When we bought our home, the builder included a one-year termite warranty with Northwest Exterminating, which we extended and added pest control to. Customer service has been excellent. Our service associate is professional, reliable, and very thorough. I also appreciate that they use pet and family friendly treatments since we have a dog. That said... I'm not convinced the pest control is working. In my previous home which I battled with spiders. Once I hired a pest control company, they didn't completely disappear but when I saw them they were not alive. With Northwest, even after treatments, I'm still seeing more activity than expected. I keep bug spray in multiple rooms, which shouldn't feel necessary. The only thing that seems consistently effective are the sticky traps, they definitely catch bugs. I understand some environments have more pests than others, but I'd expect to at least see some results after treatment. Right now, it's hard to tell if the service isn't as effective or if these Middle Georgia spiders are just built different. We're sticking with them for now and hoping next season brings fewer uninvited guests.

Paid for VIP since 2016 and in the past year-plus received really no service except 5 minutes of spraying around the yard. Have now learned their service exacerbated a German Roach and ant problem, which destroyed our less than year-old dishwasher, exacerbated an allergic reaction by a family member, caused a major household budget disruption with more than $1,000 spent for treatment, the purchase of a new dishwasher, and loss of discarded household items. I called up and talked to someone in the office who was very friendly and attentive. I wanted a quote and wanted a better understanding of their offerings. One of the owners was happy to talk to to me and give me all the details I wanted. I ultimately made an appointment and they were expedient in getting someone out and the service was professional and thorough. Since the service was completed they have reached out to make sure my needs were met and let me know they were available if I had any issues. Bottom line, their actions showed that they care about their customers. I am very happy with the results and effectiveness of the work. I am also happy to know that if I need them again, I can give a call and feel like I will be heard. I am happy I found these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
