Well we bring the car in and it's worse off than when we left it The windshield wipers weren't working when we left after they clean up the oil as my employee didn't shut the cap but they did clean up the oil pretty well so did something right. They also changed the oil which he bragged about as as I was complaining and trying to work something out in the middle. They charged me $1800 in storage while I was at the hospital. They didn't call my spouse or anybody else or send emails but they did charge $1,700 in storage extra at a discount supposedly just for a small car in their lot for a couple weeks and they wouldn't work with me on the price. They basically told me to pound sand and then got upset when I was peeved off. They do nothing after they scammed me $1,700 and then wrecked my windshield wipers what really bothered me about this whole situation. Mistakes happen but they said they would fix them because they know they wrecked them when they realize how much of me to fix or or how difficult or whatever they said it was a recall. I have a friend that works for an Aspen dealership in different city that does McLaren and he said it wasn't true. There's no recall on that. We called two McLaren dealerships. They laughed at us and said there's no recall on that. The person's lying and of course he wouldn't even meet me in the middle with anything. Charge me for storage. When I was in the hospital charged me for everything else and then Rex. My windshield wipers lies to me and then says pound sand. We're not doing anything to meach in the middle. Not even help with storage. And the level of arrogance they have is absolutely unbelievable and they have no business being in customer service. I mean if you're going to do a horrible job and wreck vehicles, at least have the decency to be good to people.

A lot of other shops flat out refused to fix a paint scratch just because it was a Tesla. I have no idea why that would make any difference when just painting the hood. DB Orlando Collision stepped up to the task. They had great communication throughout, reasonable pricing and a quick turnaround. They even went above and beyond with another small fix that they were able to wrap up at the same time! Super happy with the results.

I researched the highest rated towing service in the area, and Stellar Towing & Recovery was at the top. Josh quickly dispatched Christopher to assist. Christopher was very patient, conscientious, and kind. After the jumpstart, he suggested I run the car for 25-30 minutes so that the charge would hold. After running it for 40 minutes, I turned off the car, and immediately it would not restart. I connected with Josh to solicit the help of Christopher, who returned immediately. I requested a second jumpstart and decided to return the car a day ahead of schedule as we have an early flight to catch and cannot afford a repeat. Based on the reading on the battery monitor, Christopher was concerned about the reliability of the battery getting me back to the car rental place and offered to tow it instead. I truly appreciate his concern for my safety as I couldn't afford to break down on the expressway given the heat. The cost for both services were reasonable, and the kindness and courtesy showed to me throughout the whole experience was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

After success taking my car there a few years ago I tried Sloan's again. This time was very…read moredisappointing. I was very clear about the current issues when dropping off the vehicle but clearly it was not being written down because I had to repeat myself on multiple phone calls. Although I tested the battery and even had tried to jump start it multiple times with my own cables and jump pack from the tow company, they were insisting I replace my battery to resolve the issue. After picking up my vehicle, I took it home and parked it for the night. Next morning I had the same issues as when I dropped it off to them days before. I do not believe Sloan's was honest about the repairs needed on my car and sold me on an expensive service because they knew the battery location in my vehicle is not easily accessible. Every service being quoted had ridiculous prices behind it. $213 to repair a $20 sensor after the car was already taken apart and paying $181 for diagnostics is insane. $574 to replace a $15 gasket is laughable. $262 to pull off a plastic cover and remove/replace 4 spark plugs, $105 for a $20 air filter. I understand cost of labor involved but some of these mark ups are so unrealistic, they cannot expect any person with even beginner car maintenance knowledge to pay these prices before doing it themselves.
