1 star experience here. Never received items. Had to go across town and buy from the big retailer to get them in time for Halloween all of which was explained to them and they just kept saying I needed to reach out to the shipper. DHL never responded and had to open a claim with the post office which took 40 minutes to get someone on the phone and get it sorted. This company kept saying to give it a few more days and check with my neighbors which I had already done and said they'd send more product out of goodwill when I had already told them I needed the product for Halloween which we were past already. Then they just point out they won't refund items that are lost or stolen. Crappy customer service they can't even refund like $25. Never again. read more

This place is a scam. I ordered a foundation stick on their website, however, they sent me the wrong shade. They said they would refund me if I returned the item so I did and they only provided a partial refund because they said they could not cover shipping costs and that the product was tested before being returned. Of course I tested the product. As most customers would when you receive a package, you're excited to use the product so you would of course open it up and use it right away. I did not realize it was the incorrect product until I tried it on because who would really expect that you would be sent the wrong shade and item? The shade was a completely different shade from the one I ordered. So I'm being penalized for their mistake. You can find much better stores who offers resonable discount for pros and higher quality cosmetic lines with much better customer service. 5/13/17 Update: They have upgraded since last time I been here! Glad to give them back their 5 stars. Checkout is now QUICK AND EASY! Finally!!! Theyve also added a lot of products mainstream and Professional. I see myself coming more :) --------- Id hate to be the one to end their 5star streak. The location to this place could be better, but they have a good reason why they chose this place. They have their warehouse literally next door so they'll never be out of stock!! When you walk in, its first door to your left. This place is makeup artists dream! Their set up for you to try on makeup is phenomenal. They have perfect set up to sanitize, clean and apply! LOVE it. Everything is a tester in the store. You have a list they hand you and you write down what you want at checkout! Thats great. Means no stealing so prices can remain same. & lets you know, your product has not been touched or opened! TO ALL who buy from this place, I ordered an item and never received it, I emailed repeatedly to some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of these people trying to make it right to KEEP a customer they tell me that USPS delivered the item to the correct address.....really that's it?? as a consumer we all are aware that packages are stolen everyday all day from in front of people doors....did they make it right in the end you might ask.....NOOOOO, the customer rep I spoke with "BUFFY" says our company does not offer refunds and it was shipped to the right address.....guess she doesn't realize there is more than one way to skin a cat!!! After waiting a few more days for my original order I emailed the company to get a status on that one. The staff is friendly and helpful. Really disappointed in this place. I was there for a class and bought 5 items we needed for the class. The class started and the girl at the register offered to take my products to the class. Since she still had to get them together. During the class I never noticed I was missing one product. It wasn't until today Monday that I looked at my receipt and realized I never received one product. So no big deal I figured I can just swing by and pick it up. An easy inventory count should show them they never gave it to me. When I called I even told them who the girl was that packed my stuff. They called back saying they checked security cameras and the girl who they spoke with confirmed it was packed. It makes me so upset that they would lie like that. It's not even about the money it's about honesty. When I got upset and asked to speak to the manager the manager still didn't try to talk to me they simply said as a one time courtesy they would refund the $41 for the product. Although I'm getting a refund it makes me so upset they couldn't just admit they made a mistake. And they're refunding as a courtesy like they doing me a favor. Like I don't need your favor, it's about doing what's right. Count your inventory. I have pride in knowing that I'm an honest person and the only reason I called about it is because I really wanted the product I purchased. So if you buy here double check your receipt and don't let them deliver your product. As a one time courtesy I'll be getting a refund. I can guarantee I won't be back. read more

I usually order on the online website. So when I found out they opened a store here in dallas, I couldn't have been more excited. Now I don't have to wait for shipment to come online. When you walk in the building, walk past the receptionist and there is a small room on the left. As you walk in the store everything is nicely displayed. Then when your ready to check out you let the cashier know and she puts your order on the computer. Then when your ready to check out after paying. She rings the bell on a closed window behind her and gives them a printed inventory sheet and they get your products in the back. Then your finished and your ready to go. I do recommend giving yourself some alloted time just in case there is other people in front of you. Its only 1 cashier and 1 computer. The cashier that helped me was super sweet though! She is very knowledgable on the products that are there. Definitely a huge help with everything. I am so happy this store opened here in Dallas. Thanks Camera Ready Cosmetic! We needed 1 gallon of liquid latex clear urgently for research at the University of Houston. I mentioned this to the staff and even told them that I only needed the product if it would be shipped within 48 hours. I was promised that it would be shipped at most within this time period before placing the order. I even opted for priority shipping as suggested by the staff. Inspite of my repeated calls and their reassurances, the product has not been shipped and due to the weekend, the product is not likely to be shipped for 4 days after the order was placed!
