I had gotten rear ended and had the insurance company of the one at fault to pay for the damages. I got recommended by my insurance company's adjuster and called to set an appointment for a quote to give the insurance company. They had stayed later than their opening hours so it could give me the chance to go and get the quote since work and their opening times were at the same time. Once I left my car, they got my car looking brand new and fixed a few other dents and dinges that weren't from the accident fixed on the house as well. Lol I've been coming here for years. The body shop is exceptional. They not only repair minor bumps and dents . They also specialize in custom body work. The shop is also a mechanic shop. I have a Mercedes and they have managed all my repairs seamlessly. The owner of the body shop is very knowledgeable and listens to you and makes your vision a reality. Greatest Auto Repair/Body Shop in Central Florida, Hands down!!!! I was stuck on I4 during Rush Hour and Macho had a tow truck come get me within minutes of me calling him. No questions asked! They looked at the car when it got there and had fixed before I could finish saying hello to everyone! Turned out my alternator wire had fallen off of my alternator. That was it!!! Any other place would have charged me for a new one!! Thank god for Macho and the whole team they have working there!! Omg I cannot thank Felix and Macho enough. This shop is really a hidden gem. If it wasn't for them; my car would have been a total loss all because of a road rage incident that left a lot of cosmetic damages. The first shop that was affiliated with my car insurance had assessed the damages and made a false claim on the one piece that needed to be replaced; and it ended up pushing the cost of damages over the threshold mark. I am shocked that there's any negative ratings about this family owned business at all!! I've been a loyal customer for 10 years plus. I had an issue with my tire bolts years ago (stripped down and just wanted a tire change) no one would help me or could get them off. I just happened to check out Macho's Auto because it was the closest repair shop to me in my situation. They solved the problem and charged me next to nothing! Just all around great people! I was involved in a collision down the street with a Semi truck, thought my car was going to be totaled and was very skeptical of taking it somewhere and not having it fixed to pre accident condition. I had a horrible experience with a dealer fixing my car before, paint didn't match and their customer service was horrible. Got referred by a friend here and they did not disappoint!
