What happened next is why I will never go anywhere else, and why I will stand behind them and recommend them to ANYONE! The first two issues were fixed with no problem, but I had an issue with an expensive part. They verified and issued a prompt warranty part, which would be the end of it for other shops. The problem persisted, but instead of giving up, as most shops would do, they dug in. It took a little bit to finish it off as there were some other variables involved, but Jose, the manager and an incredible mechanic, and Aaron, the owner himself, worked with me to ensure that in the end, I was treated fairly. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this establishment and to Jose and Aaron personally. I am a customer for life."

I found Rescue late one afternoon and he fit my pre-purchase inspection into the next day. When…read morethe Greenway Ford did not show up at 9 am with the car (which is what they promised), but came in 3 hours late, he still found a way to squeeze in the inspection into a day that he told be was already booked up. If there is any fault to be placed against the owner is that he tries too hard to do anything he can to please customers. He almost didn't care about the money he was charging. It was about doing what he could to meet our needs. And he even let the dealer take the car back to the dealership without first being paid by us. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. But the dealership pressed him to do just that and he gave up the vehicle without first being paid. I am deeply impressed with owner Amina Hamadi. No complaints on the BBB website and an A+ rating is practically unheard of for an auto repair shop in Florida. And what makes that more amazing is that he has an A+ rating and is not even a BBB member! That rating is proof positive of a gem of a man and a repair shop in junkyard full of Florida repair shops made up of a limited number of good guys, and a lot of others who receive complaints from disappointed customers. I cannot recommend Amina Hamadi any higher. I'd add a star if the opportunity was made available.

Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes. Anyone who has a son or daughter or whatever attending UCF, can rely on Auto Tender to troubleshoot and fix their vehicles in an affordable and timely manner. My daughter's boyfriend currently has his car there to fix what another shop right at the front entrance of campus failed to fix and actually made worse. Please do your homework as a parent and you'll find Auto Tender at the top of your list. They'll go above and beyond to help you out in every way.
