Kim and her staff also were extremely gracious with helping the venue staff in cutting and serving our wedding cake to guests. To my surprise, my guests were excited to try the Indian food, and we ended up with a ton of leftover food from the Crazy Caterer. The cream corn had good flavor but the corn's texture gave it away as old; it was kind of tough. I'm a mustard potato salad guy, and the potato salad here is the opposite of that, if there is such a thing. The beans were undercooked, plain and simple. That aside, I am not a fan of the way they were seasoned. We tried all 4 barbecue sauces and liked 3 of them - BBQ, Medium, and Hot (which isn't very). BBQ was our favorite.
