I took my Tesla Model S into Sherman Oaks Exclusive because I had a message on my dash dashboard that said "adaptive ride control unavailable". They claim to be Tesla experts. I left my car there for a few hours. When I came back, they told me that I needed the right front strut replaced as it was defective and that I should also replace the left one as when one strut is defective the other one will soon go bad and quoted me an excessive $7,000.00 After looking quite shocked and questioning the price, the service advisor Geo Fuerte told me that he could use aftermarket parts and that would cost me in the order of $4,000.00 I was shocked and took the car back. I took my car into Tesla repar in Santa Monica. Tesla kept the car for a couple of hours and repaired the car completely for $270.00. There was nothing defective with the struts. I'm shocked that these people, when I asked them why their labor was so high, which was about nineteen hundred dollars, they said they charge per job, not per hour which I don't believe is correct. I would not suggest any people going to their business to have any car repaired. I think they are dishonest or just don't know what they're doing

He asks me to send him a text of the title (lol which would technically be a copy that he told me they don't take, after I was told that they do take copies). After texting the title he goes "my manager is willing to give you $100" lolol Like I'm a hungry black woman begging for money. Terrible service & I'm pretty sure they'll get closed down soon. Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. RIGHT NOW THIS FUCKING CAR DOESNT START ANYMORE EVEN WITH A JUMP START. and i spend $350 dollars for the battery in the mid of october, and right now. The price was over $1000 less than anyone else on a comparable car. We drove an hour and a half to get there and the car was ready to test drive. After a 20 minute drive we decided to buy the car and because we were paying by check we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. That was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. The car looks in flawless shape and they not only showed us the Carfax, they showed us another more detailed report showing clear title and no accidents or damage.
