I've been in contact with him for months now trying to set up an insurance claim with him he will not provide insurance and try to have a payout as an alternative which he agreed to, and did not want to go through insurance, which I had preferred. Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.

He flooded my house causing me to move my wife and 2 babies out for over 2 months. It was $40,000 of damages. He refuses to answer the phone and never reached out after he ruined my house. The porch has the wrong supports and is already sagging (it was installed mid May) and the post are 4 inches from level. The covering for the slab is just 100% incorrect and looks awful. This was the dirtiest job site iv ever seen. They left countless nails and cigarette butts scattered through the whole yard knowing I have a toddler who plays outside everyday. She was so friendly and helpful and made me feel secure asking a lot of questions. The second impression Allgood United Services made was by sending Marcus their technician to my house. Marcus was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and I immediately knew that I had made the right decision to hire Allgood United Services. The final interaction was the install date when Marcus, Pierce, and Tanner came to my house, introduced themselves and were so respectful of my home and polite to me. I felt completely safe and confident having them in my home and knew that they were doing the best job for my house. I have been in the service industry for 32 plus years. I owned my own business and supported myself based on the work that I promised and produced. So, I am very in tune to great service and sincere quality and care by staff and employees. All four of these individuals that I had contact with, treated the business like it was their own and took pride in the work and final product. I feel that is the way any business owner would want to be represented. I know I would. Thank you for your great work. They scheduled me and in about few days technician showed up and installed updated "hard start" kit on my outside AC unit. Documents show AC unit is under warranty for 5 years, however I was billed by Allgood Unified 200$. After calling and explaining to customer service they agreed that it was under warranty and demanded that I pay labor and trip fee of 140$. After asking for explanation why factory unit needed updated part and why is it not covered by warranty, they could not give me a reason other than "parts go out". Person on the phone was upset after I was concerned as to why is warranty not covering defect after only 2 years of light use. Technician did do his job but Allgood Unified charged me for repair that should have been under warranty. I did not get a reason on why parts simply could not be replaced with another new part. They claimed manufacturer was not able to refund them for the part (or trip fee they charged me) and I was not able to find Allgood factory phone number or customer service info to Allgood AC unit. I do not recommend this business.
