I had the same mechanic for 30 years! He (Tim) was the owner of Top Auto, in downtown Orlando. During this time he cared for many different vehicles I owned across the years without a glitch and we ended up becoming friends! Unfortunately, for me, he decided to enter in a well deserved retirement. As he sold his business he recommended Lemon Chasers as my new mechanic shop. I knew that he would give me the best possible advice, nevertheless I really did not expected the same exceptional service I had had for such a long time. Now, several years later, I came to make justice to Lemon Chaser. They are as serious, reliable and competent as Tim told me. Their price is fair, their work is being perfect, and the cars come out very clean after service. I never had a problem and they really deserve the five stars rating. read more

I referred to them by my friend. I had some transmission problems. Steward informed me that he did a diagnostic on my vehicle, but found nothing wrong. He took it for a test drive and informed me that it was a coul pack. Sure was and my car has not given me any problems since. The quality of work is hands down the best. And the price it was worth every cent. I highly recommend them for honest mechanics and fair prices. They are now my shop for all my automotive needs. read more

Change your name to Lemon Creators instead. Took my car to this shop about a month ago. I was charged over $3,000 and was told my car was repaired. It's been a few weeks and it's now making noises that weren't there before they serviced it and they don't care to fix it. The mechanic that worked on my car is still with the company after the original owner sold it a few weeks ago. Took it back to the shop and the mechanic that worked on my car said he didn't know what the tapping could be. It was quiet before they "serviced" it. Took it to another place and they said that what this shop did to my car will likely lead to needing a new engine in the future. New owner is aware of the situation. read more

Great guys over there at lemon chasers! Have always used them and they're more than fair and do what's right

Jerry and his team at Lemon Chasers are the only people I trust with the safety and maintenance of my vehicles. Since 2016 I have gone to Jerry with everything from routine maintenance to assistance when I was in a car accident in 2018 and my vehicle was totaled. Jerry and his team are efficient, reliable, and honest in a service line that is seemingly full of dishonest people. I would highly recommend Lemon Chasers Automotive! read more

From the moment I entered Lemon Chasers, I was welcomed warmly , and treated extremely professionally from the, "First. Welcome to Lemon Chasers. How may we help you?". I informed the receptionist that I'd already called ahead of my visit to have a front wheel sensor replaced on my Dodge Charger. (I'd previously had my Charger scanned at another company, and they told me I needed to replace the front DRIVERS side sensor). After my vehicle was scanned by Joe, the assigned, and requested mechanic, he discovered that it was the PASSENGER side sensor that was faulty. Joe also went the extra mile, and scanned for any other issues I may have, and found that there WAS other codes showing up in the scan. Joe informed me that this could be a result of me recently changing out my old battery for a new one, which can cause the system to think there are issues when in truth there isn't. Joe worked his skills, and got the speed sensor changed in no time flat. After running another scan, to double check everything, and clearing out all of the codes, I was good to go. I was even offered their standard free car wash, and inside detailing service, to which I declined. The only reason I declined this service is because my Charger has a vinyl wrap on it, and I am very particular to keep that wrap protected, for which they fully understood. On my ride home, I turned on my AC, and discovered that even that was running colder too. By the time I'd got home, I had nipples like Tic-Taks, because the AC was running so good. My Charger was running as smooth as silk again After speaking with the owners, I discovered that Lemon Chasers is NOT just a basic garage repair establishment, where they do the basic tire, or oil changes. They are in-fact a One Stop Shop for all your vehicles mechanical needs, and repairs, and I will most certainly be a regular customer with them from now on. 5 Star service all round, and a pleasure to do business with. Special thanks to Joe for taking such good care of me, and my Charger read more

My husband took my car to Lemon Chasers a couple months ago. They are such incredible people there. They are very fair on their prices. Joe was the one who did the oil change on my car. He did an incredible job. If the drive wasn't so far for me I would always go there for any car needs, but I will be back, no doubt about that. If you have not yet been you have to go! read more

Came here for the first time just recently. This place has been recommended to me by several coworkers that have come here for automotive repairs over the last 14 years. Impressed by the service, the personal attention from the shop owner, and the level of service work performed on my car. Would come back again for routine maintenance and repairs. Great place and so happy it was recommended to me! Convenient to downtown Orlando. Highly recommended. read more

During my vacation in Orlando, somebody decided to let themselves into my rental car and borrow some clothes. I guess they didn't know where I was, so instead of asking me to unlock the door they just jammed a screwdriver in the driver side key hole and pried at the door handle to get it open. I'm sure no harm was intended - but there unfortunately was some damage. And being that it was a rental - I needed to get it fixed - quickly since I needed to return the car in a few days. I called up Lemon Chasers and described the problem. The owner told me he thought it'd be $150-500, but he'd have to see it first. I brought it by - he looked at it - told me he could handle it - and got to work. Less than an hour and $100 later I left with a fixed door. Great service, great speed, he overbid the price, nice guy, zero complaints. Highly recommended. read more

I have taken my car to Lemon Chasers a small handful of times now. While it's no fun fixing a broken car, this place makes the blow less painful. Jerry is fantastic as is Stuart (I hope I spelled that correct) in assisting you with all your car needs. If you need to tow your car and don't have a service, they can recommend someone too you that is also reasonable and reliable. This place is honest, reliable and affordable. Whenever something goes wrong with my car this is the first place I call. I highly recommend lemon chasers for you auto needs. read more

I called and spoke to Jerry needing a tire patched. Drove over, he took a look, said he needed it for a bit to see where the hole was. I dropped it off at 8:45ish and he called me by 10:30 saying it was done. When I got there I noticed my truck was clean and my tire had air again! And he provided a quote on new tires. Great service! Really appreciate getting fit in quickly! read more

I've had a few issues with my car that I couldn't ignore. Before Lemon Chasers I went to 3 other mechanics each was untrustworthy including Magic Mechanic (long story short worst mechanics I've ever dealt with). Lemon Chasers, however is the place I recommend to all my friends and family. This is the place I will take all of my cars. Their extremely knowledgeable, honest, direct, helpful, and look out for your best interest rather than their own. I had major services done and while I was away they took the liberty of detailing my car which was a huge perk. Ohh it needed it. Most importantly, they fixed her, they made her run like she did when I first bought her. And I never thought that would be possible. Even my bill was something that I couldn't believe. For me there is no other mechanic. There's Lemon Chasers and that's it. Do yourself the favor and do the same. read more

Lemon Chasers is as good as it gets. I recently had body work and painting done to my car, including dealing with rust. The job is fabulous and guaranteed for life. It is a better paint job than my Toyota came with! And, I researched three other companies. Now, nitty-gritties. As a female I am always cautious about being taken advantage of in automobile issues. Not a single worry with Lemon Chasers. If you cannot trust Jerry, you cannot trust anyone! The job was done on time, at the price quoted. Jerry, and Freddie, worked with me on every aspect and I felt good when I left my car there. This is the first auto related place I have been to where I didn't feel a knife in my back when I left. And by the way, while in their waiting room, only for a few minutes, I heard mechanics and coworkers of Jerry's on the phone with other customers. They did not try to sell the customer 'up', tried to give them the best and economical advice and made realistic recommendations. They are reputable and professional automotive specialists. You can trust Lemon Chasers. I recommend them to everyone, and cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. read more

I have used Lemon Chasers for over 10 years and have always felt that they have dealt with me honestly and with integrity. On my most recent repair, another shop had diagnosed my van with a blown head gasket and given an estimate of $7,500 to rebuild the entire top half of the engine. Before letting them take my money, I decided to have the car towed to Lemon Chasers for a second opinion. Turns out the head gasket and engine were fine--I just needed a new cooling fan motor. These guys saved me nearly $7,000, and I am a fan of Lemon Chasers for life! read more
