We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. It now remains at a temperature within 10-15 degrees of the rest of the home. Brian has been receptive on all follow up questions and requests and was always willing to go the extra step to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend his company for your insulation needs!

The only real complaint I had was about lack of communication. I had some trouble getting questions answered over email and was a bit unsure of what was required from me before getting the insulation done. The biggest frustration all in all was that we were not told that we were expected to be out of the home for 24 hours until the morning that the crew showed up. Overall, as long as you ask for clear expectations in person, you will likely have a good experience with this company and get great work at a reasonable price.
