She served us downstairs with the appetizers while we played a game and then called us up to the dining room when the dinner was ready to eat. We ordered our meal as a buffet. She had the table set and we just helped ourselves. The salmon was like none other.... out of the 9 of us, I am the only one who does not eat salmon. I ate the whole salmon fillet. I do not know what she did but every time I order salmon I will be comparing it to Jennifers'. The dinner was spectacular but the dessert was one I am still thinking about. Crepes with mascarpone cheese, poached pear with caramel drizzle. It was truly a wonderful experience and a dinner we will never forget. This was my first experience with a personal chef.
