This is truly a hack outfit that is really operating without scruples. I ordered two supplements, and had bad reactions to both. I was told by this sales representative who hustled me at dinner at a local establishment that she had "never heard" of bad reactions. Anyway, well within the 30 day "money back guarantee" I contacted them for a Return Authorization. Note they do not make their email address easy to find. After locating it, I was told I had to give them detailed medical information about my reaction and medical history before they would refund the money. So now I have to deal with my credit card to get a refund. I was also assigned some "brand partner" that sent tons of solicitations until I told her to stop. The products I reacted to were the EHT and the Youth Factor. I requested a different brand partner, but was told I had to have her license number before they would change it, even though I had her name and contact information. Really bogus. The person who hustled me while eating out, told me she drives a Lexus car from this group, and tried to get me to sell the garbage also. She suggested I could be making more than six figures right away. I told her I was doing well in my profession, but that did not seem to sink in. She claims to be doing well but still works part time as a concierge, and uses the prefix "dr" on her email, though never suggests elsewhere that she is any kind of a doctor, let alone a medical doctor. My wife and I were turned on to Nerium by a friend of ours in Arizona. We started using the products and within a week we could see noticeable results. Upon research of the products we learned they are all designed at princeton university and backed up with a ton of science as you can imagine. Customer Service. This review targets their customer service NOT their products. I was told today that "there is no one that I can speak to and that they will call me back in 3-5 business days". They could use some basic training on phone etiquette. I hope no one else hopes for the basic customer service. Kinda makes me think twice about trying their products. read more

The night and day cream are extremely moisturizing and have been great for the dry weather lately. I especially like the day cream because it's light and my kids use it too. I recommend them! The products are sold by distributors so there's probably someone in your local neighborhood that you can get it from. If not, you can purchase from the website. read more

I saw these guys at the taboo show. I guess anything goes at these shows. It borderlines on being misplaced yet relevant. Optimera Night and Day Creams include the exclusive and patent-pending SAL-14 extract with a cutting-edge plant cell duplication technology...whatever that means. I tried asking what it is that makes this so cutting edge compared to the other creams on the market. They wouldn't tell me their active ingredient, however, they were confident in their rehearsed sales pitch. I am better off buying that Miracle Melon creams that Cindy Crawford hawks on the infomercials. read more

Nerium is a phenomenal company - their products work, their culture is amazing. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews above - esp the one about Nerium plumping up your skin. Complete rubbish. ALWAYS look at the science when reviewing a product. Nerium AD - molecule is NAE-8 (look it up on Pub Med), and Age IQ is out of Signum Biosciences at Princeton. Patented products; clinical trials, and all are botanical. Regarding auto-ship - when a customer orders they can either order RETAIL, or as a PREFERRED CUSTOMER on auto-ship to get 30% off. Each customer gets their own website to manage, cancel or delay their orders. This is nothing more than another Multi-level marketing company that preys on people during a time of weakness. Some fall for it because they think they will make money, some because of all the "positive" energy/ people, and others because of the philanthropy/ spirituality that is promised. It has all the components to make people close their eyes to the truth like every other MLM company. A mediocre product that is a scam to make the top people rich through deceit and lies. The product causes inflammation which "plumps" up your face making people think it works just like many other toxic products in the past. Once your body gets used to it, like an allergen, then your skin will be worse than it was before. There are no real, unbiased studies out there with any clinical significance, so don't fall for their flowery presentations that don't have to be proven. If a product works, it will be bought by a reputable company, not sold by multi-level marketing companies. All these companies spend lots of money trying to cover up their lies and they have a rebuttable to every negative comment out there. Save yourself, your friends and your family from the misery. I must say up front, I like their product. HOWEVER, I signed up for their auto ship. I would save shipping cost, not have to remember to order my product and receive a 10% discount. My first auto shipment was charged to my credit card less than 30 days from my previous order. The price the 2 products increased $10.00 each. I went to their web site and cancelled my auto shipment (or so I thought). My credit card company suggested that I call to make sure my auto shipment had been cancelled. Within less than 5 minutes of hanging up with their customer service folks in MEXICO my phone rang and it was Alonzo from Dallas, Tx asking why I cancelled my auto shipment. So apparently I did not cancel my auto shipment on their web site. You are unable to delete your account, including your credit card information on their website. Am still waiting for a credit to be issued for returned product they received on June 3. BUYER BEWARE! read more
