The porch has the wrong supports and is already sagging (it was installed mid May) and the post are 4 inches from level. The covering for the slab is just 100% incorrect and looks awful. This was the dirtiest job site iv ever seen. They left countless nails and cigarette butts scattered through the whole yard knowing I have a toddler who plays outside everyday. Do not call any company Roy Christian is associated with. He is a scam artist and a cheat. He will cost you more money in fixing damages he causes and on top of that you will have to pay someone else to come fix is subpar workmanship. More than one person recommended "Dependable" and we opted to select them to complete the work. The first problem was they underestimated the amount of shingles and time to complete our roof. They handled that by getting more shingles, and in their rush they continued to work into the dark hammering shingles. Initially, I was impressed with them trying to get the job done promptly, but ultimately that lead to problems. Within weeks the shingles started to slide off the roof--that's not good. They would come back, fix a section, then more would slide off. This going on since the roof was installed and it was progressively getting worse. I gave them one final opportunity to repair the roof and now just a few weeks later more shingles are slipping off the roof. Here's a summary of what they did wrong: 1. The shingles are architectural and have a close tolerance on the nailing location. If not nailed properly it causes the shingles to slip. 2. By installing the shingles improperly, that voids the warranty with the shingle manufacturer. The roof is essentially worthless now. 3. They misrepresented the repair could be made vs a replacement. By not replacing the roof we are now with an out of warranty roof per the manufacturer. I have photos of our problem that will be posted as well. It is very disappointing as we had hoped that a local roofer would have been more "dependable" and know how to properly install a roof.

He was able to get our claim successfully shepherded through insurance on the first try because he knows what they are looking for. His workers came through and did the job in a single day based on our schedule. They cleaned up so well I was only able to find a single roofing nail after scouring around the entire house. I've been in contact with him for months now trying to set up an insurance claim with him he will not provide insurance and try to have a payout as an alternative which he agreed to, and did not want to go through insurance, which I had preferred. Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.
