Teegan was very nice, professional, and helpful. She took her time and I could tell she really wanted me to have a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond testing the hair dye on my skin prior to placing it on my hair (I'm allergic to most hair dye) and she offered drinks and snacks. She helped me pick out products for my hair as well. As someone who recently moved to Flower Mound from another state I really appreciated her welcoming service. I went in for an all over color and cut and my hair looked and felt amazing. The salon was bright, nicely decorated, and bustling with hair stylists and customers. not sure what happened! As shown in the last photo, I've always came out of the salon looking amazing . Not sure what happened this time, but I'm never going back. My "Master Stylist " absolutely destroyed my hair. Clumps of my hair are falling out! My hair is beyond destroyed. My hair is so fried now, I can't even get a brush through it. I've hired an independent specialist to treat the damage. and color correct without using bleach. I don't know what was going on with her that day, She raked her comb into my earrings. She wasn't paying any attention to her work. When she shampooed my hair, she actually hurt my scalp with excessive pressure on her nails as she washed my hair. Didn't even thank me for the tip. I would have been appreciative if she would have checked herself and realized it was not a good day for her work. I would have been happy to reschedule. read more

I was in the area because of an orthodontist appointment after getting my nails done I wanted to find a place that could give me a quick trim and layers. I walked in and the receptionist or hair stylist was at the front desk on a phone call booking with someone. So I waited and didn't even get looked at, which kind of upset me. Until another stylist saw me standing at the desk and greeted me and asked what I needed. She was very sweet and even complimented me. Mind you, I work outside with gardening all day. So my attire and appearance was no where near what the stylist and customers were dressed like. This is an upscale area, which is pretty obvious, and I know I expected some looks just because of my attire, but I just ignored it because I needed a haircut bad and where my home is located, the salons aren't that great. I did book an appointment for a junior stylist and the hair cut being $65, which isn't unreasonable just a bit more for a trim and layering, but that was fine with me. I was seated and then my stylist walked up to me and asked what I wanted, so then I showed her pictures of "chunky" layering and the length I wanted. No conversation was made at all. There was awkward silence the entire time I received my haircut, which was so weird because everyone else was happy and joking with their clients and I was the only quiet one. I'm not sure if my stylist was having a long or bad day but she seemed irritated and upset majority of the cut. Which didn't bother me, just made me feel unwelcomed. Everyone that walked in was greeted and offered something to drink and I was completely ignored the entire time. My haircut wasn't bad at all, I loved the results and that's why I ended up tipping her $25 but the atmosphere was very off and I felt really uncomfortable the entire time. If you don't dress to par or appear like you have money I guess you don't get the same service as everyone else. Very upset because I did like the cut but it won't be somewhere I go again. read more

The staff is always so friendly. Iris does my hair here and does a great job with balayage. She's such an expert. The salon itself is pretentious. It's crowded and the stations are very close together. The music is awful and way too loud. All of which I could overlook if I had received a good haircut. Or even a decent haircut. The stylist was friendly enough. She did not listen, however. I've had the same style for many years and know exactly what I want, so am very specific in my request. The entire time the stylist was cutting my hair, she was also talking with another employee about another client who I assumed was waiting for her color to set or had arrived early for her appointment. At one point the stylist turned her head to talk to the other employee, and continued to cut my hair while not looking. She literally squeezed the scissors without looking. I asked for a stacked inverted bob, which is a pretty straight forward request. It's a sleek, tidy cut, with neat precise angles. What I got is a shaggy and choppy mess, with uneven lines that is not even close to being stacked in the back. I told the stylist not to go too short on the top (and even showed her how long to leave it), because it creates issues for me when I go to style it, but she argued with me about the hair that I have had on my head for 45 years. In the end she cut it the way she wanted. I can not style the mess that I am left with. Because she left the bottom too long and didn't stack it, it is already growing out 2 weeks later and the top is still too short. My haircuts usually last me 8-10 weeks. I truly do not think the stylist could do the cut that I have. And there would have been no shame in her just saying so. It also seemed as if she didn't actually have time to do my hair, like I was being squeezed in while someone else's color was setting or something. Rushing through a haircut, especially for a new client, is never a good idea. $60 plus tip for a crappy haircut, with no shampoo or blow dry is ridiculous. read more

So I went in having in mind what I wanted. Jess delivered and I wasn't happy with some of the highlight. (Totally on me). I told her I didn't like. Y'all!!! She scheduled me to come in and make me happy. This girl is amazing!!! Coloring is like being a chemist. All hair is different. She re-colored for me!! I'm soooo in love with it. Decided it was time to leave my current stylist who would leave me feeling ehh about my hair, I called Christi Danielle Salon they got me in quickly, I was paired with Taylor who was sweet and kind but above all made sure I left there LOVING my hair. She listened to my hair concerns and made sure she addressed them, she was fantastic, I watched around me and the owner went around asking the girl's if they needed help they asked for her advice, it showed great and caring leadership.
