These are the things we would order again: Brisket, pulled pork, elk sausage, cornbread, french fries, and mashed potatoes. Good stuff. The pork belly was new to us. A fun, one-time experiment. The ribs may have been competition-cooked, as opposed to fall-off-the-bone. We prefer the latter. They still weren't bad. The cream corn had good flavor but the corn's texture gave it away as old; it was kind of tough. I'm a mustard potato salad guy, and the potato salad here is the opposite of that, if there is such a thing. The beans were undercooked, plain and simple. That aside, I am not a fan of the way they were seasoned. We tried all 4 barbecue sauces and liked 3 of them - BBQ, Medium, and Hot (which isn't very). BBQ was our favorite.
