I think the main reason most people go to Walgreens is to get their prescriptions filled. Long gone…read moreare the days when customers would frequent this place to find much coveted, scarce items such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer (thank goodness!). Given that, you'd think that they would run a tight ship in the pharmacy, churning out prescriptions like a well oiled machine with quickness and ease. But lately it seems like there's nothing quick or easy about picking up a prescription. At this point I'd say that there's at least a 50% chance of something going awry, ranging anywhere from an inordinately long wait time to no prescription at all, or a combination of both. This hasn't always been the case though. When I first started using this pharmacy my satisfaction level was much higher. The way I remember it, hiccups were few and far between. Looking back, I definitely took for granted the efficient service I once enjoyed. Fortunately, the rest of the goods and services they offer have never been problematic. But, because I don't often go inside the store to utilize them, those carry less weight in my rating.
