We purchased a new vehicle on January 25th, 2020 and picked it up on January 30th, 2020. Precisely, we traded in our 2013 Tucson and picked up newer model of the same type and trim level. This would be our 7th year dealing with the Pathway Hyundai dealership in Orleans (1375 prom. youville Dr., Orleans) and we happily agreed to continue dealing with the herein dealership for another 7 years. Our Sales & Leasing Consultant was Chris Bozik, a young and charismatic individual, whom made the whole process nice and easy. He provide us with the exact color of vehicle we wanted and helped us decide which type and trim suited us best. We had the chance to have an extensive test drive all-round Orleans even though the weather wasn't the best (freezing rain) and he give us a breakdown of the selling points of the vehicle in a pragmatic matter. We were looking to pay the same monthly financing payments give or take 20% and as result, he give us an excellent deal for our trade-in, a comprehensive assurance package and a few oil changes as a token of appreciation. We barely needed to haggle since we were aware that our final offer was a great deal within our budget after haggling at 5 other dealerships in Orleans. Overall, we found Chris to be very polite, comprehensible and quite simply empathetic towards what we were looking for in a new vehicle. If you are looking for a new vehicle, particularly one manufactured by Hyundai, shoot an email to Chris Bozik (chris.bozik@pathwayhyundai.com)! read more

Worst dealership/service I ever went to. I got used to an amazing service and very high level of service at Hyundai Pembroke, and moved to Orleans a year ago. you are treated like a number! they couldnt answer my questions about "what was damaged in my transmission", they made me wait over a week to just to give me a diagnostic which they repeated in 2 hours. It's the second time I deal with them and never again. read more

Absolutely the Worst Experience - Do NOT Trust Pathway Hyundai I purchased a used vehicle from Pathway Hyundai for $15,000 after being explicitly told the car was in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever. I took their word after doing a test drive and a basic look-over, but shortly after purchasing the car, serious problems began to surface--issues that were not visible during a test drive and should have been disclosed upfront. The car was not properly aligned, two of the speakers didn't work, one was completely blown, the windshield was poorly installed, and worst of all the car is not properly aligned--a serious safety concern. None of these problems were mentioned at the time of sale. I emailed several managers at Pathway Hyundai and was met with complete silence. No reply. Not even a courtesy acknowledgement. When I finally called and got through to a manager, I was met with rudeness and blatant disrespect. The manager literally laughed at me and said, "It's a used car, what do you expect?" When I explained that I expect to be informed of major issues with a vehicle before dropping $15,000, he didn't apologize or offer a proper solution--instead, he brushed me off and offered nothing but a so-called "deal" on fixing the issues they lied about or failed to disclose in the first place. This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The lack of honesty, integrity, and basic customer service at Pathway Hyundai is absolutely unacceptable. If you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership--DON'T. They will take your money and leave you with a mess, and they won't care one bit once the deal is done. Avoid Pathway Hyundai at all costs. read more

I tried to look at a car here and I don't think I'd ever go back. I just didn't feel comfortable with the experience at all. The sales guy said he had to come with me on the test drive (other places I've been to don't have this requirement). When we got back, I tried to talk about getting the vehicle inspected but he kept diverting the conversation and trying to convince me to agree to a financing plan (which had a ridiculously high interest rate). When I pointed out the high interest rate he would try to deflect away from that and get me to tell him what monthly payment amount I liked best. I know these are sales tactics, and I know any business wants to make the most money possible, but a good salesperson makes you feel like your needs/concerns are addressed in the negotiation. I didn't feel that here. More like they thought I was an easy mark. read more

On August 19, 2024, Pathway Hyundai deceived me into giving them a $1,000 deposit. And when I exposed their deception the next day, they refused to return my deposit. Moreover, I was humiliated in a way that no one had ever humiliated me in my life. And I was humiliated not by one person, but by three. And it was not a momentary humiliation, but a humiliation that lasted more than two hours. And not one of these three people apologized for the humiliation they caused me! There is not enough space here to describe this problem in detail, since it does not concern one person, but a group of Pathway Hyundai employees and their ways of making money by fraudulent methods. After I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Pathway Hyundai returned my deposit. But so far not one of these three people has apologized for the humiliation they caused me! If you like being deceived or if you enjoy being humiliated, I recommend you visit Pathway Hyundai. I guarantee you will remember this visit for the rest of your life. I especially recommend those employees who deceived and humiliated me: Tyler Tribble - General Sales Manager, Kevin Spears - Sales Manager, Jordan Tournageau - Sales and Leasing Associate Welcome to Pathway Hyundai! read more

Brutal all around. Service rep is nice but not sure where stuff starts going wrong. Feel like I am being lied to at every turn. Definitely has the greasy used car salesman feel at this dealership. Only looked into issues when I brought it up AFTER a google search! Only told about 3 recalls AFTER asking them to check for recalls and being told it was done already and no recalls were needed. Had to ask to check again and, well, guess what! 3 recalls! but their system wasn't working when they checked. So which one is it? you checked or the system was down? AVOID AT ALL COSTS or it will cost you! read more

Code showing on display, so brought vehicle in to get checked out. The Tech's misdiagnosis of issue led to their estimate of $2500 for a new wiring harness. Went elsewhere to learn vehicle was fine. Service at Hyundai said the wiring harness had to be replaced because peanut shells were found under the hood. Seriously. read more

As always, a fabulous experience at Pathway Hyundai. This is the 3rd car my family buy from this dealership and honestly the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They definitely made the whole process of purchasing a car VERY enjoyable and seamless. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Thanks again Pathway Hyundai. read more

I went on a Tuesday to get a safety done. I had just moved to Orleans. There were several items to be done and parts needed to be ordered for them so I was to bring my car back in on the following Monday. The next day I noticed that two caps were left off by car that belonged under the hood. One under a wiper and the other on top of the engine. Monday - I brought my car in to get serviced. Mentioned the two caps that were left off. Got my first "sorry". They called me later to tell me that they didn't have the parts yet so could not fix my car that day. Got my second "sorry". Tuesday - At the end of the day I called them as no one called me. I was told by the assistant service manager that he had no idea that my car was here and that it needed to be worked on. Got my third "sorry" Wednesday - Again I had to call as no one called me to update. I was told that they were working on my car and that it would be done in about 45 minutes. That person then said he didn't know why they waited so long to work on my car that day. I got a call back about an hour later telling me they didn't have the parts and I would not get my car today. Got another "sorry" but this time they offered 15% off bill. I told them at this point it needed to be a little more than that. They said they would pass that along to someone higher up and I said yes they needed to do that. Thursday - Again no one called me so I called in the afternoon to check on my car. I was told the parts did not show up, no one knew what happened or where they were. Another "sorry". I told them I was looking at 40% off my bill. 10% for each day past when it was supposed to be fix and for all the non-information and mis-information I was given. I was told they would have to pass that along to someone with more authority. I said they needed to do that. Friday - The called and said my car was ready. I went in and the person gave me my bill with the 15% taken off. No mention about the problems, my request to have more taken off the bill, no apology and no taking responsibility. After that I talked to the service manager and he had no customer service skills despite telling me he had 23 years of training. He looked at this situation as a zero-sum game that he had to win. He made excuses about everything. Didn't except responsibility for anything. He told me we were doing me a favour my fixing the things that needed to be fixed. When I mentioned the concept of customer service he said "Well you're not our customer. You have 236,000 km on your call and we have not seen you here. This is your first time here so you are not our customer." He said the 15% they offered was reasonable compensation. I disagreed and told him that I was going to email his general manager and all the sales people in the company because he lost them a customer and a sale of a new car. I needed a new car as mine was 12 years old and was going to buy another Hyundai. I decided there and then that I was going to buy a different brand. He says to me "You're just going to do that because you are not getting your way." I emailed the General Manager and most of the staff there about what happened and I got no response. Here is the topping to that mess. About a week later someone from that business called and told me the parts for my car have arrived and now they could fix it. What a sad-sack of a company. read more

Walked in here to see both the new Elantra and Tucson. After spending 10 minutes in the Elantra and 15 minutes in the Tuscon, I found myself not even approached by anyone from the dealership. Everyone was too busy to even say good afternoon/good evening. So I walked on through from one end to the other and walked straight out of the dealership. Felt like I needed to make a reservation in order to get someone to speak to me. Both the Elantra and Tuscon were great cars, but this dealership would not get my business for a new car purchase. read more

Was to come in and look at a used car and was in contact with dealership via text. Show up the next day to be told car has been sold. Absolutely ridiculous that no one felt the need to update that it had been sold. Wasted 50 min in traffic to be turned away. Sales people also pushy, and seems more fixed on sales that customer service. read more

As a return customer purchasing my second vehicle from this dealership I realized that service is nothing management understands. Unfortunate for my sales person Zina her manager blew a sale as I will now go elsewhere. Rude is an understatement as to how I was treated, the circuitous speak from this impatient and rude sale manager was basically confrontational - he sat with us for less than 2 minutes before getting up and storming off saying he would have someone else deal with us ? This because we had 3 pieces of paper in front of us and we needed a few seconds to process what we were looking at. It was straight up bullying. Tactics which may work on those not willing to get up and leave. Buying a new car should not be unpleasant and that type of attitude was shocking to say the least. If this is how you treat people who are buying from you, how do you treat those who need service? We will not be going back, these tactics being used are the lowest of the low. Very disappointing considering our last purchase went very smoothly. Shame on you Pathway. That treatment we received today was Not Ok. read more

I have been very pleased with the service department at Pathway, but I agree with the post by Laura M in April 2012. The salesman I dealt with no longer works there and the after service 'sorry' that I received from the General Manager sounds exactly like Laura's. Lots of promises up front but failure to deliver on them. Much as I like my car, the purchase experience and the General Manager lack of response left a very sour taste - - still there a year later. For the issues I had with the salesman, as compensation, I was offered a year of free satellite radio. Well, that expired when the initial 90 day trial ended, and after many back and forth phone calls to the General Manager (who subsequently didn't return calls and someone else took on the file) I was assured it had been activated for a year. Well, guess what - 9 months later, subscription ended so I guess I got the free year....... 3 months on XM and 9 on Pathway - - not the 12 months they promised. Seems that the General Manager is oh so very good on making the promises, just not good on keeping them. read more

Service department incredibly slow. I dropped my car off for an appointment at 2:30 and was only approached at 3:15 to sign the work order! I asked the service rep if they were already working on the car he said not until the work order is signed! To make customers wait 45 mins after your appointment time to simply sign a work order, holding up the service to your vehicle, is inexcusable. Important to mention this is not my firsts experience with this service department but it will be my last. read more

I took my car in for service which was for a recall since I am out of the warranty period. We decided to take advantage of a 15% off promo for a anti-freeze change over. When my wife picked picked up the car she did not get an invoice per say that detailed the work charges. We obviously did not get the discount off the service is the charge was not in line with the amount paid. I emailed and did get an "very sorry" from the service agent. Yet, we believe this is the second time we have had this type of incident happen where our bill was not right. Therefore, I am beginning to wonder if this is systemic. We went back to get around 11$ back from the dealer -- doesn't sound like a lot but, I am sure it adds up if it reoccurs often. I emailed my thoughts again to the dealership asking for an explanation -- we even think we did not get the final discount right and our still is still out around 8$ at least. I have not gotten any response so I thought I would warn people to make sure that they take a second look at their billing charges before driving off the lot. Best Regards. read more

Brought my Hyundai SUV for there winter special last week which includes putting on new tires and stoarage. When I got back my SUV seemed like it wasn't balanced as was pulling to one side a lot called pathway they said they don't balance tires when putting this on. Who doesn't balance tires when putting them on and no one in the store told me this. The costumer service rep on the phone says ya I think it's still safe but can't balance them for a WEEK!! Never will I go back after this making a costumer wait a week after bringing your car in and it's there fault. Stay away from Pathway use another Hyundai dealer in the city plus there wait times are ridiculous 2 hours to put tires on and off that were already on rims and obviously not rotated. Went with my son to buy a new car, his first. What was supposed to be a great bonding moment between me and my son turned into an awful full on hateful event, thanks to the folks at Pathway Hyundai. Three days ago we visited them at 2:00 pm, test drove the car, were told we get free winter tires with the 2018 Hyundai Elantra model. Then were given the bi-weekly payments amount since he wanted to finance for 7 years, without seeing the breakdown. We leave to test another make. My son gets a call to come back and they will make a great deal. We go back and for 2 hours they basically reduced the price by the value of the winter tires, but then charged for the tires and an extra $200 for the rims. When I questioned them that they basically just offered the free tires, the sales manager said they also removed the $420 silent sentinel fee (a bogus scam, look it up online) that we would not even need, kind of like an optional insurance. After wearing us down, my son signed for the car after 2 hours of being at the dealer. When next morning I had 5 minutes to price the same car online and without even leaving the comfort of home I get a pricing online from Hyundai website that is cheaper than my son paid for? That after they said they gave him this amazing deal, that they gave it to him at cost and how do you want us to survive if we don't at least make cost. When i write an email to see if they can do anything else, call three times, and not hear from them for 8 hours I call Hyundai Canada. Then I call the dealership one more time and they finally pick up, and when i told them that i called Hyundai Canada the sales lady ZINA gets all flustered that oh how can you do that before talking to us (which i had been trying to do all day) then she puts the sales manager on the phone who then says that it was either the free tires or the discount equivalent to the free tires that's all that can be had on this car and that they are selling it at cost, again. So I say I don't believe that is the best deal that could have been had. So what do they do? They call my son and tell him I was being disrespectful. I had ended the call by telling them I chose to believe what I believe and that they will never get my business, (we are past Hyundai owners who were going to start shopping for a new car) I let it go, because I knew that since they got a sale, there is no more recourse. I show up with my son when he picks up the car, my presence not even acknowledged by ZINA even as i am standing right in front of her desk in her office, who later has the audacity to tell me I was not very nice, to my face, I still kept quiet. Because that was the deal with my son that i won't say anything. She walks us to the service department and tells my son that she booked him his first oil change and service 3 months away, and when I ask her if that is complimentary, she says no. I ask can it be complimentary. Cause i still think that's the least they can do, she looks at me with venom face and says "we lost our shirt on this deal" THEY LOST THEIR SHIRT? because the only discount they gave was the value of the free winter tires they offer for free as you walk in their doors and advertised everywhere in the dealership, and this useless silent sentinel window etching that costs them maybe $20, that we didn't ask for and would not have paid for anyway? What awful service, and lying through their teeth, and putting a wedge between a mother and her son, who could see through them but tries to be nice cause he's smarter than his mother and knows he will gain nothing by complaining. And at this stage just wants to get out of there and drive off with his new car before they shine it with their spit or something. They lost their shirt on the sale, getting rid of their 2018 inventory when the 2019 has been out for a few months, and only giving what they advertised. They have my sympathies, the destination fee of $1,705 that they did not discount, the extra admin fee of $449 that they did not discount, the wheel lock nuts for $69.96 that we did not need, and some fee at the end PPSA of $121.61 and that apparently is paperwork for getting the bank loan organized? While it's written on the sales agreement that the dealership receives a fee from the banking institution that is providing the financing. so they are collecting a fee from us and from the bank and they are still losing their shirt I am tempted to drop in at the Salvation Army store and buy her a shirt. read more

My fiance and I purchased our new car at Pathway Hyundai in Orleans - but now wish we hadn't. The saleswoman, Laura, was friendly and very helpful, but that's unfortunately where the praise for Pathway ends. The sales manager that came to talk to us during the financial negotiations was painful to deal with. We had originally stopped by just to get a price quote, however we ended up being pressured and guilt-ed into buying a car that night. We were told by the sales manager that we had already taken up so much of the saleswoman's time, and his time, that we couldn't dare leave and look elsewhere. We were also lied to about the cars in stock at another Hyundai dealership nearby (which we had already made an appointment at for a test drive the next night, so we knew that they had the car we wanted in stock). Finally, the sales manager, who had spent 5 minutes putting down this other Hyundai dealership, essentially threatened that if we didn't buy a car from him, he would call the other dealership and tell them not to sell us a car. He claimed that this was a strategy that he had used before. After about half an hour of private deliberations, my fiance and I finally decided that, against our better judgment, we were so worn down by the whole process that we just wanted to get it over with and buy the car rather than have to go through the whole thing again elsewhere. After making that decision, we proceeded to wait around for an hour for a finance manager, to finalize our financial information. At 8:45pm we finally opted to go home and to return the next day. The next day, after another hour of waiting, we finally met with the finance manager. He was pleasant - for the first sixty seconds. Once he launched into his spiel about the types of warranties and products we should buy from him, and realized that we weren't interested, he quickly turned hostile. He refused to look me in the eye or address me directly, which as a woman, I found incredibly offensive. Once we finally told him we weren't interested in any of the extras, he printed out a form for us to sign, threw it onto the table in front of us, and said to my fiance to sign it "and to have her sign it too" (referring to me). He was incredibly rude and short with us for the rest of our appointment. It was very awkward, and I am still offended, weeks later, about how he treated us (especially me, his female client). Last week, 3 weeks after our car purchase, we heard from Pathway's General Manager. He seemed sincere in his apology, and upset with how we had been treated. He talked to both my fiance and I, and asked what he could do to gain back our trust and business. We promised to call him back the next day after we'd had a chance to discuss things privately. We called the next day and left him a message - yet, a week later, we haven't heard back from him (we even tried him again yesterday, and left him another message, to give him one more chance. Still nothing). It seems like he has inadvertently proved the very point that he was trying so desperately to disprove - that the customer service at Pathway Hyundai is absolutely despicable. Please learn from our mistake - there are far too many other Hyundai dealerships in Ottawa/Orleans for you to waste your time, or money, at Pathway Hyundai. read more

Have been getting my car serviced there since its purchase in 2009. I will not be going back whether for service or to purchase a car. The service department is poorly run. It took 30 minutes for me to give my keys to someone and an entire day for a simple oil change. They did not call when my car was ready. When I finally got my car back I again had to wait 45 minutes to speak with someone. The prices are outrageous. I emailed them my concerns and never heard back. I would discourage anyone from supporting this business. read more

I bought my Tuson from this location. The service we got from the sales representative was excellent. We walked in with a very specific vehicle in mind. We knew exactly what options we were looking for and we even knew the color. As we sat down, we told him what we wanted and within 1hr, we had test drove the vehicle and papers were drawn up and delivery was to take place when it was convenient to us. We did meet with the finance manager and there again, we were very clear on what we were not going to buy and our wants/needs were met. We might have spent a total of 20 min with him. To date, every time we have gone in for servicing etc. it's been a pleasure unlike a certain dealership up the street from Pathway! On our first service visit, our sales rep came to see us and introduces me to the person who was going to do the work. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and we will be buying our next vehicle from this location for sure. read more

First off if I could give Southbank a ZERO I would. We bought a 2011 Gran Caravan from this place and boy do we ever regret. First off our sales rep Derek was such a liar...he told us this van had many options that we don't have, we were told we would be getting the van on a certain day to only be called 30 min prior to pick up to be told that it was impossible for them to deliver the vehicle on time (I was already on the road with 3 kids in the car..) and we would need to wait a few more days. Once we got it...we didn't get the scratches buffed like agreed ( we were given a tiny do it yourself paint touch up...which we had to fight for!) the light in the trunk was still not properly secured so when closing the gate the light would fall...the van had not received a proper cleaning. All this and we paid cash for this vehicle...NOT FLIPPING SERVICE! Our first oil change was a joke...we had a recall on the computer for the transmission...after waiting 1 hr as was told that they couldn't do the work because their machine was not working...THANKS for wasting my time! I was indicated that since I live almost an hour away I could go to ANY dealership and they would be able to do the recall work needed. So I did, as I am extremely dissatisfied with their poor service. Once I got to the new dealership I was told they could NOT perform the recall work because Southbank had already claimed the job done and got paid by Dodge for the work...I was shown the proof on their computers. Called Southbank only to be told that what the new dealership was saying and what I could physically see with my own 2 eyes was wrong...I asked them to send me via fax ASAP their proof and the service rep confirmed to me that he would be sending this via fax in the next 5 minutes to the new dealership...45 min later...no fax. I still have to fight with them on this issue. Also when going to the new dealership I had them check the breaks as we were hearing a sound. (I use this vehicle at most once a week for short distances) I was informed that my breaks where non existant in the back and the front breaks were down to 3%...(I assume a "fake" safety was done!) The list goes and on and on....So to wrap it up....DON'T EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. read more

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with Pathway either. I love my car (2013 Veloster), but the process was unpleasant. I was told "what I wanted to hear" about the financing, but when the final sales agreement came out, it wasn't what was promised. I caught one thing, but missed another, and paid dearly (my car buy-out was almost $6K less than what I was told). Yes, it is my fault for missing it, but it is definitely the type of thing that gives cars salepersons a bad name. I raised concerns before coming in to pick up the car, and when I showed up, the sales manager essentially hid from us, leaving us to deal with a salesperson other than the one I had signed with. I didn't hear anything from them until I filled in a negative review with Hyundai, and then I got a phone call from the GM, with a promise to call back and offer me a compensation package - which never happened. I followed up twice with them on this and other questions, both by email and voicemail, and never heard back. As for the financing agent, I can handle pushy, but I found her to be downright condescending. My last two cars were bought at Honda and I never felt talked down to that way. I certianly will not be taking any of my service business there, nor will I recommend them to anyone....any other dealership has to be better run than this one.... read more

Be cautious with this dealership. They sold me a lemon and have recently tried to charge me for a repair at a cost of over $700 which ended up being a repair another garage did for $59. They are great at finding excuses when confronted but not very good at being accountable and taking ownership over their product. Get service there at your own risk and judge for yourself. The service department for me is a 0 on 10 - my appointment was at 11:00 a.m. today June 17 - I arrived at 10:45 and was immediately directed to the service bay - Daryl did the initial inspection on the outside and I told him the brakes squeaked once in a while and the person on the service desk had indicated it may only need maintenance for dust accumulation - when Daryl indicated they would contact me with the results of the inspection I told him I lived a distance away and he offered the shuttle but on second thought said he would put on the order that I was waiting which should move things along faster and if work was required and I accepted for them to do it, he would request the shuttle - he told me to go the waiting area and he would speak to me shortly - at 12:10 after seeing Daryl moving in and out of the service area and not addressing me I spoke to one of the nice ladies behind the service desk - as they tried to help me Daryl was passing by again and they asked him the status of my inspection to which he replied he would have to check on it - obviously after sending me to the waiting room he did not give me a second thought - five minutes later the initial nice lady told me Daryl was tied up with another customer so she had checked and my car had not even been looked at and she could offer no explanation as to why - she offered to arrange the shuttle but because I had another appointment at 3:30 for which I needed my car I asked her to have my car brought to the front as I was leaving - the gentleman who brought the car out asked if I was going to make another appointment and I quickly informed him I would be going elsewhere for service - he had me explain what happened - apologized and stated that Mondays are very busy in service - I have read other reviews and totally agree when they state the service department is badly organized and slow - Daryl could of had the courtesy of following up with me instead of leaving me sitting for over an hour with my car not even being looked at or re-discussing my taking the shuttle - this is one car dealership I will never frequent again. the reason I created an account on Yelp is to write this review. great cars but go buy from someone else. they will wear you down and eat you for lunch. the sales person was never sure of anything, keep going to the sales manager, the sales manager of the closer came in and put his arm on the entrance of the cubicle, if you want to leave, you have to go under his arm. he push and push and push us to sign it, we were so tired after 4 hours on a Saturday, so we agreed to the deal, the finance manager tried to sell us all kind of crap, we were paying cash, why would we need to meet the finance manager? between my wife and I, we bought 8 new cars in the last 20 years, this was the worst experience we never had, worst than those sleazy used car salesmen in movies. do yourself a favor, go buy a Hyundai somewhere else. read more

After shopping around and alot barganing I finaly managed to get what I thought was the best deal I could get. In the signed contract one of the agrements was made that for the rest of the cars life the tire changes would always be free. Now less then a year later, on my second tire change, after I had a tire change appointment and the service was done, im told the manager decided to stop the free tire changes regardless of the past agreements they had made with all customers (myself included). This tells me that pathway hyundai are nothing but liers and can not be trusted when making car purchases agreements... if I ever decided to go back on my contract and pay less then what was agreed, thers would be consequence. So why are they alowed to break fheir side of the agreement but not me? And to make matters worst they never bothered to let me know before my service, I was only informed after everything was done. I strongly recommend not buying anything from them since there can be no trust . I will not be returning to pathway hyundai of any type of services in the future and will reconsider staying in the hyundak family on my next vehicle purchase. read more

Had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe from Pathway Hyundai. The entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clearly explained without making the experience feel pressured or rushed. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole purchase, from working through the options and pricing to getting everything ready for delivery. My Santa Fe was prepared perfectly when I picked it up, and I've been really happy with it so far. Overall, a great buying experience and I'd definitely recommend Pathway Hyundai to anyone in Ottawa looking for a new Hyundai! read more

I purchased a car at Pathway Hyundai a few month ago? We were getting ready for a great summer. I have a family of 4 and we needed a bigger vehicle for our summer trips. We decided to get a 2013 Santa Fe and I do have to say the service at Pathway Hyundai was amazing. They made our experience of purchasing a new car very pain free and pleasant. Hyundai offers great warranty and there vehicles are reliable. Keep up the good work Pathway. And thanks again read more

I had great service selling my second car after the tragic passing of my husband. The staff there were kind and sensitive. They took a stressful and difficult process and made the transition easier. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you to all the staff at Pathway for your help. I will definitely look to you when it comes time to buy my next car. read more

I bought my car about a year ago and I have been having it serviced here for regular oil changes and tire changes. Matt and his team have been amazing to me, even giving me complimentary car washes here and there, and answering any questions that I have. I highly recommend Pathway! read more
