a mattress for a long time. Travis the store manager did a great job of explaining the differences in beds they offer. A 82 yr old senior went in the store picked out mattress , the first night on mattress was very uncomfortable. Called the store where purchased explained need to return mattresses. Sales person stated no returns only exchanges only. Call customer service, they said Sam me thIng, so to get firmer mattress it will cost you another 700.00 , what a scan for customers. Forced to spend a lot more money if you exchange your mattress. A Scam especially to a s senior on fixed income. Don't buy your mattress from ortho mattress. I do not recommend this company and channel 9 news love to help up when things are not clarified to seniors. Good customer service is actually telling customers instead of expecting them to read the big clause , for senior this is taking advantage of them. Bad salesman read more

A couple weeks ago, my husband and I were in need of a new mattress. We visited the Rye Canyon store in Valencia, and greeted by Chelsea. Chelsea was very knowledgable, and was able to find us the perfect mattress. She did not try and sell us the most expensive mattress, instead she had us try several in all price ranges. Thank you for your honest approach to finding us a quality mattress. We recommend seeing Chelsea for your mattress needs. read more

I have been thinking about a new mattress for a couple months. My son recommended Ortho Mattress by Home Depot on Rye canyon and Newhall Ranch Rd. I did not even know that it was there. Went by and Hank was very helpful getting me what I wanted and got me approved for the financing. Was very pleased with his patience, since I have not purchased a new bed in a long time.
