We had an American/Indian fusion wedding and wanted to provide guests with both Indian and American food options. Kim was great to work with and helped me build the perfect menu for our buffet. We served the pot roast, chicken pot pie, a salad and bread. I might be missing something. Kim and her staff also were extremely gracious with helping the venue staff in cutting and serving our wedding cake to guests. To my surprise, my guests were excited to try the Indian food, and we ended up with a ton of leftover food from the Crazy Caterer. It was awesome to be able to take that to our event the next day, which was a music festival in the mountains. The guests raved about the food! We would definitely recommend them for your next event. No complaints!

Rubber chicken and flavorless. This food was not that at all. The prime rib was something you would expect at a high end restaurant. The chicken Kiev was terrific. The service and character of the owner was amazing. He and his staff were so kind gracious and helpful throughout the wedding. I cannot recommend this company any higher and this review does not even begin to describe the experience. You won't be disappointed.

I had the elk sliders, which are basically sloppy joes and my husband had the moose ear. We also split an order of apple fritters. Now I will say I got a solid heap of meat on my sliders and my husbands sandwich wasn't shy about the meat either but my bun was soggy and fell apart straight out the gate. And I found the flavor to be lacking. My husband's sandwich was also lacking in the flavor department. The apple fritters were great though. Would I eat here again? Sure, if I did not have any other options.

Service was super friendly and they apologized for the long wait (10 min) to get our food. Pretty darn fast in my opinion. And gave me time to enjoy all the stickers and quotes that covered the entire vehicle. Loved the corn fritters served with salsa. Great portions, taste and loved the dipping salsa. The elk sliders (not elk) had and amazing flavor. At first it looked like a sloppy joe (not my fav) but then I took a bite and finished it off super fast enjoying every bite. So bottom line if you see this truck stop and get some food!

First visit. Really wanted to love this place because it's close to our house. Executive summary…read more- very hit or miss; some really good menu items and some really not. What better way to try out a place than to get a little of everything? According to the menu, that's exactly what "Big Tex" is. But in reality, you get to order 5 meats and 5 sides. So that's fine; we ordered the 5 most appealing meats and sides. Oddly, drinks had to be ordered and paid for separately, at the bar. Extra hassle. These are the things we would order again: Brisket, pulled pork, elk sausage, cornbread, french fries, and mashed potatoes. Good stuff. The pork belly was new to us. A fun, one-time experiment. The ribs may have been competition-cooked, as opposed to fall-off-the-bone. We prefer the latter. They still weren't bad. The cream corn had good flavor but the corn's texture gave it away as old; it was kind of tough. I'm a mustard potato salad guy, and the potato salad here is the opposite of that, if there is such a thing. The beans were undercooked, plain and simple. That aside, I am not a fan of the way they were seasoned. We tried all 4 barbecue sauces and liked 3 of them - BBQ, Medium, and Hot (which isn't very). BBQ was our favorite. Can you go to White Paper BBQ and get a good meal? Absolutely. But ya gotta order carefully.
