Where do I begin…read more We've been customers with this dealer for 15+ years, having leased 4 cars and purchased 1 in that time. Sadly, I think our relationship has ended. The salespeople we've dealt with over the years have been awesome. The service department leaves something to be desired, if you run into troubles. Our most recent was after taking our vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. After the work was completed, it was "noted" on the form that there was damage on the driver's door. My wife didn't think much of it because a 5 year old vehicle picks up the odd ding or scratch here and there. After she saw what they had referred to, she went back inside and told them that it was not there when she brought it in. The rep spoke with the mechanics who had worked on our vehicle and neither admitted to anything. We were left with having to wait until Monday to deal with the service manager, whom we haven't had much luck with in the past. Monday came and he called. My wife spoke with him and he said he'd look into it. As luck would have it, the mechanic who did the damage admitted to it and, to their credit, they did take full responsibility for the damage and agreed to repair it. We brought the vehicle in on the following Monday and were told it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. They did provide us with a free loaner as well (they normally charged $20 per day for a loaner). The repair took a day longer than expected and we picked it up today (Thursday). We haven't had enough time to examine the repair, but from the quick check we made it looks good. They repaired the dent and repainted the entire door. You could look at this as fairly good service in that they took responsibility, albeit not right away. That's why I have a problem with it. We shouldn't have to go through the hassle. They should have admitted to it immediately and set up plan to repair it, without leaving us wondering. Better yet, they should have taken more care not to cause the damage in the first place. My 2 rating is not based solely on this one experience. I have at least two other, not so-happy-ending, experiences that I could add to this. 15+ years of loyalty down the drain. I actually feel kinda sad about that, but I can't stand the thought of one more bad experience in our future.

Our Sales & Leasing Consultant was Chris Bozik, a young and charismatic individual, whom made the whole process nice and easy. He provide us with the exact color of vehicle we wanted and helped us decide which type and trim suited us best. We had the chance to have an extensive test drive all-round Orleans even though the weather wasn't the best (freezing rain) and he give us a breakdown of the selling points of the vehicle in a pragmatic matter. We were looking to pay the same monthly financing payments give or take 20% and as result, he give us an excellent deal for our trade-in, a comprehensive assurance package and a few oil changes as a token of appreciation. We barely needed to haggle since we were aware that our final offer was a great deal within our budget after haggling at 5 other dealerships in Orleans. Overall, we found Chris to be very polite, comprehensible and quite simply empathetic towards what we were looking for in a new vehicle.
