Communication is excellent , the house is always clean and it's the best service we have ever had with a pet sitter service. Professional, kind and caring. Can't give them enough kudos!

This is a long overdue review. I just happened to be scrolling for a specific text and pulled up…read moreold text exchanges with Karen from my days in Atlanta. And realized I owe this fantastic person a review. A very long story short, in 2015 I found myself in temporary housing after a move back to Atlanta to start a new job. It was a very difficult situation with two rescue dogs that suffered from anxiety/separation issues. The day prior my daytime pet arrangements had fallen through. I also had work travel imminent. I was in a panic and massively stressed. The same day I called Karen, she showed up to meet me and the two pups. They took to her immediately, even my ultra scared/shy guy who shivered and shook around people. She confidentially handled them, kindly calmed my anxiety over the situation and had it under control. She could double as a therapist!!! The next day while I was at work all went totally fine with their walk. I even received text photos with details of how it went. The pups were happy, I was relieved of stress and life suddenly became simpler. For simplicity sake I've glossed over a very trying and rough time in life. But for Karen and her team it would not have turned out so well. With a world of gratitude and thanks, I HIGHLY recommend.

It was a difficult move due to having to give away so much furniture and downsize due to medical issues. My clergy paid for the move. The movers broke an inordinate mount of furniture, electronics and wall decor. Even a glass top to my buffet that appeared well packed was badly broken. (Pictures) The list of the large items that were broken is to follow: - My Vizio 44" tv's screen had a large spider break and had to be thrown away. I was offered $12.72 from the moving company's insurance company for the TV. - A solid wood side table in excellent condition that was my late Mom's leg was snapped broken in the middle. It hurt emotionally to lose that beautiful, meaningful piece. - A solid TV table leg was broken in half at the same level as my wood side table's leg. I can't imagine how that could happen. , a piece of glass 19"x32" that topped my wood buffet furniture broke, (Picture) - Movers broke a large wall mirror. Both mirror and ornate gold frame broke. (Picture) - The front of my small safe is beat up and won't open. It was in perfect condition before the move. I found it upside down at an angle in the kitchen pantry. The thick, hard metal keyboard and the metal on the edges above and below the keyboard on the same side has nicks and scratches. (See pictures) My COVID vaccination card is in the safe and it's required for a new job screening so I have to pay a locksmith with money I don't have to open it in the next 10 days. Prescriptions, valuables and important documents are also in the safe. Again I can't imagine what could have nicked and scratched that metal. I called the owner and he said he only knew about the tv. He offered nothing not even voicing that he regretted all of the damage. He said to Google the safe to find how to open it but I knew that. Even though it was a very small job there was no excuse for that much damage.

We sent our dog to Spot for a few months earlier this year when we first moved to Decatur. We were…read moregrateful to have a convenient location right around the corner from my work and the prices seemed fair. My first impression of the place was walking in a being met with an overwhelming smell. We've been to other daycares and know this is not how it should smell. But, we figured our dog sniffs others' butts so maybe smell doesn't really bother her. Second impression was that the staff kinda seemed half-baked half the time but we figured hey, dog people aren't always people-people. We get it. They just seemed like minimal effort kind of people (we literally got a free stay one time because they had already shut the computer off before we picked her up and they didn't feel like turning it back on...we weren't even late). We never got any bad notes about our dog when we picked her up but we started noticing some things that caused a lot of concern and ultimately led us to pull her out. The first was one time when we came to pick her up, we could see her through the window of a small room that shared a wall with the entrance corridor. She was sitting by herself on the concrete floor, up against the glass just waiting for us to get her. There were a few other little dogs in the room (ours is about 45lbs) but there were no humans, no bedding, no toys, and there was mess everywhere. She was just sitting there looking bored to tears. Not ok. The second was another time we came to pick her up and brought her home. We kept smelling a weird smell and when we inspected her when we got home, we found she had dried urine *caked* on her elbow. There is absolutely no telling how long it had been there and no one bothered to clean her?? How dirty is your facility that there are just puddles lying around not being cleaned that our dog laid in? We brought it to their attention the next time we took her in and told them we did not want to see that again. We asked if they knew what happened, but they said they had no clue where it came from. We understand mess happens, it's a place full of animals. But it was very visible on her white arm. The least they could have done was clean it off for her/us. But they didn't even notice? Again, not ok! The final straw came when we picked her up a few times later and saw a puncture wound on her side when we got home. It had been bleeding and didn't look like anything was done to clean it (which is concerning given how dirty this place apparently is). Not to mention, NO ONE reached out to us that there had been an incident or said ANYTHING to us when we picked her up. Why? Because they had NO IDEA it had even happened!! This time we called them directly about it and asked what happened and they said they were completely unaware of a situation. Um, wtf?? So our dog gets punctured and you can't tell us the story? Like I said, half-baked! SO NOT OK!!! We never sent her back after that! We gave them a thousand chances despite our reservations and they just kept proving us right that we should have been hesitant from the start with that bad smell. TLDR: This place is filthy and they do not keep up with your dog. We recommend literally anywhere else! There are plenty of others to choose from in town.

Ben who works the front is a perfect representative for the business, pricing is honest and well-worth it, and Simon absolutely LOVES to "go to camp." We recommend this place to all of our dog owner friends in ATL.
