Although the products may have merit they are way over priced. I bought a contract for free refills for 5 years and after three years, new mgmt... contract cancelled. They even accused me of "doctoring" the contract from 3-5 years. Facials there are very low end, comparatively speaking. I'd avoid totally. I would have continued to use the products for the 5 yr contract because I did like them... but alas I was swindled. Lesson learned. read more

Next morning I went back to speck to ANGELINO by far the most rudest person! When the conversation is about returning product and not buying, he wanted to charge me 25% restocking fee to throw it away bullshit!!!!!! I Love this product! First of all, I got to use botox and filling in February, 2018, my face looked nice at first, but I could barely smile, I couldn't chew gum because the effect will go away faster, something that I love to do. Two months later, my face was looking worse than how it was before! I was not happy with my face and with the money I've spent that actually I'm still paying! A month later I found this product in OroGold and I've been using for a month already and my face is glowing! My pores has closed, my skin more tight. Its pricey also, but a lot less than then fake surgery, and it lasts a lot longer, I feel my face more free to move, to smile, and to chew gum! ... I highly recommend this product! Saleswoman lies!!!! 1/2 star for her and 1/2 star for the product which helped to decrease eye lines, circles and bags BUT lasted only 3 hrs or so. I had wandered by the Orogold Cosmetics kiosk with my husband, looking for the JJill store. The Orogold saleswoman asked if she could help us and whipped out her phone to look for the store (which she'd never heard of). She said, "JC Penney?" Then she said, "Its downstairs" and in a nano second started her Orogold spiel and before I knew it, she was putting some eye cream on me that did decrease lines and dark circles under my eyes. She did it to my husband's right eye and you could see the difference. She tried to sell us the "big" cream and serum bottles for $350, then when we said "no", she said $250, special price because she "liked us" for the smaller bottles. She says "I know money isn't an issue" often which makes you feel embarrassed because you don't want to appear financially strapped. We got up and left. The eye results lasted about 3 hours. BUT she's a liar because we found a mall directory and there's NO JJill in that mall. And if I went back to confront her about that, she'd probably say, "I was wrong." Glad I wasn't! read more

The product is good, but overpriced. The people who work there (Frisco, TX) are unethical. Zero customer service once they've got your money. Don't fall for their high-pressure sales tactics. Spend your money on something else instead of paying a huge chunk of money up front, where you have to repeatedly go in and get refills (when it's convenient for them). This company uses high pressure tactics to get you in their store such as a sales person literally stepped out and touched me to get my attention so I would come in to their store. I was so taken back that I went in and an hour later had spent over $400.00. They took up 90 minutes of my time where they kept pressuring me to join their program costing thousands of dollars. I went back 5 days later to get my money back. They told me at that time, not while I was purchasing their product, that the product had to be returned within 3 days. read more

Recently I went in for my monthly, luxury Orogold facial. As usual, I was greeted at the door, but this time by Ben, the charming and very professional new store manager. Ben transferred from a New York corporate owned store to ensure that Orogold's Frisco store exudes a 5 star rating. Ben took a deep interest in me as an existing customer, answered my questions and provided me with a bottle of water followed later by a glass of wine to sip during my facial. Ben explained that Sharon, an esthetician, who also transferred with him from their New York store, would provide my facial treatment. Sharon seemed to value what I verbalized as important to me for my facial treatment and mixed it with her expertise as an esthetician. Sharon was easy to chat with, so she and I had a very nice personable chat throughout my facial and neck treatments. I like to ask a lot of questions and Sharon answered them very openly and honestly and is very knowledgable about what Orogold products work and help the layers of skin. Since I had previously had a couple of bio-brightening treatments at Orogold, which have helped minimize age/sun spots on my face, Sharon decided to use the Cryogenic Diamond Mask with other Cryogenic products on my face to continue to work on these problem areas. At my request, Sharon also masked my neck in order to continue tightening my aging skin. Cryogenic products were the right choice! After the treatment, we could all immediately see that my face had responded well to the Cryogenic products because there were several areas on my face that were very visually lighter and brighter. Sharon and I were very excited! Although she knew the cryogenic products would help, the result was more dramatic than she expected. I noticed that she made the same body rejoicing move that I make when I am super excited that I have figured out a solution to a problem. So, I knew her excitement was genuine. Before my facial, I had observed a very nice gentleman with a fun French accent that works for Orogold, whom I had not met before. After my facial treatments, Itay (with the fun French accent) joined our conversation about the results of my facial treatment. Before I had my facial, I had falsely assumed Itay was an inexperienced new hire, only because I had not met him before. During the conversation, I learned how wrong I was and that Itay is an expert! Since I have been over the age of 30, Itay and Ben have been the only 2 people who have ever guessed my age spot on! I am used to people thinking I am 8-10 years younger than I am. Anyway, although I was gravely disappointed that I look my age (at least to the experts), I was thoroughly impressed by Ben, Itay and Sharon for their expert knowledge about aging faces and necks, skincare and their passion for customers to have a 5 star experience as they help them improve the quality of their skin with Orogold's luxury skincare products. For all the bad reviews I've read I felt like I needed to add mine...First off I didn't feel scammed nor pressured in the store, in fact I waited a week before I went back to buy the product.
