I was a little anxious about using a service that comes to our home at first, but their quoted price was fair, and their willingness to come see me early the next day after the quote was what sold me, as many shops were busy until next week. Our Mercedes C240 had a window that "fell" out of place, into the car, and we could no longer operate it via the electronic window control to roll it up. Jose and Sylvia came promptly on time and set straight to work at it. They were up-front about the fact that it might be difficult for them to fix, as it required a certain Mercedes-only part, but they were willing to get straight to the task and would let me know their progress. Fast-forward 2 & 1/2 hours later, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a fix, and also told me exactly what part it was that had the issue, how to replace it, and how to take care of our car's window in the meanwhile. Great service, great workers, and all for a fair price and done in a speedy matter. Would definitely recommend, and I would definitely use their service for future repairs/installations. Thank you!

Before I purchased my vehicle and without my…read moreknowledge, the dealership told me that my windshield was replaced by Augie's Auto Glass with a non-OEM windshield. The dealership told me after the fact. Well it triggered all kinds of errors to pop up and according to RAM it was due to the non-OEM windshield that was installed. The dealership (RECVAN) called Augie's and told them to go ahead and replace my windshield with an OEM windshield. When Mariam from Augie's called me she argued about how there was no way that the windshield could cause errors. Although the errors were for auto sending rain wipers and auto high beam and one even said wipe your windshield. RAM actually replaced sensors and still had errors. Well she finally ordered the part, and scheduled the install. When they were done, they left a bunch of black goo on the inside of my windshield, had to call them back to have them clean it up, arrived 30 minutes late. They could not complete the cleanup because the glue was still wet...ok fine. Scheduled another appointment on a Saturday morning, 45 minutes after scheduled time had to call them only to find out technician was still on his way and would not be there for another 30 minutes. Already ruining my weekend so I asked them to reschedule for a Monday. Cleanup done and looks better, however after they left I noticed that there is a cap to my windshield wipers bolt missing off one side. So I speak to Mariam from Augie's Auto Glass, she refused to take any responsibility said I need to buy it myself that they took pictures and it was already like that. I told her they are the only people that have touched my windshield since I bought this brand new vehicle and even if they didn't forget to put it back on this time then they probably forgot to put it back on the first time they changed my windshield. I was going to do more business with her and even with her son or whoever José who also does side jobs and was already referring others to them, but after this I said I would no longer be doing business with them. She finally told me to order it and she will pay me back, I said they need to order and send to me. She said she will send a technician then hung up on me. Mariam is rude, unprofessional, argumentative, doesn't take responsibility, and they are not on time. Do not recommend this business at all.

He said my Durango's broken and sandblasted windshield should be covered under my policies deductible. It took me several months to visit Perfection Glass in Pleasanton but when I did his wife Lori in the office contacted my insurances Glass division and together we explained the damage to my windshield. Before the installation, I clearly asked if they would recalibrate the system, and they assured me that they would. After the work was completed, I confirmed again with the technician, and he stated that the recalibration had been done. However, three days later when I drove my car for the first time, I noticed that the lane assist and collision/crash assist systems were not functioning. Warning lights were blinking on my dashboard, indicating that the systems had not been properly recalibrated. I contacted them immediately. They told me they would come back to fix the issue, but after several days, I have not received any response or follow-up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not be returning for future services.

In addition the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced anyway. I called and spoke to Javier and he offered to come out and look at the car. Afterwards he texted me with the recommendation of replacing the windshield and I made the appointment. An hour or so before the appointment time, Javier texted me and apologized, saying that he was running late and gave me a new estimate time that he was arriving at the house, which was going to be a couple of hours later than the original time. I very much appreciated the update. About 45 minutes from the appointed time, Javier texted me to tell me that he was on his way, in about 30 minutes. Javier arrived on time and replaced the seal and windshield in a timely manner. His work was exceptional and his price was very fair, especially since he came to me and I didn't have to travel to him. I highly recommend Javier and his business.
