I had gotten rear ended and had the insurance company of the one at fault to pay for the damages. I got recommended by my insurance company's adjuster and called to set an appointment for a quote to give the insurance company. They had stayed later than their opening hours so it could give me the chance to go and get the quote since work and their opening times were at the same time. Once I left my car, they got my car looking brand new and fixed a few other dents and dinges that weren't from the accident fixed on the house as well. They really exceeded my expectations and I am so happy to have my car, that is like my baby, looking brand new again as if she were just coming out of the dealership. Thanks Macho for your help! Love the results. read more

This a family owned business. That's been in the central Florida area for over 2 decades. If your lucky the woman cooking in the kitchen will offer you some delicious Caribbean food. Lol I've been coming here for years. The body shop is exceptional. They not only repair minor bumps and dents . They also specialize in custom body work. The shop is also a mechanic shop. I have a Mercedes and they have managed all my repairs seamlessly. The owner of the body shop is very knowledgeable and listens to you and makes your vision a reality. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs. There's no paint job too small or too big. I've seen some amazing transformations with all types of cars. You will not be disappointed! read more

Greatest Auto Repair/Body Shop in Central Florida, Hands down!!!! I was stuck on I4 during Rush Hour and Macho had a tow truck come get me within minutes of me calling him. No questions asked! They looked at the car when it got there and had fixed before I could finish saying hello to everyone! Turned out my alternator wire had fallen off of my alternator. That was it!!! Any other place would have charged me for a new one!! Thank god for Macho and the whole team they have working there!! Oh; I almost forgot, before I left, Felix got to show me some of the customizations they do there as well and it's just insane the things they can do there!!! Check them out if you're ever in need! read more

Omg I cannot thank Felix and Macho enough. This shop is really a hidden gem. If it wasn't for them; my car would have been a total loss all because of a road rage incident that left a lot of cosmetic damages. The first shop that was affiliated with my car insurance had assessed the damages and made a false claim on the one piece that needed to be replaced; and it ended up pushing the cost of damages over the threshold mark. I was so distraught and a nervous wreck after hearing my car, my tool to get to and from work everyday was going to be gone forever. Felix was so empathetic and positive from the start. I couldn't thank them enough. They really saved my car. Amazing job!! :) read more

I am shocked that there's any negative ratings about this family owned business at all!! I've been a loyal customer for 10 years plus. I had an issue with my tire bolts years ago (stripped down and just wanted a tire change) no one would help me or could get them off. I just happened to check out Macho's Auto because it was the closest repair shop to me in my situation. They solved the problem and charged me next to nothing! Just all around great people! I've been there every since. His son runs the shop with him and the best as well! Honest people that will not have you replace something that you don't need to replace or spend money unnecessarily!! read more

I was involved in a collision down the street with a Semi truck, thought my car was going to be totaled and was very skeptical of taking it somewhere and not having it fixed to pre accident condition. I had a horrible experience with a dealer fixing my car before, paint didn't match and their customer service was horrible. Got referred by a friend here and they did not disappoint! My car looks better than before and they warranty all of their work! Don't let the insurance companies scare you out of going to a small local business; there's still honest ones out there, that take pride in their work and you can deal directly with the owner. read more

Took My Mercedes Benz In to get some Custom work done per a friends recommendation. Felix over looked, and quoted me far less then any where else. The great staff also gave me a heads up on what to expect as far as maintenance needs and really took out the red carpet. They go above and beyond on trying to make sure you are happy with the end product! I absolutely LOVE the way my Car Came out! read more

Took my Civic there for body work after a minor accident. Heard about the shop through a friend who has been bringing his cars there for years. Worked with Felix, who was professional and took the time to keep us posted as they worked to fix my car. He even fixed a scratch on the rearview mirror and buffed the headlight covers at no charge. I was very pleased with the experience. read more

I have been coming here for almost 10 years! I don't know anything about cars but when I take my car in if I think it's acting funny they check the car fast and break it down to tell me what's wrong with the car. If I need bodywork done they're always on top of things and have reasonable pricing. They're very helpful and welcoming ! They earn all those 5 stars :) read more

I have been coming to Macho's since I was younger. My whole family has been getting our cars serviced, and painted here. Felix did a wonderful job on my 2015 Dodge Durango. Looks just like the day my wife and I purchased it. Best in the business is an understatement for this place. I drive from Sanford, because I know the job will get done right the first time. read more

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. They did not quit until they figured out what was wrong with my 2011 Galant. Other shops couldn't figure it out. I will definetly go there first if another problem arises. Amazing honest people to work with. read more

I love Macho Auto Repair. Everytime I go, he gives me a great price, talks me out of additional services that I don't need and does a great job. Nissan quoted me around $1300 to do the services on my murano. Macho did it all for about $400. Great place. read more
